Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum dosierten Mischen von pumpfähigen, insbesondere von pastösen und/oder flüssigen, Komponenten miteinander, welche mittels einer Komponentenpumpe (14) in aufeinander abgestimmten Dosierungen einem Mischer (15) zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Komponenten dem Mischer (15) kontinuierlich zugeführt werden, insbesondere zum Mischen unmittelbar dem Mischer zugeführt werden, zur direkten Entnahme für eine nachfolgende Verarbeitung, und daß vorzugsweise zum Dosieren der zu mischenden Komponenten die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Komponentenpumpe (14) in Abhängigkeit der Signale einer Durchflußmessung (16) fortlaufend geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu mischenden Komponenten wieder in ihre Vorratsbehälter (10, 11) zurückgepumpt werden, wenn die Entnahmemenge des gemischten Produktes am Mischer (15) geringer ist als die Menge der zugeführten Komponenten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der zu mischenden Komponenten zwecks Herabsetzung seiner Viskosität mindestens bei der Entnahme aus ihrem Vorratsbehälter (10, 11), insbesondere während ihres gesamten Transportweges vom Vorratsbehälter (10, 11) bis wenigstens zum Mischer (15) beheizt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels Vergleichsmitteln, insbesondere einer Steuerung, eine Istdurchflußmenge, insbesondere gemessen mittels des Durchflußmessers (16), mit einer Solldurchflußmenge, insbesondere abhängig vom Betriebszustand, vorzugsweise der Drehzahl, mindestens einer der Komponentenpumpen (14) verglichen und abhängig von dem Vergleichserlebnis das Mischen beeinflußt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anhand eines Überschreitens oder eins Unterschreitens der Sollwert-lstwert-Differenz eines vorgegebenen oberen Schwellenwertes oder eines vorgegebenen unteren Schwellenwertes eine Fehlfunktion erkannt, und insbesondere diese Fehlfunktion angezeigt und/oder ein Verfahrensschritt zum Beheben der Fehlfunktion, vorzugsweise ein definiertes Abschalten, durchgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum dosierten Mischen von pumpfähigen, insbesondere von pastösen und/oder flüssigen, Komponenten miteinander mit je einer Zuleitung, einer Komponentenpumpe (14) und einem Durchflußmesser (16), insbesondere einem Coriolis-Durchflußmesser, für jede Komponente sowie einem, insbesondere statischen oder dynamischen, Mischer (15) für die Komponenten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Komponentenpumpe (14) eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Förderpumpe, insbesondere eine Exzenterschneckenpumpe, vorzugsweise eine Moineaupumpe, ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Komponentenpumpe (14) über einen Regler (17) aufgrund von Signalen des Durchflußmessers (16) geregelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Fließrichtung wenigstens einer der Komponenten eine Rückspülleitung (18) abzweigt, durch welche die Komponente in ihren Vorratsbehälter (10, 11) zurückgepumpt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Leitungen (12, 13, 18, 21) für wenigstens eine der Komponenten, insbesondere mittels einer spiralförmig um die Leitungen (12, 13, 18, 21) gewundenen Heizung, vorzugsweise einer elektrischen Widerstandsheizung (25, 31), beheizbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch, Vergleichsmittel, insbesondere eine Steuerung, zum Vergleichen einer Solldurchflußmenge, insbesondere abhängig vom Betriebszustand mindestens einer der Komponentenpumpen (14), mit einer Istdurchflußmenge, insbesondere gemessen mittels des Durchlußmessers (16).
- Entnahmelanze zur Entnahme von Stoffen aus Vorratsbehältern (10, 11), insbesondere für eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Heizung (31), insbesondere eine elektrische Widerstandsheizung.
- Entnahmelanze nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch ein Innenrohr (27) und ein das Innenrohr (27) umgebendes Außenrohr (29), wobei in dem durch das Innenrohr (27) und das Außenrohr (29) gebildeten, insbesondere an beiden Enden verschlossenen, Ringraum (30) die Heizung (31) angeordnet ist.
