Abstract

Eine Folienpackung für gestapelteTücher, die einen Stapel von Tüchern quaderförmig umhüllt. Das technische Problem ist eine sichere und exakte Halterung des Stapels in der Folienpackung bis zur Entnahme des letzten Tuches. Die Deckfolie (4) weist einen durch eine umlaufende Trennlinie (5) begrenzten Aufreißausschnitt (6) auf. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Folienpackung für gestapelteTücher, die einen Stapel von Tüchern quaderförmig umhüllt.
Derartige Folienpackungen sind mit Aufreißbändern ausgestattet, die nach dem Aufreißen eine einzelne Entnahme der Tücher ermöglichen. Es handelt sich dabei um Putztücher, Haushalttücher, Hygienetücher oder dergleichen. Da nach Abtrennen des Aufreißbandes ein Teil der Folienpackung abgenommen wird, sind die Tücher des Stapels teilweise ungeschützt. Der Rest des Stapels kommt leicht und Unordnung und läßt sich nicht mehr unbeschädigt entnehmen.
Die EP 0 096546 B 1 beschreibt eine Kartonverpackung für Blattmaterial, wobei die Deckwand der Kartonverpackung eine Öffnung aufweist, die durch eine Kunststoffmembran mit einer länglichen Öffnung abgeschlossen ist. Die Entnahmeöffnung hat eine unzureichende Größe.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine sichere und exakte Halterung des Stapels in der Folienpackung bis zur Entnahme des letzten Tuches.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Deckfolie einen durch eine umlaufende Trennlinie begrenzten Aufreißausschnitt aufweist.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als der Aufreißausschnitt eine Öffnung innerhalb der Deckfolie zugänglich macht, durch die das oderste Tuch des Stapels einzeln ergriffen und entnommen werden kann. Die darunter liegenden Tücher werden durch diese Entnahme nicht beeinflußt und verbleiben somit in geordnetem Zustand bis zum Rest des Stapels.
Die Entnahme wird dadurch erleichtert, daß der Aufreißausschnitt großflächig innerhalb der Deckfolie ausgebildet ist.
Das Aufreißen der Trennlinie wird dadurch ungehindert ermöglicht, daß die Trennlinie einen elliptischen Verlauf hat.
Eine besonders effektive Trennlinie wird dadurch erzielt, daß die Trennlinie als Perforationslinie ausgebildet ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel wird anhand der schematischen Zeichnung erläutert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine quaderförmige Folienpackung 1, die einen Stapel 2 von gegebenenfalls gefalteten Tüchern 3 umhüllt. Es handelt sich dabei um Putztücher, Haushalttücher, Hygienetücher oder dergleichen. Diese Tücher 3 sollen aus der Folienpackung 1 einzeln entnehmbar sein. Die Folienpackung 1 selbst ist um den Stapel 2 gelegt oder gezogen und an den Stoßkanten verschweißt, was im Einzelnen nicht dargestellt ist.
Die den oberen Abschluß der Folienpackung 1 bildende Deckfolie 4 weist einen durch eine umlaufende Trennlinie 5 begrenzten Aufreißausschnitt 6 auf. Die Trennlinie 5 kann einen elliptischen oder anderen bogenförmigen Verlauf haben. Die Trennlinie 5 ist als Perforationslinie, Stanzlinie oder in ähnlicher Weise ausgebildet.
Beim Gebrauch der Folienpackung läßt sich der Aufreißausschnitt 6 nach Durchtrennen der Trennlinie 5 vollständig abziehen. Damit ist das oberste Tuch 3' des Stapels 2 großflächig zugänglich und läßt sich aus der durch den Aufreißausschnitt 6 gebildeten Öffnung herausziehen. Das Tuch kann mit den Fingern erfaßt und herausgezogen werden. Die übrigen Tücher 3 des Stapels 2 bleiben dabei weitgehend unbeeinflußt, so daß die Tücher 2 auch bei weitgehender Entleerung der Folienpackung 1 immer geordnet sind.

Claims (4)

  1. Folienpackung für gestapelteTücher, die einen Stapel von Tüchern quaderförmig umhüllt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckfolie (4) einen durch eine umlaufende Trennlinie (5) begrenzten Aufreißausschnitt (6) aufweist.
  2. Folienpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufreißausschnitt (6) großflächig innerhalb der Deckfolie ausgebildet ist.
  3. Folienpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennlinie (5) einen elliptischen Verlauf hat.
  4. Folienpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennlinie (5) als Perforationslinie ausgebildet ist.
