Claims (20)
- Steckerteil zur Verwendung mit einem Steckverbinder und einem elektrischen Steuergerät in einem aufblasbaren Rückhaltesystem für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) einem Gehäuse mit mindestens einer endseitigen Gehäuseöffnung,b) im Gehäuse sind Kontakte (40,42) angeordnet, die sich in Richtung auf die Gehäuseöffnung erstrecken,c) die Kontakte (40,42) sind über eine Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) untereinander verbindbar,d) die Kurzschlussfeder (16k,18k) ist Bestandteil eines Federelements (10), das permanent mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist und einen Massekontakt (18m) zur Schaffung einer durchgehenden Masseverbindung zum Steckverbinder aufweist.
- Steckerteil zur Verwendung mit einem Steckverbinder und einem elektrischen Steuergerät in einem aufblasbaren Rückhaltesystem für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) einem Gehäuse mit mindestens einer endseitigen Gehäuseöffnung,b) im Gehäuse sind Kontakte (40,42) angeordnet, die sich in Richtung auf die Gehäuseöffnung erstrecken,c) die Kontakte (40,42) sind über eine Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) untereinander verbindbar,d) einem Federelement (10), das permanent mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist und einen Massekontakt (18m) zur Schaffung einer durchgehenden Masseverbindung zum Steckverbinder aufweist,e) Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) und Federelement (10) haben Kontakt zueinander.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit Kontakten (40,42) in Form von Kontaktstiften.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einem Gehäuse mit topfförmiger Aufnahme.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einem, gegen eine Innenwand des Gehäuses anliegenden Federelement (10).
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem das Gehäuse aus einem in einer metallischen Umhüllung (50) angeordneten Isolierkörper (30) besteht.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 6, bei dem das Federelement (10) Laschen (12, 14) aufweist, die sich durch den Isolierkörper (30) hindurch bis zur Umhüllung (50) erstrecken.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einem, gegen einen Boden des Gehäuses anliegenden Federelement (10).
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 2 mit einer, gegen einen Boden des Gehäuses anliegenden Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k).
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einem parallel zu den Kontakten (40,42) verlaufenden Massekontakt (18m).
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der Massekontakt (18m) als Feder gestaltet ist, die mit ihrem freien Ende in Richtung auf die Kontakte (40,42) vorsteht.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem das Federelement (10) Aussparungen (20) aufweist, durch die die Kontakte (40,42) hindurchragen.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) zwei Kontaktzungen aufweist, die aus parallel zu den Kontakten (40,42) verlaufenden Wandabschnitten (16, 18) des Federelements (10) ausgeformt sind.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) zwei Kontaktzungen aufweist.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, bei dem eine Kontaktzunge (16k, 18k) zur permanenten Anlage am zugehörigen Kontakt (40,42) ausgebildet ist.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Federelement (10) einen rechteckigen Boden (10b) aufweist, von dessen vier Seiten Abschnitte (12, 14, 16, 18) nach oben abstehen, wobei zwei Abschnitte (12, 14) der Verbindung zum Gehäuse und zwei Abschnitte (16, 18) der Ausbildung der Kurzschlussbrücke (16k, 18k) dienen.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, bei dem die Kontaktzungen (16k, 18k) um 180 Grad zueinander versetzt verlaufen.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) mit dem Federelement (10) kraftschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Kurzschlussfeder (16k, 18k) mit dem Federelement (10) verschweißt oder verklebt ist.
- Steckerteil nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Federelement (10) einen rechteckigen Boden (10b) aufweist, von dessen vier Seiten Abschnitte (12, 14, 16, 18) nach oben abstehen, wobei zwei Abschnitte (12, 14) der Verbindung zum Gehäuse und zwei Abschnitte (16, 18) der Ausbildung des Massekontakts (18m) dienen.
