Claims (18)
- Verfahren zur Bearbeitung eines Sägegutes (12), bei dem das Sägegut (12) in Leisten zugeschnitten wird, bei dem in einem ersten Bearbeitungsschritt des Sägegutes (12) zumindest ein Schnitt entlang zumindest einer Nulllinie (32) gesetzt wird, bei dem das Sägegut (12) zur zumindest einer Nulllinie positioniert wird, so dass zumindest ein erster Schnitt in einem Abschnitt des Sägegutes (12) eingebracht wird, der während dem ersten Bearbeitungsschritt im Wesentlichen plan anliegend zum Transportband (13) positioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zumindest erster Schnitt in einem Abschnitt zwischen einem äußeren Rand (40) und einem Kernholz (41) oder zwischen einem äußeren Bereich (40) und einem dazu benachbarten innenliegenden Bereich (45) des Sägegutes (12) eingebracht wird und dieser Abschnitt zumindest teilweise während dem ersten Bearbeitungsschritt im wesentlichen plan anliegend zum Transportband (13) positioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nulllinie (32) in einem äußeren Randbereich des Transportbandes (13) positioniert wird und das Sägegut (12) an einem vom Kernholz (41) zum seitlichen Rand (40) des Sägegutes (12) verlaufenden Abschnitt oder mit einem Abschnitt (26, 27, 27', 27" usw.) im Schnittbereich (17) positioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Bearbeitungsschritt eine Positionierung der Nulllinie (32) im Randbereich des Transportbandes (13) vorgesehen ist und in wenigstens einem zweiten Bearbeitungsschritt die Nulllinie (32) ausgeblendet oder als weitere Schnittlinie (33, 34, 36) eingestellt und visualisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den ersten und die weiteren Bearbeitungsschritte die Positionierung der Lichtquelle (31) für die Nulllinie (32) und/oder für zumindest eine Schnittlinie (33, 34, 36) einprogrammierbar sind und durch eine Steuereinheit (21) positioniert und einjustiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nulllinie (32) bündig zum Rand (44) des Transportbandes (13) eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nulllinie (32) mit einem Abstand (46) zum äußeren Rand (44) des Transportbandes (13) eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nulllinie (32) und die weiteren Schnittlinien (33, 34, 36) durch jeweils eine Lichtquelle (31) , vorzugsweise einem Laser, mit einem oszillierenden Lichtstrahl im Zuführbereich (23) in Abhängigkeit der Bearbeitungsschritte sichtbar gemacht werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Sägegut (12), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit wenigstens einem Sägeblatt (14) und wenigstens einem Transportband (13) zum Zuführen des Sägegutes (12) in einen Schnittbereich (17), mit wenigstens einer Lichtquelle (31) zum Visualisieren wenigstens einer Nulllinie (32) im Zuführbereich (23), die innerhalb eines Schnittbereiches (17) für zumindest einen ersten Schnitt des Sägegutes (12) derart einstellbar ist, dass die zumindest eine Nulllinie (32) die Positionierung eines Abschnitts des Sägegutes (12) für den ersten Schnitt des Sägegutes (12) vorgibt und ein den Schnittbereich (17) durchquerender Abschnitt des Sägegutes (12) im wesentlichen plan auf dem Transportband (13) anordenbar ist, in dem der Schnitt gesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nulllinie (32) die Positionierung eines Bereiches zwischen einem äußeren Rand (40) und einem Kernholz (41)des Sägegutes (12) oder zwischen einem äußeren Rand (40) und einem innenliegenden benachbarten Bereich des Sägegutes (12) für einen ersten Schnitt des Sägegutes (12) vorgibt und ein den Schnittbereich (17) durchquerender Abschnitt des Sägegutes (12) im wesentlichen plan auf dem Transportband (13) anordenbar ist, in dem der zumindest eine Schnitt im ersten Bearbeitungsschritt gesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (31) zur Visualisierung der Nulllinie (32) an einer Positioniereinheit (37) angeordnet und zumindest entlang des Schnittbereichs (17) positionierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine weitere Lichtquelle (31) zur Visualisierung einer Schnittlinie (33, 34 und 36) vorgesehen ist und vorzugsweise mit jeweils einer Positioniereinheit (37) zum Schnittbereich (17) positionierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinheit (37) und vorzugsweise die Position der Sägeblätter (14) über eine Steuereinheit (21), vorzugsweise jeweils einzeln, ansteuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Schnittlinie (33, 34, 36) parallel zur Nulllinie (32) für einen ersten Bearbeitungsschritt einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nulllinie (32) und die weiteren Schnittlinien (33, 34, 36) getrennt voneinander einstellbar und für mehrere Bearbeitungsschritte programmierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Transportrichtung des Sägegutes (12) gesehen, parallel zum Transportband (13) nahe der Nulllinie (32) eine Führungsleiste (51) vorgesehen ist, die sich zumindest vom Schnittbereich (17) bis zum Ende des Transportbandes (13) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zum Transportband (13) nahe der Nulllinie (32) eine weitere Fördereinheit vorgesehen ist, welche sich zumindest zwischen dem Schnittbereich (17) und dem Transportbandende erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein entlang des Transportbandes (13) sich erstreckender Bereich vorgesehen ist, der einen freien Durchgang (42) umfasst.
