Definitions
- the invention relates to a door with a sliding Door leaf according to the preamble of claim 1 and one Elevator system with such a door.
- Doors with sliding door leaves which also as Sliding doors are called, have numerous advantages on; in particular, their space requirement compared to that Space requirements for swinging doors are comparatively small, as the opening door leaves parallel and in immediate Move close to the wall and therefore no accessible space in the Claim the area of the door opening.
- an elevator installation with a appropriately guided door provided.
- the door according to the invention basically has two components on, namely a sliding door leaf and a component that a guide surface for guiding the door leaf at a Provides displacement, for example a door frame or door frame-like component, simplifying in the following is called a frame.
- the door leaf is in one Direction of displacement back and forth relative to the frame displaceable.
- management means for the management of the Door leaf provided for its lateral displacement.
- These guide means are located in the area of an edge of the Door leaf, which changes when the door leaf is moved moved along an adjacent part of the frame.
- the Guide means essentially consist of a band.
- the Band is arranged so that it moves Door leaf follows, whereby during the displacement of the Door leaf a section of the hinge on the guide surface is applied.
- the tape is aligned so that it is with its band length along the guide surface for the door leaf extends.
- One surface of the tape lies open, itself sliding and closed door leaf on the Leadership area.
- one or more guide elements may be used to provide for the tape to the tape on the guide surface align.
- the tape is aligned by the guide elements so that a Section of the tape abuts the guide surface and that Band runs around at least one of the guide elements.
- the guide means guide the door leaf along the Guide surface and give it stability.
- the guide means can be designed such that they serve as a sealant. This is particularly the case with Landing doors of an elevator are an advantage as they are in the Elevator shaft often gives a negative or positive pressure that causes air to flow through the shaft doors. Next the fact that such air currents are considered uncomfortable can also be perceived as disturbing Sounds. In elevator systems with fast moving Elevators sometimes have such large pressure differences that the door leaves only close a shaft door with great force are open. Such conditions can with the guide elements according to the invention can be avoided.
- a band used with elastic properties In the door according to the invention is preferably a band used with elastic properties.
- a tape with elastic properties should be in the frame of the invention tapes are understood that in Belt longitudinal direction and / or belt transverse direction and / or transverse to Band surface are elastic.
- tapes that are in Longitudinal tape direction are elastic, do not have to or not be made entirely of elastic materials; she can also have one or more sections from practical have non-elastic material made by sections elastic material are connected, or by means of practically non-elastic links variable in length are interconnected.
- Tapes when used with Moving the door leaf is not just a guide of the Door leaf and a noise reduction but also one Sealing with the door closed is intended in Generally elastic in the direction transverse to the band surface compressible; what is meant by it from are made of elastically compressible material; you can but also made of elastic, but practically incompressible Material be made when shaping for example with two connected legs, which can be brought elastically to one another in the direction transverse to the band surface are.
- the tapes used must be one Have flexibility that allows them to be around To let guide elements circulate.
- they are Guide elements of the guide means on the frame or in the area of the frame arranged while the guide surface on Door leaf is located in the area of its edge.
- the guide elements have or several, preferably two deflecting elements on the the part of the door that is not attached Has guide surface.
- the band can be an endless band or be designed as an open band with two band ends.
- endless Tapes can have at least one tape point in one The anchor point of the component of the door must be anchored to the Has guide surface; open tapes can with each at least one band position in the area of their band ends in be anchored in the anchorage area Guide surface is located.
- an open band with two Band ends used.
- a first end of the band is at one Band position anchored stationary in an anchor point that is located in the area of the guide surface; the second end of the tape is on a first guide element, which is a longitudinal guide forms, led.
- the tape runs between the attached Band point and the longitudinal guide around the second Guide element which is formed by a deflecting body.
- the door leaf can be moved laterally and in hung its upper part; that edge of the Door leaf, in the area of which the guide means is then the lower edge of the door leaf.
- the door leaf can also be in the vertical direction be movable; this can then guide means in The meaning of the invention in the area of one or both lateral Edges of the door leaf may be provided.
- the door leaf can do that single door leaf or part of a door system several backdrop-like sliding door leaves.
- the band surface and the guide surface on which the band surface abuts can be designed so that between them either a little slip is possible, or that everyone Slip is prevented.
- a relative slip can can be prevented by touching the surfaces suitable profile with profile surfaces across Have direction of displacement (positive connection), or by applying sufficient pressure to the belt surface at the Contact surface or by choosing materials, which ensure sufficient adhesion.
- At least one of the Guide elements across the door leaf and across the Direction of displacement of the door leaf can be moved elastically to arrange. With such an arrangement, it is possible that Band with a preload caused by the position of the elastically displaceable guide element is controllable, to keep in contact with the guide surface.
- At least one of the guide elements can by at least a rotatable roller can be formed, the slide bearing or Rolling bearing is connected to the door leaf.
- a guide element can also have multiple roles, and it can be a load balancing element in the form of a Secondary belt can be provided, which rotates around these roles and is arranged between the belt and the guide element.
- the hinge can, especially if the door leaf is in Closing position is in the direction of the guide surface be preloaded to a sealing body between the Form guide surface and a surface of the door leaf.
- the door can have a further guide surface and further guide means which are arranged such that the door is guided transversely to the door leaf in both directions. In this way, a guidance of the door leaf can be realized which is free of play transversely to the direction of movement. A door with a door leaf that is guided with little or no play can be sealed particularly effectively since zones in the area of the guide that are permeable to air can be largely reduced or even avoided.
