Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fensterbankabschlusses mit einem - im eingebauten Zustand - etwa horizontal verlaufenden Abschnitt, an den sich nach unten ein vorderer, etwa vertikal verlaufender Abschnitt anschließt, wobei die Abschnitte von einer im wesentlichen L-förmigen Grundplatte mit einem oberen und sich daran fortlaufend anschließenden vorderen Begrenzungssteg gebildet sind und wobei an der unteren Kante des horizontalen Abschnittes ein Doppelsteg zur Aufnahme des Endes einer Fensterbank (ggf. mitsamt einer Dichtung) vorgesehen ist, welcher sich so weit erstreckt, dass zwischen ihm und dem vorderen Begrenzungssteg wie auch der hinteren Kante noch Raum für die Aufnahme des ab- bzw. aufgekanteten Endes der Fensterbank verbleibt, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) es wird als Ausgangsmaterial ein einfaches Winkelprofil aus Metall mit rechteckiger Grundplatte, äußerem Begrenzungssteg und innen liegendem Doppelsteg gewählt, wobei die Grundplatte in ihrer Breite über den Doppelsteg so weit übersteht, wie der spätere vertikale Abschnitt des fertigen Fensterbankabschlusses;b) das Winkelprofil wird zu Abschnitten abgelängt, welche in ihrer Länge der Summe von Länge und Breite des späteren horizontalen Abschnittes zuzüglich der Länge des späteren vertikalen Abschnittes entsprechen;c) die im Endzustand im wesentlichen L-förmige Grundplatte wird durch Entfernen eines ersten Materialabschnitts von der rechteckigen Grundplatte derart gebildet, dass ein Abschnitt des Begrenzungssteges als freier Stegabschnitt vorliegt und dass sich eine vordere Kante ergibt, die mit der Profillängsachse einen ersten Winkel (α) einschließt, sowie durch Entfernen eines zweiten Materialabschnitts von der ursprünglich rechteckigen Grundplatte, nämlich einerseits entlang dem Doppelsteg und andererseits derart, dass sich eine zweite Kante im Abstand zu der vorderen Kante ergibt, die mit der Profillängsachse einen zweiten Winkel (ß) einschließt;d) der freie Stegabschnitt wird um den ersten Winkel (α) gebogen und als Begrenzungssteg entlang der vorderen Kante mit der L-förmigen Grundplatte unlösbar verbunden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Winkel (α) im Bereich von 45° bis 135° gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Winkel (α) in einer Größe von ungefähr 85° gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (β) im Bereich von 45° bis 135° gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (β) in einer Größe von ungefähr 95° gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbinden des freien Stegabschnittes mit der L-förmigen Grundplatte mittels eines Punktschweißverfahrens erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Punktschweißverfahren das Wig- oder Mig-Verfahren gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Metallprofil ein Aluminiumprofil gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fensterbankabschluss einer Oberflächenbehandlung unterzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenbehandlung ein Eloxieren bzw. Pulverbeschichten umfasst.
