Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un châssis selon l'invention, adapté à un ouvrant coulissant.
- La Figure 2 est une vue en coupe partielle de la partie inférieure d'un ouvrant coulissant du type général illustré sur la Figure 1, mais dans lequel, en variante, l'une des vitres du vitrage est fixée au châssis par collage, l'autre vitre étant maintenue par un dispositif à pareclose classique.
- La Figure 3 est une vue en coupe d'un châssis conforme à l'invention adapté à un ouvrant du type dit à frappe.
- La Figure 4 est une vue à plus grande échelle d'un détail de la Figure 3.
- Les Figures 5, 6 et 7 sont des vues en coupe de diverses variantes du châssis dit à frappe selon la Figure 3.
Claims (10)
- Ouvrant respirant, comportant un châssis, deux vitres (9, 10) et un joint d'étanchéité (13), le châssis comportant un cadre (2) formé par l'assemblage selon ses quatre côtés de profilés métalliques jointifs (4), ce cadre étant monté dans un dormant fixe (3) séparant l'atmosphère extérieure (E) d'une zone intérieure (I) située du côté opposé par rapport à un vitrage (8) porté par ce châssis et formé de deux vitres parallèles (9, 10) délimitant entre elles un espace libre (11) contenant une lame d'air, la périphérie d'au moins la première vitre au contact de l'atmosphère extérieure ayant son bord externe pris en portefeuille dans un joint d'étanchéité (13) en un matériau souple approprié, ce joint étant conformé pour comporter une partie continue en U (14) recevant ce bord de la vitre et prolongée par un élément plat (15) s'étendant dans l'espace libre entre les deux vitres, celles-ci avec le joint d'étanchéité porté par la première étant encastrées selon chacun des côtés du châssis dans les profilés métalliques (4) du cadre, caractérisé en ce que la partie en U (14) du joint d'étanchéité (13) comporte un ensemble de trous de passage (18) répartis selon la longueur du joint en contact avec la partie basse de la première vitre et en ce que le profilé métallique (4) disposé sous la partie en U du joint qui s'y encastre est percé d'orifices traversants (21) pour établir une communication entre la lame d'air dans le vitrage entre les deux vitres et l'atmosphère extérieure.
- Ouvrant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément plat (15) prolongeant la partie en U (14) du joint (13) recevant le bord de la première vitre (9) prise en portefeuille, est à son tour prolongé par une seconde partie (16), également en U, dans laquelle est pris de façon semblable le bord de la deuxième vitre (10), parallèle à la première et en regard de la zone intérieure (I).
- Ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties en U (14, 16) du joint (13), dans lesquelles les bords des vitres (9, 10) sont pris en portefeuille, sont identiques.
- Ouvrant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les trous de passage (18) ménagés dans la partie en U (14) du joint (13) recevant la première vitre (9) sont prévus au droit de la liaison entre cette partie en U et l'élément plat (15) qui la prolonge dans l'espace libre (11) entre les deux vitres.
- Ouvrant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le profilé métallique (4) sous la partie en U (14) du joint (13), comporte une toile (20) où sont percés les orifices traversants (21), cette toile s'étendant au-dessus d'une rainure (23) ouverte latéralement, ménagée dans le profilé.
- Ouvrant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la rainure ouverte (23) comporte, sous la toile (20) du profilé, une grille de protection (24).
- Ouvrant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième vitre (10) est appliquée contre le joint d'étanchéité (13) par des parcloses de maintien (28), portées par les profilés métalliques (4) du cadre (2) et en appui sur la face externe de la vitre avec interposition d'un joint à lèvre (27) complémentaire.
- Ouvrant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ouvrant respirant comporte un vantail coulissant, le profilé métallique (4) comprenant au moins deux organes de roulement (5), aptes à se déplacer sur un rail de guidage (6), de préférence commun, porté par la partie basse du dormant fixe (3) recevant l'ouvrant.
- Ouvrant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ouvrant respirant est du type à frappe et est monté à pivotement sur le dormant fixe (3), un des profilés métalliques (4) étant solidaire d'une paumelle d'articulation.
- Ouvrant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les profilés métalliques (4) du cadre (2) comportent, au delà du joint d'étanchéité (13), extérieurement à l'espace (11) contenant la lame d'air dans le vitrage (8), des barrettes isolantes (17) assurant une rupture de pont thermique.
