- a container lid (DE 296 16 133), for cans and special is intended for beverage cans and has a container opening, the original sealed container is closed by a closure flap.
- To open the Container can at least partially remove this closure tab or in the Be pressed container, using one on the closure provided opening or tear-off.
- the container lid is in two parts formed and consists of a first, the container or can body to fastened lid member which also the closure flap or the Container opening, as well as from a second, on the outer surface or Top of the lid provided rotatable lid member.
- By the two-part Training is the once opened container opening by appropriately turning the second cover element closed again. It is essential that the second Cover member formed circular disk-shaped and at its periphery or edge positively guided on the first cover element.
- the object of the invention is to further improve the container lid or a show improved and novel container.
- a Container lid according to claim 1 and a container according to formed according to claim 22.
- the second cover element formed circular disk-shaped and at its edge form-fitting to the first Guided cover element, so that there against a lifting of the first Guided cover element, so that there against a lifting of the first Cover element is secured. This is especially true even at an internal pressure the sealed with the second cover element container a denser Ensures closure, especially with carbonated drinks, for example, soft drinks or beer.
- a special feature of the container cover according to the invention is that the positive connection between the first cover element and the circumference or edge of the second cover element at a central axis of the lid concentrically enclosing edge region of the lid bottom is provided, and although with a radial distance from the preferably ring-like or conical ring trained lid edge of the cup-like lid, so that a nesting or "Nesting" of the container lid when processing in one Container sealing machine in an optimal way as well as the processing of Container lid with the usual closing tools are possible.
- the first cover element is for example from a metal sheet or from a suitable plastic, such as PET produced.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a container lid according to the
Known is u.a. a container lid (DE 296 16 133), for cans and special is intended for beverage cans and has a container opening, the original sealed container is closed by a closure flap. To open the Container can at least partially remove this closure tab or in the Be pressed container, using one on the closure provided opening or tear-off. The container lid is in two parts formed and consists of a first, the container or can body to fastened lid member which also the closure flap or the Container opening, as well as from a second, on the outer surface or Top of the lid provided rotatable lid member. By the two-part Training is the once opened container opening by appropriately turning the second cover element closed again. It is essential that the second Cover member formed circular disk-shaped and at its periphery or edge positively guided on the first cover element.
The object of the invention is to further improve the container lid or a
show improved and novel container. To solve this problem are a
Container lid according to
Also in the container lid according to the invention is the second cover element formed circular disk-shaped and at its edge form-fitting to the first Guided cover element, so that there against a lifting of the first Guided cover element, so that there against a lifting of the first Cover element is secured. This is especially true even at an internal pressure the sealed with the second cover element container a denser Ensures closure, especially with carbonated drinks, for example, soft drinks or beer.
A special feature of the container cover according to the invention is that the positive connection between the first cover element and the circumference or edge of the second cover element at a central axis of the lid concentrically enclosing edge region of the lid bottom is provided, and although with a radial distance from the preferably ring-like or conical ring trained lid edge of the cup-like lid, so that a nesting or "Nesting" of the container lid when processing in one Container sealing machine in an optimal way as well as the processing of Container lid with the usual closing tools are possible.
In the container cover according to the invention, the first cover element is for example from a metal sheet or from a suitable plastic, such as PET produced. For the production of the second cover element u.a. Metal sheets; but this second cover element is preferably made of plastic, thus offering the possibility of optimal shaping and training, in particular There is also the formation of rounded edges, edges and openings. By the use of plastic for at least one of the two cover elements is also ensures that it is not relative to each other when turning the cover elements Scratching these cover elements comes, making a visually appealing and also hygienic solution is achieved.
The positive guidance of the second cover element on its circumference on first cover element is achieved in that the second cover element with its edge a concentric surrounding the central axis annular detent on first lid member engages behind, for example, in an annular groove on the first Cover element engages the (groove) concentrically surrounds the central axis and is open radially outwardly with respect to this central axis, or with its Scope engages behind a ring-like projection on the first lid member, the in turn concentrically surrounds the central axis of the lid and in a Axial direction radially to this central axis via adjacent surfaces of the first Lid element protrudes. The annular detent on the first cover element engaging behind peripheral portion of the second cover element can continuously formed or of several, in the circumferential direction to each other be formed subsequent segments. Furthermore, there is also the possibility that the annular latching of a plurality of projections formed on the first cover element is formed on a circular axis concentrically enclosing the central axis are provided consecutively.
At least one seal is provided on the first and / or second cover element, the e.g. either by applying or applying an appropriate Sealant or is produced by molding and the gap closes between the lid elements at least in the region of the container opening and a penetration of medium (beverage) in the space between the Cover elements effectively prevented.
The second cover element is also in the container cover according to the invention Area of the central axis held or guided on the first cover member, namely using a fastener, which for example from the Material of the first cover element is shaped, e.g. as a rivet or rivet or Detent pins.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the container lid and, in the case of a two-part design of this container lid, the lid elements consist at least partially of a plastic, preferably of a transparent plastic, for example of PET. The container or can body is then made of this plastic material. In the case of a container lid made of plastic, for example PET, or a first container element, a possibly present closure tab is formed, for example, by an insert part, which is manufactured, for example, from sheet metal or from a suitable plastic.
In the invention, the first and / or second cover element of the resealable lid are made, for example, of metal or plastic. The second cover element rotatably provided on the first cover element is likewise made, for example, of metal (eg aluminum) or plastic, wherein a food-compatible plastic is used as the plastic.
The invention is suitable for containers for liquid filling material, for example for drinks. The invention is also suitable for containers for a powdery, granular or particles having filling material, for example for snacks or nuts, etc.
To ensure a secure closure, the second is turnable Cover element and / or on the first cover element a suitable seal intended. This is for example after finishing the first or second Cover element applied with a suitable technique on this component. at Manufacture from plastic is also the possibility of the seal through Injection or in the in-mold process.
The Aufbrechlasche is for example made of metal or plastic or from a Combination of metal and plastic. In particular in the production of the rotatable cover element and / or Aufbrechlasche is also the Possibility to not only use the parts in a so-called assembly injection molding process but also to assemble together. Such a thing Assembly injection molding could then also with a two-component injection molding or in-mold processes are combined, i. H. for example the Production of the rotatable cover element made of plastic with the break-off tab a harder plastic material (eg PET) and the injection of the seal a softer, in turn, food grade plastic material could be used in done a single operation.
If the break-up tab is a separately manufactured component, this becomes, for example by means of the molded from the material of the cover bottom of the first cover element Rivet or pivot with the lid bottom of the first lid member and the connected rotatable lid part. Basically there is also the possibility of the To provide Aufbrechlasche pivotally on the rotatable lid member, namely for example, by snapping.
Furthermore, there is the possibility of Aufbrechlasche and / or the rotatable Form cover element so that the break-up tab by snapping into a can be fixed parallel to the top of the rotatable cover element extending position.
In particular, when the central pivot point of the rotatable cover element of a bearing pin provided in the cover bottom of the first cover element or Bearing element (also rivet) is formed, it is expedient, the between the bottom of the lid and rotatable lid member acting seal so that they also this journal, etc, annularly encloses, so that a seal in the area of the journal is guaranteed.
If the first cover element is made of plastic, there is the possibility that an insert of metal is provided or injected in its lid base, this metal insert then being the area to be opened by indenting has, so that the drinking or discharge opening in the usual way by breaking can be opened.
For example, in larger volume containers, it is possible to use the lid bottom to perform the first cover element with an enlarged diameter. This Lid bottom of the first lid member is then provided with a portion which over the container interior remote from the top of the lid bottom of the first Lid element projects slightly, is circular and its central axis offset from the container center axis. This section is then with the provided by break openable area. This section is still on the rotatable lid member is arranged to reseal the dispensing opening, in such a way that the rotatable lid member at its edge the lid bottom of the first cover member engages behind a positive fit and also in the middle of the Section via a bearing element rotatably connected to the first cover element is.
This training then has the advantage that despite a large diameter of the Container and thus despite a large container volume for resealing a cover element with a relatively small diameter can be used, d. H. one Lid element, whose strength and rigidity are already due to the smaller Diameter is sufficiently high, especially at a high Container internal pressure, as for example in a carbonated product (eg. Beer, soft drinks, etc.), the required tightness of the resealed To reach container.
The container according to the invention is thus particularly suitable for liquid and solid foods such. Drinks, coffee, coffee beans, peanuts, pistachios, Biscuits, sweets such as candies etc., salad oils but also for cosmetics like Shampoos, detergents, cleaners, gels and pastes, but also for technical Fillings such. As engine and transmission oils, etc.
In general, the lid according to the invention is designed so that it with the usual Capping machines can be processed, in particular by rolling of the first cover element to the upper edge of the container. For this the lid is like that formed, that the edge of the first cover element for the tools used is accessible.
Furthermore, the lid according to the invention is designed so that it together with a Variety similar cover in a magazine of the closer by Mesh or nest can be stacked.

In Figures 1-4, 1 is a lid for use with a soda can,

hergestellt, beispielsweise aus PET.The
Deckels hin offenen Ringnut 9 ausgebildet. The
In the region of the
kurzen Befestigungsniet 19. Der Ringkörper 14 und der Mittelsteg 15 sind starr
ausgeführt. Die Lasche 18 ist verbiegbar. Mit der der Öffnung 16 abgewandten Seite
liegt der Aufbrechring 13 beim Öffnen gegen die Verschlußlasche 10 an.To open the

The
In order to facilitate the rotation of the
In the illustrated embodiment, the

The assembly of the

A significant feature of the
To a tight reclosure of the opened drinking
freigegeben" und "Trinköffnung 11 verschlossen" sorgen.FIG. 5 shows, as a further possible embodiment, a
Figures 6 - 8 show in an individual representation as another possible embodiment

The application of the
Figures 9 and 10 show in plan view and in section as another possible

montiertem Aufbrechring 13 und Deckelelement 20.Figures 13 and 14 show illustrations similar to Figures 9 and 10 as
Another possible embodiment, a
Figures 17 and 18 show in plan view and in section a
Since the thread for the
The tightness between the
It has been assumed above that the

The invention has been described above by means of exemplary embodiments. It understands that many changes and modifications are possible without As a result, the invention underlying the invention is abandoned.
wirksamen formschlüssigen Hintergreifen des Vorsprunges 23 durch den Rand 21.So it was assumed above that the

Above, it was further assumed that the lid bottom. 6

Deckelboden 6f gehalten. Der Rand 50 hintergreift dabei den ringartigen Vorsprung
51, der dem Vorsprung 23 entspricht. Mit dem Niet 19 ist zugleich auch die
Aufbrechlasche 52 am Deckelboden 6f bzw. am Deckelelement 20f gehalten.Figures 21-34 show in different representations the various

Invention. The lid, which is suitable for example for the
At the underside of the
The
At the
ausgebildet. The lid 1f is in turn designed so that it in a closing machine or in

Kunststoff, beispielsweise PET verwendet.The
It has been assumed above that the break-up
herausgedrückt.FIGS. 35-42 show the
By appropriate design of the bearing
As shown in particular in FIGS. 41 and 42, the bearing
bzw. Behältern mit kleinem Durchmesser verwendeten drehbaren Deckelelement.Figures 43-49 show in various representations, in particular in
various representations of the items with a resealable container
larger volume and with resealable lid. The container, the
is generally designated 66, consists of the container or can
It has been assumed above that the respective
As FIG. 50 shows, the seal provided on the rotatable cover element acts,
namely, for example, designed as a
In FIGS. 50 and 51, 71 further denotes a leading seal,
which also surrounds the
As mentioned above, the
der Originalstellung beispielsweise in die wiederverschließbare Stellung sichtbar sind.*Furthermore, there is a possibility on the top of the
Above, it was further assumed that the respective container lid in a fully assembled state, d. H. at the lid bottom of the non-rotatable Cover member mounted rotatable lid member on the container body is attached for example by rolling. Basically, however, there is also the Possibility to form the lid bottom and the rotatable lid member so that the rotatable lid member only after closing the container with the not rotatable lid member is applied to this, for example by Pressing and latching or in another suitable way. Again, this is again ensures that the rotatable cover member at its periphery form-fitting, but is rotatably guided on the lid bottom of the non-rotatable lid member and in the Center rotatable about a journal or the like with this lid bottom connected is.
