Definitions

  • the invention relates to a flat needled needle felt of natural and / or synthetic fibers.
  • DE 41 14 140 A1 relates to textile fabrics in which the fibers are bonded by thermoplastic polyamides.
  • the advantage of the textile fabrics is that they are suitable for recycling after use.
  • objectionable odors and undesirable decomposition products are excluded.
  • DE 43 05 428 C1 describes a floor covering formed from a flat fleece, which has on its underside island-like and integrally formed pimples, which consist of a plurality of individual fibers.
  • the floor covering On its upper side, the floor covering preferably has a structure. The structures of both sides are formed by needling. When laying the flooring, the knobs come to rest on the floor covering. This creates a channel system on the underside of the floor covering, which favors drainage of water.
  • Such dimensions trained flooring is preferably outdoors, for example as Tennis court surface, used, which granules can be introduced into the wells on the top.
  • DE 44 44 030 A1 describes a floor covering, in particular for tennis courts. This consists of a carpet-like base covering and applied to this, consisting of individual, loose particles slip-scattering.
  • the particles of the slip-scattering are each extruded with a substantially defined cross-sectional shape and length of plastic, wherein in each case the length is at least approximately equal to an approximately centrally extending over the cross-section particle width or height.
  • the needled nonwoven webs of thermoplastic fibers having a first layer of a blend of polypropylene (PP) fibers and polyethylene (PE) fibers and a second and optionally further layers of a blend of PP fibers and PE fibers are made from bicomponent fibers from a mixture of PP and PE; or a mixture of these bicomponent fibers and PP fibers and / or PE fibers, wherein the two layers are solidified and interconnected both by needling and by melted or fused fibers or fiber parts of the PE portion of the two layers.
  • DE 24 05 095 deals with coverings for draining wall and floor surfaces, which consist of flat needled needled nonwovens, are coated with a thermoplastic material and have peg-like elevations. It is mentioned that the formed pins can create an additional anti-slip effect of the covering on the floor.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a new flat needled needle felt of natural and / or synthetic fibers with a pronounced anti-slip effect on the top of the needle felt.
  • a flat-needled needle felt of natural and / or synthetic fibers having a basis weight in the range of 200 to 1600 g / m 2 , characterized in that a tenth to one hundredth of at least one of the two main surfaces, a surface coating in Form of a pattern, wherein the pattern comprises nubs, circles, lines and / or figures, and wherein the surface coating overhangs the main surface by 0.1 to 1 mm and the surface coating to a depth of 0.1 to 0.5 mm the main surface extends.
  • the needled webs according to the invention are much cheaper compared to previously known textile fabrics, that is to say conventional carpets. This applies not only to means of transport but also to real estate and open spaces, such as sports fields. In particular, when using inexpensive fibers, it is possible with the present invention to produce a particularly inexpensive coating.
  • Highly-needled needled nonwovens are not suitable for the present invention because they do not sufficiently achieve insufficient incorporation of the surface coating in the form of a pattern.
  • the base material of the nonwoven comprises polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and / or polyamide (PA) substantially in fibrous form.
  • PP polypropylene
  • PE polyethylene
  • PET polyethylene terephthalate
  • PA polyamide
  • plant fibers instead of the synthetic fibers.
  • mixtures of natural fibers and synthetic fibers can of course be used.
  • Natural fibers in the context of the present invention are generally defined as natural, linear structures that process textile to let. They can be obtained from plant parts or the coat of animals form or can be obtained from cocoons of the silk spider or mineral origin of nature.
  • the vegetable fibers may be seed fibers, for example cotton, the fruit-walled fibers, for example kapok, the bast fibers, for example flax, hemp and / or jute etc., or the hard fibers, for example sisal, coconut or the like.
  • the weight per unit area of the flat needled needled nonwovens according to the invention is particularly preferably 200 to 1000 g / m 2 . Again, this is the total weight of needlepunch and surface coating.
  • a preferred embodiment of the present invention is that only one tenth to one fiftieth of at least one of the two major surfaces has a surface coating in the form of a pattern. In the same way, it is of course also possible to provide not only one but also both main surfaces of the needle felt with the desired surface coating.
  • the surface coating pattern may be geometrically distributed over one or both of the major surfaces. Alternatively, it is of course also possible to limit the pattern only to partial areas of the main surfaces.
  • Preferred patterns for the purposes of the present invention include naps, circles, lines and / or figures. It is thus possible, for example, to apply graphic ornaments such as logos to a needle felt.
  • An essential core of the present invention is that the surface coating projects beyond the main surface of the needle felt.
  • the surface coating projects beyond the main surface by 0.1 to 1 mm, in particular 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
  • the surface coating extends to a depth of 0.1 to 0.5, in particular 0.1 to 0.3 mm of the main surface of the needle felt.
  • the material of the surface coating can be selected from various categories. Particularly preferred for the purposes of the present invention, thermoplastic or thermosetting materials are selected.
  • a thermoplastic material is for example polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PUR), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyamide (PA) and / or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in question.
  • PP polypropylene
  • PE polyethylene
  • PUR polyurethane
  • PET polyethylene terephthalate
  • PA polyamide
  • PVC polyvinyl chloride
  • polyurethane is particularly preferred.
  • the anti-slip effect can be improved for example by mineral additives.
  • an electrically conductive equipment of the surface coating is possible, which is suitable for anti-static effect (computer rooms) or alarm device.
  • the manufacture of the needle-punched nonwoven fabric according to the invention is characterized, for example, by applying or spraying a surface coating in the form of a pattern by means of a roll to a flat needled needle felt according to a printing process known per se.
  • the surface coating in the form of a pattern may be applied before or after densification of the needle punched nonwoven fabric.
  • the surface coating is applied before pre-compaction of the needle-punched nonwoven. If this is carried out before a pre-compaction of the needle felt, the penetration depth of the surface coating into the needle felt is of low height.
  • the needled nonwovens are used as flooring, for example in transport, especially motor vehicles, aircraft ships and railway cars and as a trunk lining in motor vehicles or real estate, especially as a covering of sports surfaces, such as tennis courts.
