Claims (11)
- Zugwalze zum Ziehen von bahnförmigem Material mit mindestens einem auf mindestens einem Teil des Walzenumfangs angeordneten Zugring (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Zugring (11) auf der Zugwalze (4) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Zugwalze nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens zwei Zugringe (11) auf der Zugwalze (4) vorgesehen sind und ein oder mehrere Zugringe auf der Zugwalze (4) verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung mit einer Zugwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei eine Verstellvorrichtung (13-17, 19-21) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher die Position mindestens eines Zugringes (11) auf einer Zugwalze (4) verstellt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung mit einer Zugwalze nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Verstellvorrichtung eine Gewindespindel (16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung mit einer Zugwalze nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Verstellvorrichtung eine Stange (20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei die Verstellvorrichtung einen Motor (17), eine elektromagnetische, hydraulische oder eine pneumatische Vorrichtung (21) aufweist.
- System mit mindestens zwei Zugwalzen, wobei mindestens eine Zugwalze (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 ausgebildet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 7, wobei mindestens zwei Zugwalzen (4) einander gegenüberliegend vorgesehen sind.
- System nach einem der beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine Zugwalze (4) ortsfest gelagert und/oder verschwenkbar ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9 mit mindestens einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6.
- Verfahren zum Anpassen einer Zugwalze (4) an verschiedene Einsatzbedingungen, wobei mindestens ein auf der Zugwalze (4) angeordneter Zugring (11) auf der Zugwalze (4) verschoben werden kann.
