Definitions
- the present invention relates to a door stop system that is used in all types of doors or other comparable opening elements can be used.
- the present door stop system can be in a special embodiment also serve as a door arrester.
- door stops are intended to prevent a door from going over a certain one Opening angles can be moved and thereby other installations or damage an adjacent wall.
- door stoppers also serve to protect attached floor or Top closers before overturning the door leaf.
- doorstops This usually runs as raised elements on the floor or attached as a spacer to the wall behind the door leaf be and the door wing stop at the desired maximum Serve opening angle.
- a disadvantage of this known door stop is however, in that for example with the door closed for Passers-by represent an easy-to-overlook obstacle and therefore too Can cause accidents. This poses especially in publicly accessible Areas is a big problem.
- CH 555 464 and CH 562 384 A5 each describe a locking device for an emergency exit, the locking device equipped with an electromagnet, a bolt and a locking lug is.
- the free end of the locking bolt carries one Roll, the locking lug two opposing bevels having.
- the bolt is not preloaded and is in the event of an interruption the power supply of the electromagnet is not withdrawn.
- Such a locking device is used to exit doors in lock closed state. This is the case with the corresponding de-energization the bolt does not have any force and can be replaced by appropriate Pressure in the opening direction on the door from the locking position be pushed out so that the door can be opened accordingly can.
- a device also designed as a safety lock a roller, which is located on a spring-loaded pin and with a GB 20 512 03 A works together at an angle.
- door locks are also known from the prior art, which are attached to the door and with the desired opening width the door can be locked with your foot. This is usually a rubber-coated bolt pressed against the floor, which is the current To fix the position of the door leaf.
- Such door locks must, however are actively operated and also do not work very reliably, so that the door is still over the current position can be moved.
- Door locks are relatively complex and therefore not inexpensive realizable.
- the present door stop consists of a locking element, one Longitudinal guide for the locking element to be attached a door leaf or for integration into a door leaf in one orientation is formed, in which the locking element by gravity with its lower end against a floor area located under the door leaf is pressed, and an element forming a recess Sinking in the bottom surface, one on one side of the recess side stop for the locking element and on the opposite Side an at least partially rounded or beveled Has limitation of the recess.
- the locking element is at the bottom End formed such that the lower end sliding or rolling can be moved over the floor area.
- door or door leaf is to be understood in a broader sense and includes not only the usual ones Passage doors for people, such as entrance doors to buildings or rooms, also comparable types of opening elements, for example also windows or similar.
- Passage doors for people such as entrance doors to buildings or rooms, also comparable types of opening elements, for example also windows or similar.
- the following is in this context each entered into passage doors above the floor are attached as a floor surface.
- versions at any time on other types of doors in the above Transferred senses so that the floor area is not always inevitable the floor must be.
- the longitudinal guide with the locking element which is preferably rod-shaped is formed and have a round or angular cross section can, as is already known, is in the lower front Area of the door wing attached.
- the longitudinal guide can also be integrated into the door leaf, so that only the locking element at the lower end of the door protrudes slightly.
- the locking element is slidable and vertical in the Longitudinal bearing mounted so that it is correctly installed on the door leaf automatically pressed against the floor by gravity becomes.
- elastic element such as a spiral spring, in the longitudinal guide to be appropriate.
- the longitudinal guide itself can, for example, as Guide tube, as a guide rail or in the form of several guide rings be trained. The exact design of this longitudinal guide is included irrelevant as long as their function, the guidance of the locking element when partially extending and retracting due to gravity or as a result of slight elevations or depressions in the floor is.
- the locking element is on the lower side with the Floor is in contact, such that the element with it Underside can roll and slide over the floor if the door accordingly is moved.
- the sliding function can be adjusted accordingly rounded training in connection with a suitable, formed a low coefficient of sliding friction material his.
- an additional one that has this function can also be used Element, for example as an attached cap, at the lower end of the Locking element to be attached.
- the present door stopper is a roller or a cog at this end attached so that the locking element when moving the The bottom of the door rolls over the floor.
- a recess serves as a further component of the present door stop forming element that is embedded in the floor in this way, that it does not stick out over the surface of the floor. That is the deepening forming element can already in the manufacture or design of the floor can be introduced or subsequently in the finished Floor, for example by milling the floor.
- the site of the element can be determined using the supplied drilling template be dimensionally matched to the locking element.
- This element becomes a suitable depression with a stop in the Floor created in which the locking element when opening the door due to gravity penetrates when the locking element is on the element that covers the recess opens.
- the attack about which the stop function is achieved by an approximately vertical Formation of a wall area of the recess of this element is formed become.
- the opposite side wall is chamfered or rounded, so that the door moves in the opposite Direction can be solved again without effort.
- a plate-shaped element can be hingedly attached, which when the Locking element in the recess against a spring force, for example exerted by a compression spring arranged in the recess can be flipped down to an inclined ramp for entry and to form exit of the locking element.
- the locking element is moving over when exiting the recess the slope against gravity again in the longitudinal guide pushed in until it has left the recess and the door in the usual way Way can be moved, the locking element rolls or glides over the floor again.
- the deepening Element is of course in the appropriate place in the floor integrated, in which the desired opening width of the door is reached.
- the door stop system can be used so that only a longitudinal guide with the locking element attached to the door and two recessed elements on each side of the door in the Soil.
- the depth of the depression as well the length of the locking element of course so on each other be coordinated that this when reaching the floor area the recess is still in the longitudinal guide.
- the door becomes familiar Way, without increased effort, opened until the recess in Floor is reached, in which the locking element due to Gravity automatically penetrates and stops at the stop with the door becomes. The door can then no longer be opened, so that the desired reliable door stop function is achieved. Also for No additional element needs to be operated when the door is closed, since due to the beveled or rounded opposite the stop Limitation of the depression only a slightly larger one Force is to be applied to the door again when the door moves normally to move from this end position.
- a major advantage of the present Doorstops also consist of being possible through the full No integration of the recessed element in the floor Tripping edges are created that hinder passers-by or cause accidents could.
- the use of the present door stopper therefore offers a significant advantage especially in places with public traffic.
- door stoppers are usually due of health and safety directives not permitted. Such a door stop does justice to the official guidelines in every situation. Even with the Floor cleaning, the present door stopper offers advantages, since with cleaning machines no additional obstacles have to be avoided.
- Another advantage of the door stopper according to the invention is a simple one Structure through which it is easy and inexpensive to manufacture.
- the present door stopper can be made from all materials or material combinations manufacture and for all types of door opening elements attach or install.
- the execution is specified according to size and Weight of the door.
- a holding threshold is provided which the locking element on the way to the end stop or back.
- the function as a door arrester can of course also be done by a additional mechanism on the longitudinal guide, e.g. B. a screw, be realized, the locking of the locking element in Longitudinal direction and the release of this locking enables.
- the door can also be inserted into the corresponding recess fixed and only by appropriately loosening or releasing the locking element moved back to the other position (release of the door) become.
- a spring element that only for locking presses laterally against the locking element.
- the spring element can be attached so that it is in a first position against the side the locking element presses and in a second position this is solved, both positions by moving the spring element can be taken along the longitudinal guide.
- the spring element can be a suitable configuration of the displacement mechanism to lock and unlock the door by one person with the Feet are moved.
- the use of other means, for example an electromagnetic device for holding the locking element in the longitudinal direction is of course possible.
- the formation of a door stop in connection with a locking device which can be attached adaptively or within the Door stop system can be integrated is also according to the invention possible.
- the locking element can either by gravity can be moved downwards or by a corresponding spring element and additionally by an electric lock in the locked Position. To get such a door out of the Bringing out the lock can be done by a corresponding unlocking device, unlocking, particularly in the case of fire doors become.
- the door stopper, with or without a locking device Can be installed invisibly within a profile of a door. Next the invisible installation is the installation, especially on door leaves, of course also possible with an electric locking device.
- doors with a door closer or a Drive can be equipped with a sensor.
- An automatic drive can, for example, after the opening process locking by means of a corresponding electrical circuit of the locking element are triggered automatically.
- That door stop consists essentially of a guide tube 2, which is on a mounting plate 1 is applied.
- the material of the mounting plate 1 for attachment to a door leaf 6 is arbitrary.
- the mounting plate 1 is designed statically as required. It is in the lower part of the Door 6 attached so that the guide tube 2 with its guide axis runs perpendicular to the floor 8.
- a pin or bolt used as a locking element 3 the z. B. an approximately circular cross-section with a Longitudinal groove 4 has.
- the longitudinal groove 4 serves as a rotation lock of the locking element 3.
- This locking pin 12 can also in a corresponding configuration, for example as a screw for locking or locking the locking element, in a recess 7 are used, so that at the same time a door stay is realized.
- the longitudinal groove 4 can form a profile rail or a profile the profiled shape can be given automatically.
- FIG. 1 is also a front view of the mounting plate 1 with the Guide 2 shown. There are also openings 27 for fastening screws as well as the locking pin 12 for securing the locking element against rotation 3 recognizable.
- a roller 5 is attached, with which the locking element 3 can roll over the floor 8.
- This role 5 can from one any material that is gentle on the floor 8.
- the guide or the guide tube 2 with the Locking element 3 can also be integrated into the door 6, so that only the locking element 3 protrudes from the bottom of the guide or door. Due to the dead weight of the locking element 3, this is out the guide 2 pressed out against the floor 8 and rolls due to the integrated roller 5 when the door 6 moves over the floor 8, without additional effort for the user of the door or one Cause damage to the floor.
- the lower part of the locking element 3 can instead of wheel 5 also as sliding, the floor 8 gentle part. Furthermore, this lower part designed such that all unevenness on the floor, such as for zone mats, grates, carpets, wooden floors, stone coverings or in outdoor areas (by pavement or similar), so that the locking element 3 always rolls on the floor 8 or Keeps in touch without getting stuck.
- the element 7 forming a recess for example have a round, oval or angular shape as shown here can, to lock the door leaf 6 in a certain opening width installed so that it is flush with the top of the floor 8, so that no tripping edges remain.
- This recess 7 for the stop in the floor 8 or other levels can both Installation of the floor 8 and subsequently introduced and with a matching rosette are covered.
- the door leaf 6 sags the locking element 3 due to its gravity Dead weight in the recess of the element 7 until a vertical side wall in the recess 7, which serves as a stop 11, is reached.
- the door leaf 6 has an end stop, which also has a Rubber or a similar material to dampen the impact can be provided.
- the element 7 has on the opposite of the stop 11 Side up a bevel 9 or rounding, which is the re-immersion of the locking element 3 in the guide 2 by movement the door 6 allows in the closing direction.
- Figure 2 finally shows a side view of the element forming the recess 7 with the sloping side wall 9 and the vertical stop 11, in this example an additional one at the bottom of the depression Holding threshold 10 for holding the door leaf 6 in the end position can be seen.
- the holding threshold 10 is designed so that at one certain wind pressure or dynamic pressure to hold the door leaf 6 is guaranteed, however, an overpressure of the wing 6 by a user the door is easily enabled when closing.
- the side wall 9 serves both as an inlet slope and as an outlet slope.
- the stop of the element 7 can of course be avoided hard noises with a corresponding damping element 13 or a corresponding coating or layer, for example made of Neoprene.
- the element 7 itself can for example consist of Steel, aluminum or plastic, the role 5 of the locking element 3 for example made of plastic.
- this can be the recess forming element 7 may be provided with a flexible cover.
- the Coverage may include e.g. B. consist of a plastic such. B. Neoprene that is sized to allow normal walking on the recess is possible. To do this, the covering of the recess would correspond to that Provide protection from the weather.
- Such a cover can e.g. B. have a central slot in the middle to the entrance to enable the locking element 3.
- the Locking element 3 with the roller 5 would cover itself share that the locking element 3 freely in the recess 7 can penetrate so far that a limitation of the door leaf 6 on the Stop 11 directly or on an upstream damping element 13 is effected.
- the flexible design of this cover closes automatically the slot again as soon as the locking element 3 the Has left recess 7 again in the opposite direction.
- the element 7 forming the recess can also be retractable Cover 14 may be provided with one or more spring elements 15 is held in the plane of the floor surface 8. at Penetration of the locking element 3 in the recess 7 becomes the cover 14 then by the locking element 3 against the spring pressure pressed into the recess 7, as shown schematically in the figure 3a is indicated.
- the cover 14 can for example consist of a flexible plastic or rubber or other material and is when the locking element 3 emerges from the recess 7 by the spring element 15 shown again in the starting position moved back, in which it protects the recess 7 from external influences.
- the retractable Cover 14 is not one-sided with one in this embodiment shown joint equipped.
- Figures 4 and 4a show a further exemplary embodiment of the present Door stop system, in which an additional locking mechanism is provided.
- the locking mechanism comprises a spring element 16, which runs along the guide 2 parallel to the longitudinal axis of the locking element 3 is displaceable.
- At the bottom of the guide 2 is on the Side of the spring element 16 formed a longitudinal slot 28, so that the spring element 16 in its lowest position in the longitudinal slot 28 engages and by the spring force against the locking element 3 presses (left figure).
- This pressure causes a longitudinal movement of the locking element 3 hindered, so that this by moving the door can no longer be moved out of the recess 7.
- the door 6 is therefore determined.
- the lateral pressure of the spring element 16 is sufficient due to the mode of action of the present door stop system already to solve the Locking element 3 from the recess 7 by moving the door 6 to prevent. If the spring element 16 is moved upwards (FIG 4a), it leaves the longitudinal slot 28 and is through the wall of the Longitudinal guide 2 lifted off the locking element 3. In this position the spring element 16 no longer acts on the locking element 3, so that this is now freely movable in the longitudinal direction and by moving the door without effort, out of the recess 7 can be driven.
- the spring element 16 To move the spring element 16, this is in the present example attached to an elbow 17 which has one end of the door surface protrudes so that it can be locked by a person's foot or releasing the door 6 can be moved.
- the contra-angle 17 is in this example with a mounting plate with a longitudinal slot 18 connected, via which it can be moved with a screw 19 on the door 6 is attached. Through the longitudinal slot 18, the displacement the elbow 17 and thus the spring element 16 parallel to the locking element 3 enables.
- FIGS. 6 and 6a show two further examples of one Attachment of the present door stop system to a glass door with a Door rail 20, this glass door in Figure 6 a smaller one Has a distance from the floor 8 as in FIG. 6a.
- the guide 2 with the mounting plate 1 is attached to the door rail 20, the length of the locking element 3 accordingly the distance of the door to the floor 8 must be adjusted.
- the dimensions of the element 7 and the locking element 3 and the associated longitudinal guide 2 are depending on the strength requirements selected.
- FIGS. 7a to 7c show a further example of the configuration of the recess forming element 7 of the present door stop system.
- This example is at the top of the depression a plate-shaped element 21 in the form of a lid is fastened, the entry of the locking element 3 into the recess 7, for. B. against the spring force of the spring element 15, folds down to a inclined ramp for the entry and exit of the locking element 3 to build.
- a stop buffer 23 is direct integrated on the locking element 3.
- the locking element 3 moves over the plate-shaped element 21, which is exerted by the locking element 3 Forces pivoted down to the area of his floor and thus the locking element 3 entry via the inclined plate 21 offers in the recess element 7.
- the stop buffer 23 moves against the stop 11, which is within the recess element 7 is located.
- the element 7 has an anchoring plate 29 on its underside, which is located inside the floor 8. Inside the anchor plate 29 and the bottom of the recess element located above 7, a bore 25 is provided for the dewatering of incoming water.
- the recess element 7 is fastened next to the anchoring plate 9 via a floor attachment designated with 26.
- the top one A cover ring 24 forms the end of the recessed element 7.
- FIGS. 8 and 8a show a modification of the one forming the depression Element 7 reproduced.
- a closure element for the cover an angular element 22 has been used.
- This angular Element 22 consists of a long leg and a short one Stop leg 31.
- the long leg forms in the rest position of the element 22 at the same time the cover of the recess 7.
- the element 22 has an axis 30 which is located in the region of the long leg and about which the element 22 is rotatably supported within the recess 7 is.
- the second leg, namely the stop leg 31, is approximately formed at an angle of 90 ° to the longer leg.
- the stop leg 31 protrudes into the recess 7.
- the dimensioning of the angular element 22 is designed so that by the location of the Axis 30 and the dimensioning of the stop leg 31 the element 22nd gravity closes the recess 7 when not in use. It is naturally also conceivable that a spring element is used for support becomes. Is now due to the locking element 3 when touched of the element 22 this against the gravity of the stop leg 31 and / or against the force of a spring, which is not shown, ins Interior of the recess 22 is pivoted, so arises simultaneously for the locking element 3 a run-off slope into element 7. At the end the slope runs the locking element 3 with its stop buffer 23 against the stop 11.
- the limit for the element 22 in the pivoted State forms the stop leg 31, which on the Stop 11 opposite wall area of the recess 7 for Facility is coming. If the door is pivoted back into its closed position, so moves the locking element 3 against the direction of retraction Well 7 out and due to the restoring force of the spring element or the gravity of the stop leg 31, the element 22 again pivoted to its rest position. The recess is thus in the rest position 7 securely closed by the long leg of the element 22.
