Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Ausrichtung eines Bogens (26), mit zumindest einem Anschlagelement (28; 29; 31), an dem eine Seitenkante (36; 37) des Bogens (26) durch Formschluss ausrichtbar ist, und zumindest einem Antriebselement (32; 33; 34), mit dem durch Eingriff am Bogen (26) eine Antriebskraft auf den Bogen (26) übertragbar ist, wobei der Bogen (26) durch Antrieb des Antriebselements (32; 33; 34) in Richtung des Anschlagelements (28; 29; 31) förderbar ist, wobei das Antriebselement (32; 33; 34) mit sich zyklisch zwischen Antriebsphasen (TA) und Ruhephasen (TR) ändernden Vorschubgeschwindigkeiten (VX MAX; VX MIN; VY MAX; VY MIN) antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage der Seitenkante (36; 37) des Bogens (20) am Anschlagelement (28; 29; 31) mittels eines Sensors (41) erfassbar und das Antriebselement (32; 33; 34) in Abhängigkeit des Sensors (41) ansteuerbar ist, dass das Antriebselement (08; 32; 33; 34) mit einem Gegenhalter (03; 27) zusammenwirkt, wobei das Antriebselement (08; 32; 33; 34) zur Beklemmung des Bogens (02; 26) gegen den Gegenhalter (03; 27) gefahren werden kann und durch Abheben des Antriebselements (08; 32; 33; 34) der Bogen (02; 26) freigebbar ist und dass als Sensor (41) eine elektrische oder elektronische Auswerteeinrichtung dient, mit der elektrische Strom zum Antrieb des Antriebselements (08; 32; 33; 34) beim Andrücken gegen den Gegenhalter (03; 27) messbar ist, wobei die Zeitdifferenz zwischen einem Zeitpunkt (t) während des Anstiegs des gemessenen Stroms beim Beklemmen und einem Bezugszeitpunkt als Maß für den Abstand zwischen Antriebselement (08; 32; 33; 34) und Gegenhalter (03; 27) auswertbar und mit einer Referenzzeitdifferenz (Tsoll) vergleichbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (08; 32; 33; 34) in den Ruhephasen (TR) entsprechend dem Vorschubbetrag (14) in den Antriebsphasen (TA) in Gegenrichtung antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Sensor (41) eine elektrische oder elektronische Auswerteeinrichtung dient, mit der elektrische Strom zum Antrieb des Antriebselements (32; 33; 34) beim Vorschub des Bogens (26) in Richtung des Anschlagelements (28; 29; 31) messbar ist, wobei der gemessene Strom in der Auswerteeinrichtung mit einer bestimmten Referenzstromstärke (IB), die im Falle des Anliegens der Seitenkante (36; 37) des Bogens (26) am Anschlagelement (28; 29; 31) überschritten wird, als Messkriterium verglichen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (08; 32; 33; 34) mittels eines Piezo-Aktuators antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorrichtung (01; 25) ein Sensor zur Doppelbogen-Kontrolle vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Sensor (41) eine elektrische oder elektronische Auswerteeinrichtung dient, mit der elektrische Strom zum Antrieb des Antriebselements (08; 32; 33; 34) beim Andrücken gegen den Gegenhalter (03; 27) messbar ist, wobei die Zeitdifferenz zwischen einem Zeitpunkt (t) während des Anstiegs des gemessenen Stroms beim Beklemmen und einem Bezugszeitpunkt als Maß für den Abstand zwischen Antriebselement (08; 32; 33; 34) und Gegenhalter (03; 27) auswertbar und mit einer Referenzzeitdifferenz (TSoll) vergleichbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitdifferenz, die beim Beklemmen der gewünschten Anzahl von Bogen (26) auftritt, automatisch durch kontrollierten Einzug eines ersten Bogens (26) aus einem Bogenstrom in einer Kalibrierphase feststellbar und in der Auswerteeinheit als Referenzzeitdifferenz (Tsoll) speicherbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorrichtung (25) zumindest zwei getrennt antreibbare Antriebselemente (32; 33; 34) mit jeweils einem zugeordneten Anschlagelement (28; 29; 31) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebselemente (32; 33; 34) unterschiedliche Vorschubrichtungen (x; z) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (28) zumindest mit einem Teilbereich abschnittsweise auf der Oberseite des Bogens (26) zur Anlage kommen kann.
