Abstract
Description
- daß die Anschlußstutzen in Form von kurzen, horizontal verlaufenden geraden Rohrabschnitten ausgeführt sind,
- daß die Anschlußstutzen jeweils abwechselnd vorderseitig und rückseitig am Sammler und am Verteiler angeordnet sind und
- daß an jedem Anschlußstutzen entweder ein in Richtung zum jeweiligen Heizkessel laufender Rohrbogen oder ein Blindstopfen anbringbar ist.

Claims (16)
- Kaskadeneinheit (1) für eine Heizungsanlage mit zwei oder mehr Heizkesseln (2), insbesondere mit hängend montierten Brennwertkesseln, mit einer hydraulischen Weiche (5), die einerseits mit den Vorläufen und Rückläufen aller Heizkessel (2) und andererseits mit mindestens je einem Heizkreisvorlauf (55) und Heizkreisrücklauf (56) verbunden ist, wobei die Kaskadeneinheit (1) weiterhin je einen im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Kesselvorlauf-Sammler (3) und Kesselrücklauf-Verteiler (4) umfaßt, wobei der Sammler (3) und der Verteiler (4) unmittelbar übereinander angeordnet und fest mit der hydraulischen Weiche (5) verbunden sind und mit dieser die eine vorgefertigte, transportable Bau- und Montageeinheit darstellende Kaskadeneinheit (1) bilden, und wobei der Sammler (3) und der Verteiler (4) jeweils mit vorbereiteten, für eine Gruppe aus zwei oder mehr Heizkesseln (2) angepaßt plazierten Anschlußstutzen (33, 44; 33', 44') zum Anschluß der Heizkesselvorläufe und der Heizkesselrückläufe ausgeführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Anschlußstutzen (33, 44; 33', 44') in Form von kurzen, horizontal verlaufenden geraden Rohrabschnitten ausgeführt sind,daß die Anschlußstutzen (33, 44; 33', 44') jeweils abwechselnd vorderseitig und rückseitig am Sammler (3) und am Verteiler (4) angeordnet sind unddaß an jedem Anschlußstutzen (33, 44; 33', 44') entweder ein in Richtung zum jeweiligen Heizkessel (2) laufender Rohrbogen (21, 21') oder ein Blindstopfen (24, 24') anbringbar ist.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußstutzen (33, 44; 33', 44') mit flachdichtenden Anschlußnippeln (34, 45; 34', 45') ausgebildet sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammler (3) und der Verteiler (4) als aufeinanderliegende Rechteckrohre, vorzugsweise mit einer gemeinsamen Mittelwand, ausgeführt sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammler (3) oben und der Verteiler (4) unten liegt und daß Sammler (3) und Verteiler (4) an ihrem einen Stirnende mit der im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten hydraulischen Weiche (5) nahe deren unterem Ende mechanisch fest verbunden sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammler (3) an oder nahe seinem weichenseitigen Ende über eine feste Verbindungsleitung (35) mit dem oberen Bereich der hydraulischen Weiche (5) in Strömungsverbindung steht und daß der Verteiler (4) an seinem weichenseitigen Ende über eine Durchbrechung (54) in der ihm zugewandten Wandung der hydraulischen Weiche (5) mit deren unterem Bereich in unmittelbarer Strömungsverbindung steht.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feste Verbindungsleitung (35) als integrierter Bestandteil der hydraulischen Weiche (5) ausgeführt ist.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsleitung (35) durch ein mit der dem Sammler (3) zugewandten Seite der Weiche (5) dicht verbundenes, bevorzugt verschweißtes, Rechteckrohr oder U-Profil gebildet ist, dessen Inneres unten über eine Durchbrechung (53) mit dem Sammler (3) und oben über eine weitere Durchbrechung (53') mit dem oberen Bereich der hydraulischen Weiche (5) in Strömungsverbindung steht.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen die Rohrbögen (21, 21') einerseits und die Vor- und Rückläufe der Heizkessel (2) andererseits zum Abstandsausgleich gerade Rohrstücke, vorzugsweise mit Schneidringverschraubungen an ihren Enden, einfügbar sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils die Rohrbögen (21, 21') mit diese mit den Vor- und Rückläufen der Heizkessel (2) verbindenden geraden Rohrabschnitten (22, 22') als einstückige Rohrelemente (20, 20') ausgeführt sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrelemente (20, 20') flexibel und/oder längenvariabel ausgeführt sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrelemente (20, 20') als Wellrohre ausgeführt sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für Seite an Seite nebeneinander angeordnete Heizkessel (2) die Rohrbögen (21, 21') alle auf der Rückseite oder alle auf der Vorderseite von Sammler (3) und Verteiler (4) anbringbar sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für ein oder mehrere Paare von Rücken an Rücken angeordneten Heizkesseln (2) die Rohrbögen (21, 21') sowohl auf der Rückseite als auch auf der Vorderseite von Sammler (3) und Verteiler (4) anbringbar sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaskadeneinheit (1) und die Rohrbögen (21, 21') und geraden Rohrabschnitte (22, 22') mit einer vorgefertigten, mehrteiligen und formangepaßten Isolierschale gegen Wärmeverluste isolierbar sind.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit auf einem Boden aufstellbaren Füßen (11) und/oder mit an einer Wand oder Decke anbringbaren Trägern ausgestattet ist.
- Kaskadeneinheit nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füße (11) und/oder die Träger höhen- und/oder längenverstellbar sind.
