- a container lid (DE 296 16 133), for cans and special is intended for beverage cans and has a container opening, the original sealed container is closed by a closure flap.
- To open the Container can at least partially remove this closure tab or in the Be pressed container, using one on the closure provided opening or tear-off.
- the container lid is in two parts formed and consists of a first, the container or can body to fastened lid member which also the closure flap or the Container opening, as well as from a second, on the outer surface or Top of the lid provided rotatable lid member.
- By the two-part Training is the once opened container opening by appropriately turning the second cover element closed again. It is essential that the second Cover member formed circular disk-shaped and at its periphery or edge positively guided on the first cover element.
- the object of the invention is to further improve the container lid or a show improved and novel container.
- a Container lid according to claim 1 and a container according to formed according to claim 22.
- the second cover element formed circular disk-shaped and at its edge form-fitting to the first Guided cover element, so that there against a lifting of the first Guided cover element, so that there against a lifting of the first Cover element is secured. This is especially true even at an internal pressure the sealed with the second cover element container a denser Ensures closure, especially with carbonated drinks, for example, soft drinks or beer.
- a special feature of the container cover according to the invention is that the positive connection between the first cover element and the circumference or edge of the second cover element at a central axis of the lid concentrically enclosing edge region of the lid bottom is provided, and although with a radial distance from the preferably ring-like or conical ring trained lid edge of the cup-like lid, so that a nesting or "Nesting" of the container lid when processing in one Container sealing machine in an optimal way as well as the processing of Container lid with the usual closing tools are possible.
- the first cover element is for example from a metal sheet or from a suitable plastic, such as PET produced.
- a suitable plastic such as PET produced.
- this second cover element is preferably made of plastic, thus offering the possibility of optimal shaping and training, in particular There is also the formation of rounded edges, edges and openings.
- the positive guidance of the second cover element on its circumference on first cover element is achieved in that the second cover element with its edge a concentric surrounding the central axis annular detent on first lid member engages behind, for example, in an annular groove on the first Cover element engages the (groove) concentrically surrounds the central axis and is open radially outwardly with respect to this central axis, or with its Scope engages behind a ring-like projection on the first lid member, the in turn concentrically surrounds the central axis of the lid and in a Axial direction radially to this central axis via adjacent surfaces of the first Lid element protrudes.
- the annular detent on the first cover element engaging behind peripheral portion of the second cover element can continuously formed or of several, in the circumferential direction to each other be formed subsequent segments. Furthermore, there is also the possibility that the annular latching of a plurality of projections formed on the first cover element is formed on a circular axis concentrically enclosing the central axis are provided consecutively.

- Plastic material for the lid member 20f becomes a food compatible Plastic, such as PET used.
- FIGS. 35-42 show the cover element 20g in various views another possible embodiment.
- This cover element is preferably made Made of plastic and differs from the lid member 20f in essentially in that at the top of the lid member on both sides of the Opening 58 two bearing elements 61 are formed, in which as a molding or as Injection molded part made of plastic Aufbrechlasche 62 with bearing pin 63 by Snap can be attached.
- the bearing elements 62 have this Bearing openings 64 which are open at one of the opening 58 side facing at locked bearing pin 63 but these each on a peripheral region of enclose more than 180 °. Since the bearing openings 64 open to the opening 56 are, the journals 63 at the breaking of the dispensing or drinking opening releasing area 55 in the lid bottom not from their storage elements 61st pushed out.
- Cover element 20g with the break-up tab 62 in the so-called To produce assembly injection molding, for example, in that First, one of the two parts molded by injection molding and then the other part is injected so that the articulated connection between the break-up tab 62nd and the lid member 20g.
- the bearing journals 63 are located one end closer than the other end. At one end, the Aufbrechlasche 62 a strip-like projection 65, the breaking of the Dispensing or drinking opening area 55 of the lid bottom against this Area comes to the plant. The other, from the journals 63 farther away lying end serves as a handle surface when breaking up.
- Figures 43-49 show in various representations, in particular in various representations of the items with a resealable container larger volume and with resealable lid.
- the container the is generally designated 66, consists of the container or can body 2h, the is closed at its top with the lid 1 h.
- the lid 1h includes the Cover element 5h with the lid bottom 6h, in a relation to the Container central axis BMA offset area 6h 'the lid bottom 6 accordingly is formed, with one of the material of the lid bottom 6h pushed out portion 67, which is formed annularly to the central axis M.
- the lid member 20h is executed according to the lid member 20g and is rotatable about the axis M. held in section 67 and by a of the material of the lid bottom 6h shaped rivet in the region of the central axis M on the lid base against lifting secured. From the function and training forth thus corresponds to the cover element 5h the lid member 20g.
- the lid member 20h also for example, according to the lid member 5f or the others, Be prepared according to the above lid elements, in particular also with regard to the break-up tab 69, which corresponds to the breaking tab 62.
- the Execution of the figures 43-49 can thus be described to the effect that for the large-volume container 66 of the lid bottom 6h an enlarged diameter and that the resealable, the drinking or dispensing opening having portion 67 of the lid bottom corresponding to the lid of an im Diameter smaller box is executed, again with those at the cans or small diameter containers used rotatable lid member.
- the seal provided on the rotatable cover element acts, namely, for example, designed as a narrow web seal 57 and their Sections 57 'and 57 "with a raised, i.e. over the top of Cover bottom 6f wegschreib and the discharge or drinking opening after the Pressing in the region 55 or 58 enclosing edge region 55 'together, both in the initial position of the rotatable cover element in still not opened area 55, in the (state) the portion 57 'of the seal 57th abuts against the edge region 55 ', as well as resealed container, in which the portion 57 "of the seal 57 abuts against the edge region 55 ' 57 is corresponding to the figure 50 at its lower, free side in cross section concave executed, in the illustrated embodiment with a down along the seal extending and open at the bottom groove 70 so that a turn the rotatable cover element 20 - 20h with little effort and at the same time also a tight reclosing can
- 71 further denotes a leading seal, which also surrounds the seal 57 and on the underside of the rotatable lid part 20f provided, for example, is injected.
- the seal 71 has a to its free end tapering cross section (Figure 50), in such a way that the Inclination of the seal 57 facing away from the outside 71 'with respect to a Perpendicular to the plane of the rotatable lid part about 5 ° and the inclination of the internal side 71 ", that is to say on the side facing the seal 57 in the case of FIG illustrated embodiment is about 15 °.
- the Seal 71 in the region between the two stops 53 radially inward offset, so that the stopper 54 in each rotational position of the rotatable Lid member relative to the axis of rotation relative to the seal 71 radially to provided outside offset, the seal is not damaged by the stop 54 becomes.
- the seal 71 ensures that, for example, in the usual, taking place after filling and closing a container washing and Drying process no cleaning liquid between the non-rotatable and the can reach rotatable cover element. Because the seal in itself with a clear Area of the non-rotatable lid member cooperates, is an optimal Guaranteed sealing effect.
- the height of the seal 71 is chosen so that they circumferentially only slightly against the non-rotatable lid member 5f is applied, however the sealing effect is achieved, so that an increased force when turning the rotatable lid member through the seal 71 is not required.
- To facilitate rotation of the rotatable lid member 20f is the material for the used seal 57 and 71 admixed with a lubricant.
- the area 57 which after breaking up the Dispensing opening is provided with a raised edge 57 '.
- this raised edge with original sealed container in the Opening 56 of the rotatable lid member extends, and indeed supports in that the non-rotatable lid member by an internal pressure of the original sealed container, for example, by the CO2 pressure of the original closed container is correspondingly arched outwards. Only after Breaking the section 57 escapes the internal pressure, so that the curvature of the non-rotatable lid member so far goes back that turning the rotatable Cover element 20f is possible.
- non-rotatable Cover element 5f provides a wide variety of symbols or information, For example, profit or lot numbers for competitions, symbols, Can identification numbers and the like. Whereby these symbols and indications are mounted so that they only after turning the rotatable lid member the original position are visible, for example, in the reclosable position.
