Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen mehrteiliger Druckprodukte, bestehend aus mindestens einem Druckbogen und/oder Teilprodukt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbogen nacheinander mindestens einem Fördermittel (5) mit öffen- und schliessbaren Klemmelementen (11) zugeführt werden und jeder Druckbogen und/oder jedes Teilprodukt durch diese so erfasst werden, dass sie mindestens bereichsweise beidseitig an deren aussen liegenden Seiten zugänglich sind und dass diese Klemmelemente (11) bei der Zuführung jedes weiteren Druckbogens zu deren Aufnahme geöffnet werden, wobei Druckbogen, die eingesteckt oder zusammengetragen werden, an einer einheitlichen Referenzkante ausgerichtet werden und geöffnet zugeführte Druckbogen auf der der Referenzkante (10) gegenüberliegenden. Seite der Druckprodukte und/oder Teilprodukte anliegen und mindestens während Bereichen ihrer Förderung ausschliesslich durch letztere sowie die Klemmelemente (11) gehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Falzbogen (3) den Fördermitteln (5) so zugeführt wird, dass dessen eine Schenkel (15.1) durch ein erstes Fördermittel (5.1) und dessen zweiter Schenkel (15.2) durch ein zweites Fördermittel (5.2) erfasst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Beschickungs- oder Bearbeitungsbereich ein bewegliches Stützelement (17) in den Bereich der gewünschten Falzlage des zu beschickenden Falzbogens (3) bewegt wird und dort während einer temporären Dauer dessen Falz abstützt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermittel (5) entlang einer wendelförmigen Bahn bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermittel (5) entlang ihrer Bewegungsbahn umlaufen oder hubweise bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermittel (5) entlang einer linear Strecke bewegt werden und diese Bewegungsstrecke um mindesten eine Achse umläuft, derart, dass die resultierende Bewegungsbahn der Fördermittel (5) mindestens bereichsweise eine Wendelbahn beschreibt oder eine räumlich geschlossene Kurve bildet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbogen in den Zuführbereichen im Wesentlichen ausschliesslich eine Bewegungskomponente in Beschickungsrichtung gegen den Gegenkörper oder die Referenzkante (10) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach'Anspruch 1 mit mindestens einer Zuführstelle und Entnahmestelle für Druckbogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Förderelemente (5) entlang eines Förderwegs (F) bewegbar in einem Gegenkörper (7) sind, wobei die Zuführstelle(n) und die Entnahmestelle(n) entlang dieses Förderwegs (F) angeordnet sind und die Förderelemente (5) öffen- und schliessbare Klemmmittel (11) aufweisen, derart dass deren Klemmpunkte (12) die dem Förderelement (5) abgewandte Seite der durch diese erfassten Druckbogen (3) frei lassen und die durch die Klemmmittel aufgenommenen Druckbogen (3) an einer Referenzkante (10) oder an der freien Kante bereits erfasster Druckbogen anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei benachbarten Förderelementen (5) mindesten ein Trennelement (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (9) quer zur Förderrichtung der Förderelemente (5) in Richtung des Gegenkörpers (7) oder der Referenzkante (10) beweglich angeordnet ist oder bewegliche Auflagen (23) aufweist..
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermittel mindestens bereichsweise entlang einer Wendel umlaufen, deren Steigung mindestens im Bereich zwischen zwei Arbeitsstationen im Wesentlichen gleich Null ist.
