Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une ou de plusieurs planches en bois massif présentant les caractéristiques de procédé suivantes:
    a) sciage du bois dans l'état humide en une ou plusieurs planches,
    b) séchage des planches dans une chambre sèche, les surfaces des planches étant comprimées à une température comprise entre 60° et 95°C,
    caractérisé en ce que
    c) la surface visible des planches est fraisée de façon lisse après le sciage et avant le séchage pour l'élimination des traces de sciage,
    d) le séchage des planches s'effectue à une pression comprise entre 50 kPa et 110 kPa et une température de préférence située entre 80°C et 90°C, et
    e) la surface de la planche est poncée après le séchage avec un outil de ponçage flexible.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le ponçage est effectué avec deux meules contraires.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    de la couleur est introduite dans la surface du bois lors de l'opération de ponçage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour l'introduction de la couleur, la surface du bois est humectée pendant le ponçage avec de l'eau contenant du colorant.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour le séchage, on forme des piles constituées des planches à sécher, une plaque de chauffage étant posée à chaque fois entre deux planches voisines, de telle sorte que les piles ainsi formées sont comprimées, et que, pendant l'opération de séchage, la chambre sèche est soumise à un vide.
