Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Multisegmentfiltern der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, wobei Filtersegmente (1, 7) einer Gruppe von Filtersegmenten zugestellt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Filtersegmente (1, 7) vor ihrer Zustellung zur Gruppe von Filtersegmenten ein Medium (3) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Filterstäbe ein Medium (3) eingebracht wird und in einem nachfolgenden Schritt die Filterstäbe in Filtersegmente (1) geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium (3) während des Transports der Filterstäbe oder Filtersegmente (1, 7), insbesondere auf einer Fördertrommel oder Funktionstrommel (18), eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterstäbe oder Filtersegmente (1, 7) vor Einbringen des Mediums (3) festgehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine vorbestimmte Menge des Mediums (3) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium (3) mittels eines Einbringorgans (5), vorzugsweise Sprühdorn (5), in das Innere des Filtersegments (1, 7) oder der Filterstäbe eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium (3) mittels eines Einbringorgans (2), vorzugsweise Sprühdüse (2), von außen in das Innere des Filtersegments (1, 7) oder der Filterstäbe eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium (3) längsaxial parallel zur Längsrichtung der Filtersegmente (1, 7) oder Filterstäbe eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium (3) in wenigstens eine Hohlkammer, vorzugsweise eines Mehrfachfiltersegments oder eines Mehrfachfilterstabs, eingebracht wird.
- Modul (10) einer Multisegmentfiltermaschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, wobei Filtersegmente (1, 7) einer Gruppe von Filtersegmenten zustellbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zum Einbringen eines Mediums (3) in die Filtersegmente (1, 7) vorgesehen ist.
- Modul (10) gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zum Einbringen von einem Medium (3) in Filterstäbe und eine Schneidvorrichtung zum Schneiden der Filterstäbe in Filtersegmente (1, 7) vorgesehen sind.
- Modul (10) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung auf einem Fördermittel, insbesondere Fördertrommel oder Funktionstrommel (18), ausgebildet ist.
- Modul (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Halteelement (4) für die Filterstäbe oder Filtersegmente (1, 7) ausgebildet ist.
- Modul (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung ein Einbringorgan, vorzugsweise Sprühdüse (2) oder Sprühdorn (5), aufweist.
- Modul (10) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einbringorgan mit Druck, vorzugsweise mittels einer Druckluftquelle oder eines Kolbens, beaufschlagbar ist.
- Modul (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dosiereinrichtung für das Medium (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Multisegmentfiltermaschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 16.
