Claims (10)
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug, insbesondere für den Zuschnitt von Verpackungen, mit einer stationären und einer demgegenüber beweglichen Trageinrichtung (1, 2), von denen die eine (1) eine Schnittplattenanordnung (5, 6, 7) und die andere (2) eine dazu korrespondierende Schnittstempelanordnung (15, 16, 17) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittplattenanordnung (5, 6, 7) aus mehreren einzeln auswechselbaren Randschnittplatten (5, 6) und mehreren einzeln auswechselbaren Messerschnittplatten (7) besteht.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittplattenanordnung (5, 6, 7) zwei äußere Randschnittplatten (5) und mindestens eine innere Randschnittplatte (6) enthält, zwischen denen die Messerschnittplatten (7) angeordnet sind.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Randschnittplatten (5) eine halbsternförmige Ausnehmung (12) und die mindestens eine innere Randschnittplatte (6) eine sternförmige Ausnehmung (13) aufweisen..
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstempelanordnung (15, 16, 17) zu den Randschnittplatten (5, 6) passende Schnittstempel (15, 16) sowie zu den Messerschnittplatten (7) gehörige Querschneidmesser (17) enthält.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stationäre Trageinrichtung eine Kopfplatte (1) zur Halterung der Schnittplattenanordnung (5, 6, 7) und die demgegenüber bewegliche Trageinrichtung eine Tragplatte (2) zur Halterung der Schnittstempelanordnung (15, 16, 17) ist.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randschnittplatten (5, 6) und die Messerschnittplatten (7) in entsprechenden Vertiefungen (8, 9) der Kopfplatte (1) von dieser nach oben vorstehend angeordnet sind.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschneidmesser (17) eine spitz zulaufende Schneide (19) mit einer Schneidkante (20) aufweisen.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneide (19) des Querschneidmessers (17) ein- oder beidseitig abgeschrägt ist.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (2) durch eine Führungseinrichtung (3, 4) gegenüber der Kopfplatte (1) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Kombiniertes Stanz- und Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (3, 4) an der Kopfplatte (1) angeordnete Führungssäulen (3) und an der Tragplatte (2) montierte Führungsbuchsen (4) mit einer Dauerschmierung enthält.
