Die Abwurfeinrichtung 3 auf dem Trägerfahrzeug 1 ist am vorderen Ende an Stützen mit Lagern 8 schwenkbar gelagert. Mit einem oder zwei Hydraulikzylindem 7 kann die Einrichtung 3 für den Abwurf der Faschinen oder für den Ausbau des Fahrzeugtriebwerks hochgeschwenkt werden.
Bei Verwendung eines Kampfpanzerfahrgestells 1 kann die gesamte Abwurfeinrichtung 3 am vorhandenen fahrzeugfesten Teil des vorhandenen Turmdrehkranzes (nicht dargestellt) montiert werden. Der Mannschaftsraum kann sich unterhalb des Turmdrehkranzes unter einer entsprechenden Abdeckung befinden.
Die Faschinen(pakete) 6 werden quer zur Fahrtrichtung auf der Abwurfeinrichtung 3 gelagert. Sie liegen auf den Transportbändern 11 und werden mittels Gurtbändern 10 in der Transportposition verzurrt. Die Gurtbänder wickeln sich nach der Entriegelung automatisch auf. Das vordere Faschinenpaket 6a wird gegen die Förderbänder gezogen. Die Hebeeinrichtungen 14 sind an den Längsträgern 3a gelagert und können mit Hilfe von Hydrozylindern angehoben und abgesenkt werden. Ebenso ist es alternativ möglich, die Hebeeinrichtung mittels zwei Hebepunkten zu realisieren. Das mit der Hebeeinrichtung 14 verzurrte Faschinenpaket 6 gibt in der angehobenen Position die beiden Transportbänder 11 frei. Das jeweils vordere Paket kann nun nach gelöster Verzurrung und auf den Transportbändern aufliegend bei nach vorn geschwenkter Abwurfeinrichtung nach vorn abgelegt werden. Die Transportbänder laufen synchron und werden im einfachsten Fall nicht angetrieben, da das Paket wegen der Schrägstellung der Einrichtung aufgrund seines Gewichts auf den Transportbändern nach vorn abläuft. Dabei kann das Verlagern der Faschinen in Längsrichtung auf der Abwurfeinrichtung von den angetriebenen Ausschüben 9 mit übernommen werden. Alternativ kann das Verlagern der Faschine mittels Heckkran vorgenommen werden.
Die beiden in den Längsträgern 3a gelagerten Ausschübe 9 ermöglichen die Ablage der Faschine in einem größeren Abstand vor dem Fahrzeug. Dabei rutscht die Faschine über den ausgefahrenen Obergurt der Ausschübe bis auf den Boden aufgrund der schräggeschwenkten Abwurfeinrichtung.
Der Faschinenabwurfvorgang läuft in folgenden Schritten ab:

Claims (13)
- Apparatus for clearance of mines comprising a tractor vehicle as the carrier vehicle (1), and a mine clearance appliance (2) which is fitted to the vehicle nose, for example a mine plough, with a fascine transport and ejection device (3) being fitted on the vehicle roof, characterized in that a stowage bracket (4) for the mine plough is fitted above the vehicle rear, and a transport crane (5) is also fitted to the vehicle rear, which transport crane (5) can move the mine plough to the stowage bracket and can additionally lift up and place down fascines and other parts.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the carrier vehicle is a tank chassis, and the fascine transport and ejection device (3) is mounted on the chassis-side turret mounting.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fascine ejection device, as a removable unit which is mounted on the carrier vehicle (1), comprises two longitudinal supports (3a) which are arranged on the left and right above the hull roof and are connected by means of lateral supports (3b), as well as two discharge parts (9), which are mounted in the longitudinal supports and can be extended in the direction of travel by means of an external drive, for example hydraulically, and two conveyor belts (11), which are driven in the same sense and are installed as an endless belt in the main supports, as well as a remotely operated lifting and lashing device (10, 14) for the fascine packets (6) which are also carried.
- Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that the entire device (3) can be pivoted forwards by means of articulated joints and drives about a horizontal axis (8) which is located transversely with respect to the direction of travel, such that the discharge parts of the device are close to the ground in front.
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1-4, characterized in that a plurality of fascine packets (6, 6a) are also carried on the ejection device (3).
- Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that two conveyor belts (11) which move in the same sense on the left and right in the longitudinal supports (3a) can be locked and unlocked for movement, and the fascines can roll off by means of their own weight when the transport device is pivoted (see Figure 2) and the conveyor belt (11) is unlocked.
- Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that two conveyor belts (11) which move in the same sense on the left and right in the longitudinal supports (3a) are externally driven.
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1-7, characterized in that the transport crane (5) which is fitted to the rear can be collapsed into a transport position at the rear.
- Apparatus according to Claim 8, characterized in that, when the transport crane (5) is in the extended operating position, it can lift the mine plough (2) which is fitted at the front, and can place it onto the transport bracket (4) on the rear of the vehicle.
- Apparatus according to Claim 8, characterized in that the operating area of the transport crane (5) can at least reach and operate any point on the vehicle.
- Apparatus according to Claim 8, characterized in that the transport crane (5) can be operated electrically or hydraulically, and by remote control from the carrier vehicle (1).
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1-11, characterized in that the mine plough (2), the fascine ejection device (3), the stowage bracket (4) and the transport crane (5) are in the form of modules which can be retrofitted to a track chassis of the carrier vehicle (1).
- Apparatus according to one of Claims 1-12, characterized in that the vehicle (1) can also be used remotely controlled and with remote monitoring.
