Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer in Form gegossenen Stahlbetonwand im Boden, wobei mit Hilfe eines Aushubwerkzeugs eine Baugrube ausgehoben wird, ein Bewehrungskorb zum Bewehren des Betons der Baugrube und eine Schalung zum Ausbilden einer Dichtungsfuge an einem Ende der Baugrube zwischen dieser Baugrube und der nächsten angrenzenden Baugrube verbunden und gleichzeitig in die Baugrube abgesenkt werden, Flüssigbeton in die Baugrube gegossen und der Beton ausgehärtet wird, die Schalung entfernt wird und diese Schritte in einer angrenzenden Baugrube und weiter Baugrube für Baugrube wiederholt werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    als Schalung ein nicht verformbares, aber durch Stöße zerstörbares Rohr mit offenem Boden verwendet wird,
    das Rohr vor Ort in der Baugrube gefüllt wird, um das Rohr zuzuschütten, so daß es dem Druck beim Betonieren widerstehen kann, und
    das Aushubwerkzeug bei der nächsten folgenden Baugrube verwendet wird, um durch Stöße das Rohr zu zerstören.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Werkzeug zum Ausheben der nächsten Baugrube außerdem zum Herausholen der Rohrstücke sowie der Füllung des Rohrs verwendet wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei Säcke, die Sand (oder ein anderes Füllmaterial) enthalten, verwendet werden, um den Boden des Rohrs zuzuschütten.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei als Füllmaterial oberhalb der Säcke Kies in loser Schüttung verwendet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei mit Hilfe von zerstörbaren Bügeln das Rohr starr an dem Korb befestigt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Bewehrungskorb mit Rollen ausstattet ist, um das Anordnen des Rohrs bezüglich des Korbs zu erleichtern.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei ein Rohr verwendet wird, das aus übereinander angeordneten Rohrabschnitten besteht, die über eine Innenmuffe paarweise miteinander verbunden sind.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei ein Rohr aus gehärtetem Kunstharz verwendet wird.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, die aufweist: ein Aushubwerkzeug zum Ausheben der Baugrube, einen Bewehrungskorb (3) zum Bewehren des Betons der Baugrube, mindestens eine Schalung (1) zum Ausbilden einer Dichtungsfuge an einem Ende der Baugrube, Einrichtungen zum Verbinden der Schalung und des Korbs und Einrichtungen (G) zum Anordnen der Schalung und des Korbs, die miteinander verbunden sind, in der Baugrube,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Schalung (1) ein durch Stöße zerstörbares Rohr mit offenem Boden ist und daß die Vorrichtung Einrichtungen (6) aufweist, um das Rohr, nachdem es in der Baugrube angeordnet worden ist, zu füllen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Rohr (1) über zerstörbare Bügel starr an dem Korb (3) befestigt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei der Bewehrungskorb (3) Rollen (2) aufweist, um das Anordnen des Rohrs (1) bezüglich des Korbs zu erleichtern.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei das Rohr aus übereinander angeordneten Rohrabschnitten (T1, T2, ...) besteht, die über Innenmuffen (M) paarweise miteinander verbunden sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei das Rohr (1) aus gehärtetem Kunstharz ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, wobei das Rohr (1) außen mit Riefen versehen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, wobei die Einrichtungen zum Füllen des Rohrs Säcke mit Sand (oder einem anderen Füllmaterial) und Kies in loser Schüttung aufweisen.
  16. In eine Baugrube absenkbare Einheit aus einem Bewehrungskorb (3) und einem Schalungsrohr (1), die über zerstörbare Bügel miteinander verbunden sind, zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
