Claims (12)

  1. Aus einem einzelnen Blech aus elastischem Material gebildeter Federkontakt, enthaltend:
    einen Basisstreifen (3);
    einen Kontaktstreifen (5) mit einem Kontaktvorsprung (11), um mit zugehörigen elektrischen Bauelementen Kontakt herzustellen;
    einen elastischen Biegungsbereich (9), der ein Ende des Basisstreifens (3) mit einem Ende des Kontaktstreifens (5) verbindet, wobei der Basisstreifen und der Kontaktstreifen in Längsrichtung von dem Biegungsbereich verlaufen;
    mindestens eine Lasche (12, 13, 17), die von einem Seitenrand des Basisstreifens ausgeht; und
    mindestens ein Vorspannelement (23, 25), das von der Lasche seitlich zum Kontaktstreifen hin verläuft, wobei der Kontaktstreifen (5) von dem Basisstreifen weg gegen das Vorspannelement (23, 25) elastisch vorgespannt ist und der Kontaktstreifen (5) im wesentlichen parallel zum Basisstreifen ist; wobei
    der Basisstreifen (3) eine plane Kontaktfläche (53) zum Verlöten mit einem Substrat hat;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktstreifen (5) in Querrichtung vom Basisstreifen beabstandet ist und ein Spalt dazwischen gebildet ist;
    der elastische Biegungsbereich (9) die Bewegung des Kontaktvorsprungs (11) zu dem Basisstreifen hin zulässt und eine elastische Vorspannung gegen diese Bewegung aufweist; und
    die Lasche quer über den Spalt (41) verläuft.
  2. Federkontakt (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die mindestens eine Lasche ein Paar von seitlich einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenlaschen umfasst, die an seitlich einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Basisstreifens quer über den Spalt angehängt sind, um den Zugang zu dem Spalt zu erschweren; und
    das mindestens eine Vorspannelement ein Paar Vorspannelemente (23, 25) umfasst, die von den jeweiligen Seitenlaschen (13, 15) seitlich nach innen verlaufen.
  3. Federkontakt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die plane Kontaktfläche (53) zum Verlöten an dem Basisstreifen von dem Biegungsbereich (9) durch eine Lotbarriere (6, 7) getrennt ist.
  4. Federkontakt nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem die Lotbarriere (6, 7) eine zwischen einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Basisstreifens verlaufende Nut (6) umfasst; und/oder
    einen Oberflächenbereich des Kontaktstreifens, der mit einem Material beschichtet ist, das einen höheren Widerstand gegen das Verlöten als das Material des Kontaktstreifens hat, und/oder
    einen Krümmungsbereich (7) zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (53) und dem Biegungsbereich (9), welcher Krümmungsbereich in Bezug auf die Ebene der Kontaktfläche in Querrichtung nach innen verläuft.
  5. Federkontakt (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei welchem die Barriere (6, 7) einen Krümmungsbereich des Basisstreifens umfasst, wobei der Krümmungsbereich des Basisstreifens so geformt ist, dass dann, wenn die plane Kontaktfläche (53) auf einem planen Substrat montiert wird, der Biegungsbereich (9) vom Substrat beabstandet ist.
  6. Federkontakt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der Kontaktstreifen (5) zwischen einer vorgeschobenen Position, in welcher er an den Vorspannelementen anliegt, wobei der Kontaktvorsprung im maximalen Ausmaß ausgefahren ist, und einer zurückgezogenen Position, in welcher der Kontaktvorsprung zwischen die Seitenlaschen zurückgezogen ist, gegen die Federvorspannung bewegbar ist.
  7. Federkontakt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner enthaltend ein Paar Endlaschen (19, 21), die an den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenlaschen (13, 15) angehängt sind und den Spalt an dem dem Biegungsbereich entgegengesetzten Ende des Basisstreifens und des Kontaktstreifens blockieren.
  8. Federkontakt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der Federkontakt (1) aus einer mit Nickel plattierten Beryllium-Kupfer-Legierung ist.
  9. Federkontakt nach Anspruch 6, bei welchem die äußere Oberfläche des Kontaktvorsprungs und der planen Kontaktfläche mit Gold plattiert ist.
  10. Vorrichtung, enthaltend mindestens einen Federkontakt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der ein Paar Bauelemente miteinander verbindet.
  11. Verfahren zum Bilden eines Federkontakts nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend:
    Bilden eines flachen Zuschnitts aus einem Blech aus elastischem Material, um einen in Längsrichtung durch einen Biegungsbereich getrennten Basisstreifen und einen Kontaktstreifen, an dem Basisstreifen anhängende Seitenlaschen und an den Seitenlaschen anhängende Finger zu erhalten;
    Plattieren eines Teils des Basisstreifens und eines Teils des Kontaktstreifens, um plattierte Kontaktbereiche zu bilden;
    Falten der Seitenlaschen, so dass sie senkrecht zum Basisstreifen sind;
    Falten des Kontaktbereichs, so dass die plattierten Kontaktbereiche auf der Außenfläche des Basisstreifens und des Kontaktstreifens liegen; und
    Falten der Finger von den Seitenlaschen nach innen.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, ferner enthaltend das Prägen des Kontaktstreifens, um einen gewölbten Kontaktvorsprung zu bilden.
