Abstract

Eine Schale und ein Deckel für Lebensmittelzubereitungen, wobei der Deckel mit einem umlaufenden U-Profil auf einen Flansch der Schale aufgedrückt ist. Das technische Problem ist eine solche Ausbildung von Schale und Deckel, daß auch bei dünnwandiger Schale und dünnwandigem Deckel ein Originaltätsverschluß gewährleistet ist. Der Flansch (5) der Schale (1) weist eine scharfkantige Randleiste (6) auf, an der Innenseite der Außenwand (11) des U-Profils (9) des Deckels (7) ist ein umlaufender Raststeg (12) zum Eingriff in die Randleiste (6) ausgebildet, und alle vier Eckenbereiche des Deckels (7) sind mit einer Aufreißlasche (18) ausgebildet.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schale und einen Deckel für Lebensmittelzubereitungen, wobei der Deckel mit einem umlaufenden U-Profil auf einen Flansch der Schale aufgedrückt ist.
Die Schale dient zur Aufnahme von Lebenmittelzubereitungen wie Wurstwaren, Fleischzubereitungen, Salaten, Meeresfrüchten, Delikatessen und dergleichen.
Bei einer Schale mit Deckel nach dem Stand der Technik greift der Deckel klemmend über den Flansch der Schale. Infolge der Elastizität der Schale kann der Deckel abgezogen und wieder aufgesetzt werden, ohne daß dieses bleibend erkennbar isr. Eine Originalität des Verschlusses ist nicht gewährleistet. Dieses gilt insbesondere für eine dünnwandige Ausbildung von Schale und Deckel.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine solche Ausbildung von Schale und Deckel, daß auch bei dünnwnadiger Schale und dünnwandigem Deckel ein Originaltätsverschluß gewährleistet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Flansch der Schale eine scharfkantige Randleiste aufweist, daß an der Innenseite der Außenwand des U-Profils des Deckels ein umlaufender Raststeg zum Eingriff in die Randleiste ausgebildet ist und daß alle vier Eckbereiche des Deckels mit einer Aufreißlasche ausgebildet sind.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als der an allen vier Ecken unterbrochene, umlaufende Raststeg eine so große Rastkraft bewirkt, daß der Deckel bei elastischer Verformung von Schale und Deckel nicht abgezogen werden kann. Die elastische Verformung kann sich in den Eckenbereichen über die Aufreißlaschen nicht fortsetzen, so daß allenfalls eine Beschädigung der Aufreißlasche erfolgt. Im übrigen bleibt die Originalität erhalten. Der Raststeg dient gleichzeitig als Stapelrand für die Deckel.
Eine hohe Schließkraft zwischen Schale und Deckel wird dadurch erreicht, daß im Eckenbereich der Raststeg eine steile, gegebenenfalls hiinterschnittene Rastfläche aufweist. Ein Öffnen des Deckels zum Gebrauch ist somit nur durch Aufreißen einer Aufreißlasche möglich.
Die Wirkung der Aufreißlasche wird dadurch unterstützt, daß in jedem Eckbereich zwei in Querrichtung des U-Profils verlaufende Aufreißlinien vorgesehen sind. Diese Aufreißlinien wirken als Sollbruchstellen beim Anheben der Ecklasche und als Trennlinien bei Verformungen.
Eine partieweise Entnahme des Inhals der Schale ist dadurch möglich, daß die Aufreißlinien in der Deckwand des U-Profils durch ein Biegegelenk miteinander verbunden sind. Dieses Biegegelenk verhindert eine Ablösugn der Aufreißlasche, so daß die Aufreißlasche nicht ungewollt von Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt werden kann.
Eine Halterung der Aufreißlasche an dem Deckel wird dadurch sichergestellt, daß das Biegegelenk als Filmscharnier ausgebildet ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel wird anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, in denen darstellen:

    • Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen eine Schale 1 mit einem rechteckförmigen Grundriß mit abgerundeten Ecken. Eine Bodenwand 2 weist im einzelnen nicht näher erläuterte Versteifungsprofile auf. Die Seitenwände 3 sind glatt und ohne Profilierungen ausgebildet und gehen über einen Stapalrand und Füllspiegel 4 in einen Stirnflansch 5 mit einer zurückgebogenen Randleiste 6 über, die mit einer scharfen Kante 6' abschließt. Der Stapelrand 4, der Stirnflansch 5 und die Randleiste 6 bilden so ein U-Profil. Die Schale 1 ist normalerweise ein dünnwandiges Ziehteil aus einer thermoplastischen Folie. Die Schale 1 läßt sich leicht stapeln und entstapeln.
    Die Fig. 3 bis 6 stellen den Deckel 7 dar, der ebenfalls rechteckig mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgebildet ist. Eine Kopfwand 8 des Deckels 7 ist von einem umlaufenden U-Profil 9 nit einer Deckwand 13 und einer Außenwand 11 berandet, das passend zu dem Flansch 5 der Schale 1 ausgebildet ist. An der Außenwand 11 des U-Profils 9 sitzt eine Abdeckleiste 10, die die Randleiste 6 des Flansches 5 überragt. An der Innenseite der Außenwand 11 isr ein Raststeg 12 ausgebildet, der rastend über die Außenkante der Randleiste 6 greift. Der Raststeg 6 klann in Umfangsrichtung durchgehend oder auch unterbrochen ausgebildet sein. Der Raststeg 12' im Eckenbereich ist in Fig. 6 in größerem Maßstab dargestellt. Man erkennt eine nach innen gerichtete, geneigt zur Außenwand 11 ausgerichtete Rastfläche 16. Die Rastfläche 16 im Eckenbereich kann eine Neigung bis zu 90° gegenüber der Außenwand oder sogar einen Hinterschnitt aufweisen. Der Raststeg 10 klemmt sich an der Kante der Randleiste 6 rastend fest. Der Raststeg 10 dient auch als Stapelrand für die Deckel 7.
    Im jeweiligen Eckenbereich des Deckels 7 ist in der Deckwand 13 des U-Profils 9 ein bogenförmiges Biegegelenk, z.B. ein Filmscharnier 14 ausgebildet, das sich in vorgebrochene Aufreißlinien oder Sollbruchstellen 15 fortsetzt, die in Querrichtung des U-Profils 9 bis zur Kante der Abdeckleiste 10 reichen. Jeweils an den von den Aufreißlinien 15 begrenzten Abschnitt 17 der Außenwand 11 und der Abdeckleiste 10 schließt sich eine Aufreißlasche 18 zum Fassen des jeweiligen Eckbereichs an. Dadurch wird eine Eckklappe gebildet. Das Filmscharnier 14 schließt ein vollständiges Abtrennen der Aufreißlasche aus. Dadurch ist ein Verlorengehen der Aufreißlasche ausgeschaltet, so daß keine Gefahr besteht, daß die Aufreißlasche von Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt wird. Der Deckel 7 ist normalerweise ein Thermoplastspritzgießteil.
    Nach dem Befüllen der Schale 1 auf die Höhe des Füllspiegels 4 wird der Deckel 7 aufgedrückt, wobei der Raststeg 12 auf dem gesamten Umfang der Schale 1 über die Kante der Randleiste 6 rastet. Die Rastung ist im Eckenbereich infolge der verstärkten Ausbildung des Raststegs 12' besonders fest. Dieses ist infolge der elastischen Eigenschaften von Schale 1 und Deckel 7 möglich. Die Festigkeit der Rastung ist so groß; daß der Deckel 7 nicht zerstörungsfrei von der Schale 1 abgezogen werden kann. Dies ist dadurch bedingt, daß die Übertragung von Verformungen an allen vier Eckenbereichen durch die Aufreißlinien 15 der vier Aufreißlaschen unterbrochen wird. Damit können die Eckenbereiche nicht abgehoben werden. Die die Originalität der Verpackung ist also gewährleistet.
    Zum Öffnen des Deckels 7 wird mindestens eine der Aufreißlaschen 18 nach oben gezogen, so daß die Aufreißlinien 15 getrennt werden. Man kann die gesamte Aufreißklappe hochheben und dann den Deckel abnehmen. Dieses ist infolge der Nachgiebigkeit von Schale 1 und Deckel 7 möglich. Das Öffnen einer Azfreißklappe ist jederzeit erkennbar, so daß der Originalitätsverschluß voll funktionstüchtig ist.
    Nach Entnahme eines Teils des Inhalts kann man den Deckel 7 wieder auf die Schale 1 aufsetzen. Eine spätere Verwendung des Inhalts ist ohne weiteres möglich. Infolge des Filmscharniers 14 kann die Aufreißklappe nicht abreißen, so daß ein Wiederverschluß des Deckels 7 möglich ist.

    Claims (5)

    1. Schale und Deckel für Lebensmittelzubereitungen, wobei der Deckel mit einem umlaufenden U-Profil auf einen Flansch der Schale aufgedrückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (5) der Schale (1) eine scharfkantige Randleiste (6) aufweist, daß an der Innenseite der Außenwand (11) des U-Profils (9) des Deckels (7) ein umlaufender Raststeg (12) zum Eingriff in die Randleiste (6) ausgebildet ist und daß alle vier Eckenbereiche des Deckels (7) mit einer Aufreißlasche (18) ausgebildet sind.
    2. Schale und Deckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raststeg (12') im Eckenbereich eine steile, gegebenenfalls hinterschnittene Rastfläche (16) aufweist.
    3. Schale und Deckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Eckenbereich zwei in Querrichtung des U-Profils (9) verlaufende Aufreißlinien (15) vorgesehen sind.
    4. Schale und Deckel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißlinien (15) in der Deckwand (13) des U-Profils (9) durch ein Biegegelenk miteinander verbunden sind.
    5. Schale und Deckel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegegelenk als Filmscharnier (14) ausgebildet ist.
