Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour aspirer une couche interfaciale d'air d'une bande de matière (1) défilante déviée par un cylindre (4) comprenant une caisse aspirante (8) disposée dans une zone du cylindre de renvoi (4), lequel présente les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la caisse aspirante (8) s'étend dans sa largeur sur la longueur axiale du cylindre de renvoi (4), est ouverte en direction du cylindre de renvoi (4) et raccordée à une soufflerie d'aspiration,b) il présente une garniture d'étanchéité (10, 11) côté entrée et côté sortie, laquelle forme à chaque fois un interstice (12, 13) avec la bande (1) et s'étend sur la longueur axiale du cylindre de renvoi (4), au moins la fin de la garniture d'étanchéité côté entrée (10) et le début de la garniture d'étanchéité côté sortie (11) se trouvant dans la zone de renvoi de la bande (1) sur le cylindre de renvoi (4),c) sur chaque côté frontal du cylindre de renvoi (4), la caisse aspirante (8) comprend une garniture d'étanchéité côté frontal (14) qui s'étend à l'extérieur à côté du côté frontal, parallèlement et à un faible écart de celui-ci,d) la garniture d'étanchéité côté sortie (11) peut former avec la bande (1) un interstice de sortie (13) dont la hauteur et la longueur mesurée dans le sens de défilement de la bande sont pour l'essentiel constantes sur toute la largeur de la caisse aspirante (8), la longueur étant supérieure à 10 mm, de préférence supérieure à 30 mm, notamment comprise entre 50 mm et 70 mm, et la hauteur de l'interstice, en fonction de la relation vitesse de la bande (m/min) x hauteur de l'interstice (en mm), étant inférieure à 1500 ete) l'écart entre la fin de la garniture d'étanchéité côté entrée (10) et le début de la garniture d'étanchéité côté sortie (11), mesuré sur le pourtour du cylindre, est de 50 mm à 500 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité côté sortie (11) est configurée avec des arêtes vives au niveau de son extrémité d'entrée et de sortie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi (15) munie d'ouvertures et s'étendant transversalement est disposée dans la caisse aspirante (8), laquelle sépare la zone arrière comprenant la conduite d'aspiration (9) de la zone avant, laquelle est ouverte en direction de la bande (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la caisse aspirante (8) est montée de manière à pouvoir s'écarter en pivotant du cylindre de renvoi (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que dans la caisse aspirante (8) est disposée une électrode de charge à effet de couronne (16) munie d'une rangée de pointes orientées parallèlement à la bande (1), laquelle est reliée avec une source de haute tension.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les pointes (17) de l'électrode (16) présentent un écart de 0,1 mm à 10 mm, de préférence de 1 mm à 5 mm, par rapport à la bande (1).
- Dispositif d'enduction d'une bande de matière (1) défilante comprenant une buse à fente (2) hors de laquelle sort le matériau d'enduction dans un rideau (3) en chute libre et un dispositif disposé devant la buse à fente (2) pour éliminer la couche interfaciale d'air qui adhère sur la bande (1), caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 est disposé avant la buse à fente (2), dans le sens de défilement de la bande.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la caisse aspirante (8) est disposée de telle sorte que l'écart entre la fin de la garniture d'étanchéité côté sortie (11) et le rideau (3) qui sort de la buse à fente (2) est de 10 mm à 200 mm, de préférence de 20 mm à 70 mm.
