- Vorrichtung zum Heraustrennen von Kunststoffkarten, insbesondere Chipkarfen, aus einem Bogen- bzw. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei obere und mindestens zwei untere Schneidwerkzeuge jeweils zugeordnet nebeneinander zum zwangsgekoppelten Heraustrennen von mehreren Kunststoffkarten vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einem oberen und unteren Schneidwerkzeug eine Fixiereinrichtung zum Positionieren und Festhalten des Bogen- bzw. Bandmaterials zumindestens während des Schneidvorgangs vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidwerkzeuge jeweils ein, die Schneidkontur vorgebendes keilförmiges Schneidmesser aufweisen und das jeweils zugeordnete Führungsrahmenelement ein Fenster aufweist, wobei das Schneidmesser in das zugeordnete Fenster einfahrbar ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsrahmen mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Fenster aufweist, die durch Verbindungsstreben voneinander getrennt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstreben des Führungsrahmens durch auswechselbare Rundstäbe gebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstreben eine Breite von 2 bis 5 mal der Dicke der Kunststoffkarten aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidwerkzeuge eine rechteckförmig umlaufende Schneidkontur mit einer längeren und einer kürzeren Seite aufweisen, und die kürzeren Seiten der nebeneinander angeordnet Schneidwerkzeuge parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei nebeneinander angeordneten keilförmigen Schneidmessern eine Nut zur Aufnahme der Verbindungsstrebe während des Schneidvorgangs ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe der Nut größer als die Höhe der Verbindungsstreben ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindestens ein unteres und/oder ein zugehöriges oberes Schneidwerkzeug auf einer Grundplatte angeordnet ist und diese Grundplatte zumindestens ein koaxial zur Schneidkontur eines Schneidwerkzeugs angeordnetes Fenster aufweist, wobei die Öffnungsfläche der Fenster mindestens der durch die Schneidkontur aufgespannten Fläche entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 mit einem Druckstempel, der in die Schneidkontur eintauchbar ist, zum Heraustrennen der eingeschnittenen Kunststoffkarten aus dem Bogen- bzw. Bandmaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Entlüftung für die zwischen Druckstempel und Kunststoffkarte vorhandene bzw. eingeschlossene Luft vorgesehen und derart ausgestaltet ist, dass eine Druckdifferenz des Drucks, der zwischen Druckstempel und Kunststoffkarte während des Heraustrennvorgangs vorhandenen Luft zum Umgebungsdruck auf einen vorbestimmten Wert begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftung zum Begrenzen des Werts der Druckdifferenz zum Umgebungsdruck derart ausgestaltet ist, dass ein Störeinfluss der Luft zwischen Druckstempel und Kunststoffkarte beim Heraustrennvorgang der Kunststoffkarte auf ein Minimum begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftung derart ausgestaltet ist, dass eine Saugwirkung des Druckstempels beim Zurückbewegen nach dem Heraustrennen der Kunststoffkarte auf ein Minimum begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen Druckstempel und keilförmigen Schneidmesser während des Schneidvorgangs geringer als die Dicke der Kunststoffkarten ist, vorzugsweise kleiner als 0,3 mm. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckstempel eine beim Heraustrennen mit der Kunststoffkarte in Kontakt stehende Stirnfläche aufweist und zur Ausgestaltung der Entlüftung mit mindestens einer zur Stirnfläche hin offenen Bohrungen versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen an der Stirnfläche symmetrisch zu den parallel zu den Seitenkanten der Stirnfläche verlaufenden Längs- und Querachsen der Stirnfläche angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftung durch eine dreidimensionale Konturierung an der Stirnfläche ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erhabene Eckenbereiche der Stirnfläche gemeinsam eine gedachte Ebene aufspannen und dazwischenliegende Seitenkanten gegenüber der gedachten Ebene zurückversetzt verlaufen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftung mindestens eine an der Stirnfläche angeordnete Nut aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftung Luftkanäle an den Schneidwerkzeugen umfasst. - Verfahren zum Heraustrennen von Kunststoffkarten mit einer der Vorrichtungen aus den Ansprüchen 1 bis 24 mit den folgenden Schritten:Fixieren des Bogen- bzw. Bandmaterials;Einschneiden der Ober- und Unterseite des Bogen- bzw. Bandmaterials mit den zugeordneten oberen und unteren, die Schneidkontur vorgebenden Schneidwerkzeugen unter Beibehaltung eines Reststegs;Herausdrücken der Kunststoffkarten aus dem Bogen- bzw. Bandmaterial;
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Kunststoffkarten zwangsgekoppelt fixiert, zwangsgekoppelt eingeschnitten und anschließend gleichzeitig herausgedrückt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 25 oder 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Herausdrücken der Kunststoffkarten eine Entlüftung erfolgt, die einen Einfluss der vom Druckstempel erzeugten Luftbewegung auf das Herausdrücken und die Auswurfrichtung der Kunststoffkarten auf ein Minimum begrenzt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Herausdrücken der Kunststoffkarten aus dem Bogen- bzw. Bandmaterial mittels einer Schälbewegung erfolgt.
