- the possibilities for product pirates or unauthorized producers to access this booklet 1 are manifold and unfortunately often incomprehensible to the controlling party.
- the original tear tape 1 is "branched off" during transport to the packer, for example.
- FIG. 4b shows in separate logistics a flow of goods as by the use of the tearing strip 1 according to the invention , consisting of two or more components. Two yarn component manufacturers make parts of a tear tape 1 and deliver it to the packer.
- subbands 30; 31 are preferably connected to one another by the usual methods of transfer - shown in Figure 5 - only at the packer and represent each by itself coding or by the combination of codings.
- the sub-bands 30; 31 or the combination of subbands 30; 31 compatible with the usual systems.
- the thickness of the individual subbands 30; 31 is to be chosen so that the total thickness of the tearing strip 1 does not exceed the commonly used thickness of 30-50 microns.
- the combination achieves a much higher level of security since two components reach the user via different distribution channels.
- the two separately supplied components create a very high threshold for counterfeiters and criminals or unauthorized producers and is shown in FIG. 4 b by broken arrows.
- each sub-band 30; 31 alone or the combination of subbands 30; 31 represent a coding. From the combination of two sub-bands 30; 31 creates a coded tear tape 1. The origin of the coding is shown in FIG. Only through the accurate matching of the two sub-bands 30; 31 produces the desired coding, which represents the originality of the product. Different coding versions are by targeted offset when bringing together both sub-bands 30; 31 to achieve.
- the individual coding means can have different, preferably electrical, magnetic, optical effects. Due to their number, arrangement, geometry and properties or their combination detectable detections arise for the examiner.
- the coding of the sub-band 30, the production site 20 and the coding of the sub-band 31, the production data 21 represents.
- the coding of the individual sub-band 30; 31 incomplete and give only in combination a tear tape 1 with a decipherable or detectable coding.
- the individual sub-bands 30; 31 also have coding, which are physically influenced, for example by energy supply, in particular in the form of visible light, UV, IR or heat radiation or else by chemical influence. It is also within the scope of the invention to provide the individual subbands 30, 31 with components of a reaction dye which react upon contact with one another.
- coding is activated only by connecting a tearing strip 1 to a package.
- the result is a decipherable or detectable coding by combining the tear strip 1 with markings of the packaging, for example, by the positionally accurate connection of the tear strip 1 with a film package . 2
