Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung für die Entnahme von flach zusammengelegten Faltschachteln (2) aus einem Magazinschacht (3) und deren Übergabe in einen Förderer (4) mit jeweils eine Faltschachtel (2) aufnehmenden Förderzellen (5), bestehend aus einem um eine Sonnenachse (8) drehbaren und antreibbaren Planetenträger (9), einem Planetenteil (11), das um eine zur Sonnenachse (8) exzentrische und mit ihr parallele Planetenachse (10) drehbar am Planetenträger (9) gelagert ist und ein Greiforgan (12) sowie ein mit der Planetenachse (10) koaxiales Planetenrad (13) trägt, das direkt oder indirekt mit einem zur Sonnenachse (8) koaxialen Sonnenrad (14) gekoppelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Planetenträger (9) nur genau das eine das Greiforgan (12) tragende Planetenteil (11) zugeordnet ist, daß zur gezielten Beeinflussung der Drehlage des Planetenteils (11) dem Sonnenrad (14) eine Antriebseinheit (16) zugeordnet ist, und daß die Bahn des Greiforgans (12) eine asymmetrische Trajektorie (17) mit zwei Strecklagen (18) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit (16) durch ein Schrittschaltgetriebe gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit (16) durch einen Servomotor gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Servomotor zur schrittweisen Beeinflussung der Drehlage des Planetenteils (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Strecklagen (18) einen Winkel von 120° mit einander einschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Förderzelle (5) aus mindestens einem schiebenden Mitnehmer (6) und einem voranlaufenden Mitnehmer (7) gebildet ist, und daß die mittels der Drehung des Sonnenrades (14) bestimmte Bahn der Faltschachtel (2) diese zum Aufrichten gegen den schiebenden Mitnehmer (6) führt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Förderzelle (5) aus mindestens einem schiebenden Mitnehmer (6) und einem voranlaufenden Mitnehmer (7) gebildet ist, und daß die mittels der Drehung des Sonnenrades (14) bestimmte Bahn der different öffnenden Faltschachtel (2) diese zum Aufrichten gegen den voranlaufenden Mitnehmer (7) führt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehsinn für die Drehung des Sonnenrades (14) konstant ist.
