Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging element according to the preamble of claim 1 for padded, stacked, stock and secure against shock absorption of packaging goods, wherein the packaging element one the packaged goods compared to an outer or outer packaging
- the inner lining is made of a blank of foldable material how corrugated cardboard is unfoldable, comprising a bottom element and along the boundary the same - if appropriate via drop or fold lines - hinged flaps and a cooperating with the inner packaging, this closing strap for fixing the packaged goods while producing has of this holding adhesion.
- Document WO 98 / 18694A discloses a packaging element according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- the main purpose of the invention is to provide a sales-friendly packaging, a slight demonstration of the packaging material outside the packaging element, which is usually easy to remove in a carton to allow.
- packaging elements are conventionally used Tab locking connections in case of shocks and loads relatively easy to open, or even loosen the connections, and impact protection functions are significantly impaired.
- tray trays formed from corrugated cardboard blanks are known in practice, which are erected in connection with a bond. Although such trays can relatively fast and easy to be made by machine, but you have to deal with others Resilience.
- the adhesive bond only surfaces together connected, so that the connection easily tears under load. That's why you are rely on sufficiently large contact surfaces when making adhesive bonds, so that the shape of the shell tray in particular for the spacer elements is undesirably restricted.
- packaging elements from this material have a relatively large transport volume.
- the Production with special molds is expensive.
- Foam parts should be avoided if possible to stop the production to reduce plastic material.
- packaging material made of corrugated cardboard felt mostly more pleasant than plastic becomes.
- such packaging adheres to the disadvantage that they are in terms of on the distribution of consumer goods presented by the retailer to the end user should be, but then quickly packed again, difficult to handle are. This is partly due to the often existing variety of items, especially but the high forces with which the packages are put together as in the rest auoki touchde adhesive joints not properly reassembled be able to give the customer a quasi-original packaged evacuation to guarantee the goods purchased by him.
- the invention is in fulfillment of the above-stated main purpose in general the Task based, as far as possible elimination of the disadvantages described
- a smart, reusable package to create for the Koasumhandel should Criteria of a quick demonstration opportunity at the dealer, a space-saving Warehousing, a simple Wiederverpackraj the previously removed packaged goods for the purpose of being carried by the customer, a lightweight, energy-free one Removal of the packaging material from the packaging in a non-destructive manner by the customer at home and possibly re-packaging after a certain Time in case of complaints or necessary repairs, ie in total fulfill or ensure an extremely easy repackability.
- the tension band on the one hand form the annular closure as a whole itself can, so forms an endless Spannbandring, it is just as possible, the Form strap only as part of the annular closure. It can then e.g. Clamping band pieces attached to the expansion flaps for closing the ring be and be connected to them such that they are against the material restoring force be clamped the same and fix these flaps defined in their position. It can these are tape or adhesive tape pieces, e.g. with Velcro closures, buckles or similar opening and / or closing elements.
- the packaging can be made virtually padless by the relatively loose Tape holds the packaged goods in two directions while securing in the third direction can be produced by the shape of the packaging.
- Words is compared with the known from the prior art spanned elastic Bands on the frictional generated by these and waives the band produced assurance of the packaged goods now on the shape of the packaging and the restoring force of the expansion flap (s) generated.
- tape strapping are Today there are sufficient technical possibilities, on the one hand such bands in fixed circumferential length to connect precisely, in particular to weld, how to on the other hand, a band tension equal to zero before welding, i. in Adaptation to the packaging form of the packaging element to be produced in the Location is. In addition, there are sufficiently rigid cardboard corrugated to such Build up packaging. Finally, one is enabled by the invention, the amount of corrugated cardboard needed to the currently conceivable minimum reduce by using neither carded nor double-walled corrugated board elements possible bonding needed.
- the band has the function of a closure element on the one hand under fixation of the flaps in position and on the other hand a power transmission means. It is not stretchable in relation to the weight of the packaged goods, i.e. technically it is rigid.
- the inner packaging surrounds the packaged goods quasi cage-like and under conditioning of edges of the packaged goods along corresponding Inside edges of the inner packaging, so that a total of safe Storage of the packaged items in their packaging yields.
- such a package can best be produced with a blank, which have at least one deflection edge with respect to the tension band should, as the number of surrounding from the blank to him deflecting edges or Corners of the packaged goods is, with this (an additional) deflection edge opposite the packaged goods is free to move. That's the way the vibrancy goes Band no circumferentially solid, non-positive connection to the packaged, but this is curious about the packaging itself and is from the latter by Shape and the tension applied held securely in its position.
- the invention proposes a Verpakkungselement before, in which the side flaps as opposed to each other in pairs hinged to the ground and their characteristics are that a first pair of flaps is designed as a supporting wing, the kind of spacers the Verpakkungselement in the outer carton at least in the height dimension, while the second pair of flaps forms the tension or expansion flaps.
- the first pair of flaps be designed as a spacer acting in two dimensions, while the Packing element in the third dimension is advantageously determined by that the floor in this dimension is designed as a spacer.
- the first pair of flaps be designed as a folding wing, one of which inner wing part hinged to the ground and an outer wing part inwards or outwards Foldable against the inner wing part, so as to be able to size differences compensate by means of the outer wing part.
- the second pair of flaps is arranged and designed so that it exclusively serves as tensioning or expanding flaps.
- the second is preferred Pair of flaps in horizontal wave and thus in its articulation or bendability opposite The distance between the floor and rillinienuza trained. This will make it possible the wings forming the tensioning latches are simply around the device to be packaged kink, wherein the fold is formed independently with the waveform and a adapted form arises.
- the expansion flaps longer or shorter than the height of the goods to be packaged and thus either against the upper surface or against the front sides to be tensioned.
- the second pair of flaps on his free edge with position-defined and -definierenden sections for recording the Umspann be formed.
- the tensioning straps can be further facilitated the removal and / or pushing the bands, when the flaps are kept relaxed ..
- the strapping a single strap includes, what the demands for material savings and a minimum Accommodates work processes. But you can do it just as well, if it is To a particularly firm, but still easy removal of the packaged goods ensuring, just as quickly repackable packaging arrives, preferably two mutually separate, crossing each other extending tension bands as Provide re-tensioning.
- the tension straps should be substantially parallel attached to the folding lines of the first pair of flaps, what training the machine to be used as well as for clarity in Handling at the dealer and customer.
- the height the second, the tensioning or expanding flaps forming flap pair lower than that be the packaging material, so that then the bands against the flaps against The device can be pushed off to the side, or it is provided that the height of the second pair of flaps that exceeds the packaging material, in which case sub-wing the second pair of flaps in height of the packaged goods against this be foldable be, so that here from above an even better protection for the packaged device gives and while pressing down these upper flap parts against the device, the bands relaxed and can be deported, so that the device taken up can be.
- the essentially cuboidal devices When using the packaging elements described for rectangular in plan, that is to say, viewed in three dimensions, the essentially cuboidal devices has proven to be particularly favorable, if the first pair of flaps as longitudinal wing flaps and the second pair of flaps provides as transverse wing flaps.
- the first pair of flaps as longitudinal wing flaps and the second pair of flaps provides as transverse wing flaps.
- Variants of any kind conceivable by ultimately determining a particular Shape according to weight, shape of the packaged goods and dimensions of course, as well as the necessary handling measures.
- a particularly suitable for the erection of such packaging elements blank made of corrugated cardboard usually comprises in a known manner a bearing surface forming, essentially rectangular central or bottom field on which the packaged goods can be placed flat and, accordingly, essentially the main floor plan dimensions the packaged good, as well as foldable or bendable hinged, each in a pairwise training opposite longitudinal and Side flaps designed according to the height dimensions.
- Such a blank is preferably designed in a development of the invention that the longitudinal side flaps in standing wave and the transverse side flaps are designed in horizontal wave, wherein the longitudinal side flaps on folding or folding lines in a predetermined geometric Position against the central field should be foldable, while the transverse side flaps according to the wave pattern in the dimensions of the packaged goods, seen in the longitudinal direction of the blank, are foldable in a variable position.
- predetermined crease lines can be provided for the transverse side flaps, but due to the choice of the wave pattern, the already mentioned above can be mentioned here High variability in terms of size differences, in compliance with the Main purpose of the invention, via the expansion flaps to the necessary belt tension generate, reach.
- a packaging element in which the side flaps in pairs opposite each other in the form of longitudinal wing flaps on the one hand and transverse wing flaps are arranged on the other hand and its special features in development of the invention are that the longitudinal wing flaps as at least partially the height of the interior of the outer packaging corresponding height distance holder, partly as distinctbiegbare from the longitudinal wing flaps Sp Dr Drklappen and as about the articulation of the transverse wing flaps to a predetermined first Auskragumble protruding longitudinal spacers are formed; that the transverse wing flaps as corresponding to the Auskragbreite the longitudinal wing flaps waisted, following the sidecut to the outside by a second overhang width the imaginary extension of the fold lines of the longitudinal wing flaps projecting support wings are provided while at least partially the width of the interior space form the Umverpackung corresponding Booth
- Such packaging elements are, as indicated, especially for the Series packaging of a specific device size, wherein preferably the waveform in the longitudinal wing flaps perpendicular to the fold lines and in the transverse wing flaps parallel is provided to the fold lines, so that a very stable spacing in the length, side and height dimension and thus a weight-appropriate and still easy packaging and unpackability results.
- Due to the vertical wave pattern in the longitudinal sides of the support brackets provide stable support columns. These allow a high stacking of such packaging with inserted packaged goods.
- the width distance holders are preferably an integral part of the bottom field, by moving from the area of the longitudinal wing flaps between their hinges be punched out at the bottom field.
- a packaging element in which also in a known manner, the side flaps in hinged to each other pairwise training opposite to the ground or central field are, in training of the inventive idea, a first pair of flaps as Supporting wing is formed, the type of spacers, the packaging element in Fix outer carton in the height dimension and in a width dimension, and a second pair of flaps forms the tensioning or expanding flaps, formed with additional feet is as well as in its longitudinal extension a spacer for fixing the Verpakkungselements determined in the length dimension.
- the first Flap pair be designed as a foldable support wings, of which an inner wing part articulated on the ground and an outer wing part outwards against the inner foldable, wherein the height of the outer wing portion exceeds that of the inner and the outer wing part a height distance holder for the seat of the packaging element in Outer carton forms.
- At the outer wing parts can be punched out of the inner wing part Grips for lifting the packaging element in and out of the outer carton be articulated.
- two straps may be provided as a strap, the should be mounted substantially parallel to the fold lines of the transverse wing flaps.
- These belts must be rigid in terms of their power transmission function, i. technically rigid and inextensible.
- the packaging element practically equate to a tray, as well as in connection with elastic band wrappings is used, but there is instead of such a Tensioning elastic film here only two non-stretch straps, which preferably run in the edge region of the packaged part and the longitudinal wing flaps with span, so that applied by this the required voltage becomes.
- An inventive packaging element for a packaging body 2 in essential cuboid structure is mainly from a blank 1 shown in Fig. 1 and from a re-tensioning of a or a plurality of tension bands 3 (see Figures 1b to 1d).
- the blank 1 is made of corrugated cardboard with a preferred waveform, as it emerges from the upper left corner.
- This blank 1 includes a Bottom panel 11 of generally rectangular shape, as used for receiving the packaging body 2 is suitable.
- Lijnsriller 12 At the bottom panel 11, in pairs opposite each other, Longitudinal wing flaps 16 on folding or folding lines in the form of grooves 12 and Transverse flap 15 hinged.
- the Lssensriller 12 are indicated here by dashed lines. It may be - with regard to the material layers of the corrugated board - the various types of creasing act, but in practice sufficient is known and need not be described in detail here, because the Such a riller form for the expert from the intended use without further results and has essentially manufacturing significance.
- the Longitudinal wing flaps 16 are divided into partial flaps by means of grooves 13, of where the inner wing parts 16.1 are articulated on the ground over the riller 12 and outer wing parts 16.2 on the Riller 13 hinged to the inner wing parts 16.1 sit.
- the transverse wing flaps 15 can due to the indicated waveform kinked or bent at any point relative to the bottom panel 11 become. They have at their free edge 15.2 cutouts 19 for recording a tension band 3 and bevels 15.1 on, the easy sliding and remove the strap to serve.
- the longitudinal wing flaps 16 protrude beyond the imaginary narrowest bend line of the transverse flaps 15 and are there by means of a sidecut 17 against the transverse wings 15 cut free, where they have feet in this area 16.3, the distance bracket to serve in height.
- the transverse wing flaps or clamping wings 15 are corresponding to the predetermined Length of the band 3, after having first turned it over stronger pressed against the packaging body 2, due to their restoring forces in the direction of the arrows R against the tension band 3 and tension this. Due to this force, the packaging body 2 becomes sufficiently strong held against the ground 11.
- the folded up after folding the tension band 3 and folded longitudinal wing flap parts 16.1 and 16.2 form in lower portion of the outer wing parts 2 a supporting fuse for the packaging body 2.
- the bottom 11 determines due to its by the Riller 12 certain maximum width of the plant against the carton 4 in the transverse direction, while in the longitudinal direction, which need not be shown in more detail, the longitudinal or support flaps 16 with their length extension due to Protrusions in the area of the feet 16.3 the longitudinal support in the outer carton produce.
- the easy removal of the packaging body 2 from the packaging element is made possible by the tension wings 15 slightly opposite to the arrows R presses against the packaging body 2, whereby the band is relaxed and the packaged body, which generally has a smooth surface, of The tape can be separated by pushing out.
- the deportation of the Bandes is facilitated by the bevels 15.1. So it is possible the packaged Device 2 repeatedly pack and unpack, without the original packaging to damage.
- FIG. 1a A variant of the previously discussed blank of Fig. 1a is shown in Fig. 2. Like the blank of Fig. 1a, this blank is also suitable for rectangular Small or medium weight devices such as notebooks or laptops. In longitudinal section, this blank results in a shape as in FIG. 1c, while in the cross-section rather the circumstances, as related can be explained with Fig. 4b, can be produced. With L, B and H are the essential ones Edges for the spacer in length, width or height marked.
- FIG. 3 and 4a show two further variations for a packaging element, which is suitable for holding laptops, notebooks and the like.
- the Embodiment of Fig. 3 (left half) shows one of the range of in the height of undivided support wing flap 16 extra punched out pocket 16.4, which serves to fix the packaged goods in the width direction while the actual longitudinal or support wing perpendicular to the wall of the outer carton can be present.
- Fig. 5 shows a blank for heavier bulk goods such as water heaters and sees the arrangement of two straps by means of partial expansion flaps 15.4 before.
- a blank is especially for goods suitable, which are not designed strictly cuboid, but rounding o.ä. exhibit.
- Side seams 17 ensure that transverse and longitudinal flaps 16 and 15, acting as support flaps on the one hand and clamping flaps on the other hand, relatively release each other.
- the support flaps 16 collar over the Faltriller 12 of Longitudinal flaps by an amount e; conversely, the longitudinal wings 15 cantilever an amount d over the fold lines 13 of the transverse wing.
- transverse wing as clamping wings 15 are formed similar to FIG. 1a, and as they are for example for decoder and receiver devices is used is shown in Fig. 6.
- Sp Drklappen 15 and support flaps 16 only by punching or cutting lines 14th separated, resulting in a relatively simple, straight blank results.
- This is intended for packaged goods such as notebooks, with which one only a strap required, as this from the arrangement of only one recess 19 emerges. Due to the standing wave in the longitudinal wing flaps 16th Again, there is a considerable stiffness in thedoinerstrekkung again.
- Fig. 7a and b show an element especially for PCs, so goods of relatively high weight and high shock sensitivity.
- the support flaps 16 are similar Fig. 1a divided into inner and outer wing parts 16.1 and 16.2, while the Tensioning wing 15 relatively low and with bevels 15.1 for a easy mounting and removal of the tension band are provided.
- handles 16.5 are articulated, which from the area of the inner wing part 16.1 are punched out.
- the outer wing parts are in this embodiment 16.2 folded outwards (see Fig. 7b).
- the wave direction visible in FIG. 7a (standing wave in 16.2) contributes to increasing the strength in the vertical direction at.
- the handles 16.5 which are omitted in Fig. 7b, can one this packaging element with his packaged easily from the Lift the outer carton.
- the Aus colbrungsform of Fig. 8a and b is also for relatively heavy goods suitable and characterized by a high lateral and altitude stability, such as this particular Fig. 8b with the box-shaped structure of the folded side wing parts 16.1 and 16.2 in conjunction with the free punched formations 11.1 of the bottom field 11 shows. Also in the longitudinal direction support the box-shaped folded side wings 16.1 and 16.2 (without interference from the lying Waves) due to the box shape. On the other hand, this wave direction has here again the advantage already described in connection with FIG. 1, that for the clamping wing 15 no grooving needs to be provided, but variations in length are available.
- the wing flaps than about the actual Dimensions of the packaging body beyond acting spacers, so with Abutment surfaces abut against the outer carton on the inner wall.
- the longitudinal wing flaps 15 to a first Auskragumble d over the Riller 13 of the transverse wing flaps 16 also extended and by a punching or Section 14 separated therefrom, whereas the transverse wing flaps 16, the also about the longitudinal rillers 12 to a second Auskragumble e addition extend, to produce the necessary geometric relationships, the Foldability and material saving account, with a sidecut 17 are provided.
- the longitudinal wing flaps 15 are corresponding to the predetermined length of Bands 3, after they first when turning them more against the Ground were pressed, due to their restoring forces in the direction of arrows R tired against the straps 3 and tighten them, so that as a result of this force the packaging body 2 is held sufficiently firmly against the bottom 11.
- the folded up after folding the straps 3 transverse wing flaps 16th Form in their lower fold area a supporting security (cage-like capture) for the packaging body 2 and determine the plant with their width against the carton 11 in the transverse direction, whereas, as can be seen, as Tension wing acting longitudinal wing flaps 15 due to their projections d Form stops in the longitudinal direction.
- the support wings 16 in their Height so that they form a height stop at the top and thus the packaging element shockproof and safe recorded in the outer carton 4 is.
- the easy removal of the packaging body 2 from the Packaging element is possible by the tension wings 15 easily pressed against the bottom panel 11, whereby the tape is relaxed and the packaged Body 2, which usually has a smooth surface, from the bands can be separated by pushing out. This is also possible here the packaged device repeatedly pack and unpack.
- FIG. 10a and 10b Reference to the Fig. 10a and 10b is again the principle of operation of the invention be clarified.
- These representations are relatively simple, here purely fictional selected packaging body 2 triangular or circular cross-section.
- These Body lie on the bottom surfaces 11 and are laterally by support wings 16th supported, while clamping wings 15, which are virtually non-contact the packaging body 2, the tension of the tension band 3 due to their to generate the grooving 12 acting restoring force R.
- the tension bands 3 do not need (FIG. 10 a) or only partially (FIG. 10 b) on the packaging body 2 attack.
- the unfolded packaging element has at least one Edge more than the packaged body. This edge is opposite the latter freely pivotable and thus allows the generation of a sufficiently secure Position of the packaged body required clamping force.
