Definitions

  • the invention relates to a kitchen cabinet with a standing on base feet or a base frame body and at least one base panel.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 Kitchen cabinets according to the prior art are for example in the FIGS. 1 to 3 shown.
  • the kitchen cabinet 10 shown there is static reasons on base feet 12, which are covered by a skirt 14.
  • the base area and in particular the vertically aligned base panel are visible.
  • the base recess is about 5 to 10 cm, so that enough foot space is available to work comfortably on a kitchenette.
  • the design of the base frame is also dependent on the installation of equipment, such as a dishwasher.
  • Out FR-A-241-0208 is known a base panel, which has a large base recess in an upper area directly below the body and then extends obliquely forward.
  • Out WO-A-9960892 a skirt is known, which is rotatably mounted on the body and extends in an upper portion obliquely backwards, then having a vertical portion and the conclusion to Floor is formed by a forward obliquely extending area, wherein the vertical area is longer than the inclined areas.
  • cabinet elements are known which are fastened by means of a support frame to the wall and therefore "float in space". This is an advantage because you can clean the base area well.
  • a hovering impression which expresses a great lightness, a so-called "light design”.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a kitchen cabinet, on the one hand aesthetically conveys the impression of a lightweight design ("light design"). On the other hand, such a kitchen cabinet should be cost-effective regardless of the static conditions of the kitchen feasible.
  • the base panel extends from the outside of the body in sections or completely obliquely or in stages to the inside, so that the base area does not visually the viewer falls in the eye.
  • the kitchen cabinet thus gives a floating impression.
  • the base height is about 4 to 14 cm, but preferably 6 cm. Also heights> 14 cm are possible. At this height, there is sufficient free space.
  • the bevel of the base panel to the rear is an angle of about 30 ° to 60 °, but preferably about 45 °.
  • the beveled base can be mounted depending on the installation not only front, but also on the side or on all sides, as may be necessary for example in the assembly of kitchen cabinets to a so-called “island” or “peninsula” or as it turns out at the end of a kitchenette can.
  • the sloping plinth panel may terminate at a certain distance above the ground to facilitate the cleaning process and to optimize foot clearance.
  • the conclusion towards the ground forms in this case a vertical bar, which can be mounted in height movable.
  • This strip can be equipped according to a further embodiment of the present invention with a soft sealing lip and is pressed with a spring or the like or by its own weight down to the ground. This results in an optimal seal to the ground.
  • the base panel can be connected in an advantageous manner with the base feet or the Sockegestell. For this purpose, the base panels may be clamped to the base feet, for example.
  • the base panels can also be clipped to the carcass by means of retaining tabs or mounted to the base feet with pipe clips.
  • the base panels may be formed in the form of a profile, which is made for example of aluminum, steel or plastic.
  • the base profile can be provided in a known manner with appropriate ventilation slots, so as to allow the necessary ventilation for cooling.
  • the base panel has at least on its visible side on its surface a profile. This may be, for example, a corrugation. Of course, however, any other profiles of the visible surface of the base panel are conceivable.
  • the base panel is made in two or more parts, which may have a mounting profile and arranged thereon facing.
  • the mounting profile is attached to the kitchen cabinet in a suitable manner. For this purpose, any mounting options come into consideration, as for example, with regard to the base panel in the FIGS. 4 to 51 are shown. Accordingly, the mounting profile can be attached directly to the kitchen cabinet or on the base feet, as for example in the FIGS. 33 to 51 is shown.
  • the veneer that forms the visible side of the plinth panel is suitably connected to the mounting profile.
  • the veneer is plugged or pushed onto the mounting profile.
  • the plinth panel preferably has a recess or a modified profile cross-section for the purpose of ventilation. If the recess does not extend to the floor, there is the advantage that the recess can not be seen, in particular for a standing viewer, so that an appealing and uniform overall visual impression also results in the area of the recess. In this case, below the recess extends a skirting, which preferably rests on the ground but can also be arranged spaced from the ground.
  • the recess can be provided in any width. In principle, it is also possible to provide a plurality of recesses, if necessary.
  • a vertical profile is pressed with clamping fittings on the ground and a decorative profile or a veneer is arranged in front of it, which can be clipped example.
  • the veneer has a profile, this can be carried out arbitrarily.
  • a profile shape is selected, which looks similar to so-called cooling fins.
  • the base profile has at least two perpendicular surfaces, which are connected by one or more different slopes, the upper vertical flush with the body leading edge.
  • the base profile has at least two perpendicular surfaces, which are connected by one or more different slopes, the upper vertical flush with the front of the kitchen cabinet.
  • the upper vertical has the same decor as the front or the body front edge.
  • a furniture body 10 is shown in which drawers 16 are guided in a known manner.
  • the furniture body 10 is in a conventional manner on four base feet 12.
  • a skirt 18 is provided, which extends at approximately 45 ° from the body to the bottom and to the interior of the body, ie backwards, obliquely.
  • the base panel 18 consists of a profile body made of aluminum, steel or plastic, which has a triangular in cross-section cavity.
  • a vertically extending bar 22 is mounted, which bridges the approximately 1 to 2 cm wide distance between the bottom and the end of the oblique base panel 18.
  • the base panel 18 was arranged only on one side, it is in the embodiments of the FIGS. 7 to 9 mounted on two opposite sides.
  • the embodiment according to the FIGS. 10 to 15 is a correspondingly sloping skirting, as described above, provided circumferentially.
  • this all-round baseboard 18, as used for example in a so-called kitchen island the corner areas, as in the FIGS. 16 to 21 shown in detail, cut miter.
  • FIGS. 22 to 24 can also, as based on the FIGS. 22 to 24 represented, corresponding rounded corner regions are formed, in which case separate corner regions 24 are formed, which can be plugged together with the corresponding base panels 18.
  • the embodiment according to the FIGS. 25 to 28 shows a corner view with an edged and mitered outer corner as a separate part 26, which is connectable to the base panels 18.
  • the Figures 29 to 32 again show another alternative embodiment of the corner, similar to that according to the FIGS. 22 to 24 ,
  • the base panel 18 is designed as a profile and has a bent retaining area 32 which engages in the corresponding slot-like recess 30 in the area of the base feet 12.
  • the base panel 18 shown here is not flat, unlike the base panels of the previously described embodiments, but concavely curved inwards.
  • FIGS. 36 to 38 differ from those of FIGS. 33 to 35 essentially only in that here an additional clip-like support member 34 is provided which engages in corresponding recesses on the one hand in the area of the base feet 12 and on the other hand in the base panel 18 to allow the attachment of the base panel 18.
  • a vertically extending bar 22 is present.
  • the skirting board 18 is clipped with corresponding brackets 34 to the base feet 12.
  • a particularly simple and quickly detachable variant is created.
  • An alternative attachment results from the illustrations according to the FIGS. 44 and 45 ,
  • projections 40 are formed with an edge-like projection 42, which engage in corresponding grids 44 on the base feet 12.
  • the projections 40 are clamp-shaped and produce a certain bias, so that 44 tolerance variations can be compensated for the corresponding fastening of the base panel 18 via a corresponding locking of the projections 42 to the desired position within the grid 44.
  • FIGS. 46 to 48 Based on FIGS. 46 to 48 on the one hand and the FIGS. 49 to 51 on the other hand, examples of the spring load of the sealing strips 22 are explained in more detail.
  • a base panel 18 with correspondingly slidably received in a recess 20 bar 22 is shown, which is loaded via the wave-shaped spring 50 made of metal or plastic towards the ground.
  • the corresponding projections 52 on the strip 22 and the corresponding projections 54 on the profile of the skirt 18, slipping out of the strip 22 when lifting the kitchen cabinet can be avoided.
  • a base profile 18 with sealing strip 22 and an extruded plastic 60 is shown.
  • a height compensation in the range of a few centimeters possible.
  • the individual parts, namely the base profile 18, the sealing strip 22 and the spring strip 60 can also be extruded individually and then clipped, if this is required in terms of manufacturing technology.
  • FIGS. 52 to 56 show in different schematic longitudinal sectional views of different variants of the base panel according to the invention. How out Fig. 52 it can be seen, the base panel 18 may be made in different heights, with increasing the height of the base panel 18 whose angle decreases to the vertical. Of course, it is also possible to keep the angle constant, which leads to increasing pedestal height that the lower edge of the base 18 or a strip arranged thereon is set back further.
  • Fig. 53 shows a further embodiment of the kitchen cabinet, in which extends above the base panel 18, which is designed at different heights, a horizontally extending bar 70, which together with the base panel 18 of the height of the base panels 18 according to Fig. 52 equivalent.
  • Fig. 55 shows a further embodiment in which the base panel 18 is bordered by an overlying bar 70 and a bar below 72, each extending horizontally. This results in one of the variants according to FIGS. 53 and 54 deviating overall visual impression, whereby the impression of the floating kitchen cabinet is retained. Also in this embodiment, the base panel 18 is executed at different heights. The angle of the base panel 18 is constant in this case, regardless of their height. Of course, this is also possible for the other embodiments.
  • Fig. 56 shows an embodiment in which the height of the base panel 18 remains unchanged. This is located below the horizontally extending ledge70, as shown Fig. 56 is apparent. Different heights are in the embodiment according to Fig. 56 achieved by the lower bar 72 is varied in height, as is made Fig. 56 evident.
  • the total height of the base according to the FIGS. 53 to 56 irrespective of its concrete design, it corresponds to the total height of the corresponding socket according to Fig. 52 ,
  • the lower bar 72 may be a bar according to one of claims 4 to 7. Accordingly, the strip can be movably mounted, for example in the height direction and / or have at its free end a sealing lip, whereby a sealing completion is achieved towards the ground.
  • Fig. 57 shows an embodiment in which the base panel 18 has two vertical surfaces 90, 92 and a slope 94 connecting them.
  • a clamping fitting is provided, which is biased in the direction of the ground.
  • the clamping fitting for example, by a vertical standing bar 22 may be formed, as it corresponds to the other embodiments.
  • the upper of the vertical surfaces 90 is flush with the front edge of the body 10 from.
  • This upper vertical surface 90 as well as the lower vertical surface 92 may have the same decor as the front 80, which may be designed for example as a door, flap or drawer.
  • Fig. 58 shows an embodiment according to Fig. 57 in which, however, the upper vertical surface 90 projects beyond the front edge of the body 10 and is flush with the front 80 of the furniture. In this case, it is particularly advantageous if at least the upper vertical 90 has the same decor as the front 80.
  • the illustrated embodiments may be designed not only with an oblique, but also with a sectionally oblique, or partially stepped or completely stepped execution.
