Abstract
Description
Das Griffstück kann hierbei einteilig, zum Beispiel in Form eines symmetrisch gestalteten Doppel-Drehflügels, ausgebildet und mittels eines in dieses eingesetztes vorzugsweise achssenkrecht zur Wendel verschwenkbaren Rast-Hebels mit dieser arretierbar sein, es ist aber auch möglich, das Griffstück zweiteilig zu gestalten und aus einem an der Gewindespindel befestigten Drehstück und einem Drehhebel herzustellen, in dem die die Wendel aufnehmende Gewindebohrung mit der der Steigung der Wendel beim Einschrauben in den Korken entsprechenden Drehrichtung eingearbeitet ist. Das Drehstück kann bei dieser Ausgestaltung durch eine mit der Wendel an deren Ende fest verbundenen Scheibe, einen Zapfen, einen Formkörper, wie zum Beispiel einen Würfel oder dgl., gebildet sein.

Die Wendel 21 hat beim Ziehen des Korkens 4, da deren Verstellweg durch die unterschiedlich ausgebildeten Griffstücke 31, 41, 51 bzw. 61 begrenzt ist, diesen nicht durchdrungen, so dass keine Korksplitter entstanden und demnach auch keine Korksplitter in das in der Flasche 2 bevorratete Getränk gelangt sind.
Claims (9)
- Korkenzieher (1) zum Entfernen eines Korkens (4) aus einem Hals (3) einer Flasche (2), mit einem glockenartig ausgebildeten auf den Hals (3) der Flasche (2) aufsetzbaren Gehäuse (11), einer in dem Gehäuse (11) verstellbar gehaltenen in den Korken (4) einführbaren, einstückig ausgebildeten Wendel (21) sowie einem mit der Wendel (21) an dem aus dem Gehäuse (11) ragenden Ende verbindbaren Griffstück (31),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (31, 41, 51, 61) mit einer der Steigung der Wendel (21) entsprechenden Gewindebohrung (33, 44, 53, 65) versehen ist, in der die Wendel (21) eingeschraubt ist, dass die Wendel (21) mit dem aus dem Gehäuse (11) ragenden Endbereich in der der Steigung der Wendel (21) beim Einschrauben in den Korken (4) entsprechenden Drehrichtung mit dem Griffstück (31, 41, 51, 61) arretierbar oder fest verbunden ist und dass bei auf dem Gehäuse (11) abgestützten Griffstück (31, 41, 51, 61) die Wendel (21) mittels diesem durch die in dem Griffstück (31, 41, 51, 61) vorgesehene Gewindebohrung (33, 44, 53, 65) schraubbar ist. - Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (31) einteilig, zum Beispiel in Form eines symmetrisch gestalteten Doppel-Drehflügels (32), ausgebildet und mittels eines in dieses eingesetzten vorzugsweise achssenkrecht zur Wendel (21) verschwenkbaren Rast-Hebels (34) mit dieser arretierbar ist. - Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (41) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und aus einem an der Gewindespindel befestigten Drehstück (42) und einem Drehhebel (43) besteht, in dem die die Wendel (41) aufnehmende Gewindebohrung (44) mit der der Steigung der Wendel (21) beim Einschrauben in den Korken (4) entsprechenden Drehrichtung eingearbeitet ist. - Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehstück (42) durch eine mit der Wendel (21) an deren Ende fest verbundenen Scheibe (47), einen Zapfen (48), einen Formkörper (49) wie zum Beispiel einen Würfel oder dgl., gebildet ist. - Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (51) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und aus einer auf der Wendel (21) aufschraubbaren und mit einer deren Steigung entsprechenden Gewindebohrung (53) versehenen Hülse (52) sowie einem Hebelstück (57) besteht, das mit der Hülse (52) formschlüssig, zum Beispiel über auf deren Außenmantelfläche angearbeiteten Schlüsselflächen (56) verbindbar ist. - Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Abstützung der Hülse (52) beim Eindrehen der Wendel (22) in den Korken (4) an deren der Spitze (23) gegenüberliegenden Ende ein Anschlag (24) fest angebracht ist. - Korkenzieher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (61) dreiteilig ausgebildet ist und aus einem an dem aus dem Gehäuse ragenden Ende der Wendel (21) fest angebrachten Hülse (62), einem auf der Wendel (21) aufschraubbaren und mit einer deren Steigung entsprechenden Gewindebohrung (65) versehenen Zwischenstück (64) sowie einem Hebelstück (67) besteht, das über an der Hülse (62) und dem Zwischenstück (64) vorgesehenen Schlüsselflächen (63 bzw. 66) mit diesen formschlüssig verbindbar ist. - Korkenzieher nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (11) und das Griffstück (31) bzw. dessen Teile auf den einander zugekehrten Seiten jeweils mit einem Bund (14) oder einem Ansatz (36) versehen sind, die zusammenwirkende Anlageflächen (15) bzw. (37) aufweisen. - Korkenzieher nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichte Weite zwischen den einander zugekehrten Flächen (15, 37) des Gehäuses (1) und des Griffstückes (31) bei auf den Korken (4) aufgesetzter Wendel (21) kleiner gewählt ist als die axiale Länge eines Normkorkens (4).
