Abstract
Description
In dieser Druckschrift ist eine Auftragsvorrichtung offenbart, bei der im Bereich des Vorhang-Auftragswerkes eine Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen eines elektrischen Feldes vorgesehen ist.
Dieses elektrische Feld übt auf den sich vom Auftragswerk zur laufenden Oberfläche bewegenden Vorhang eine dessen Bewegung unterstützende Kraft dergestalt aus, dass der im wesentlichen schwerkraftbedingt fallende Vorhang in gestreckter Form sich von oben nach unten stabil bewegen kann.
Infolge der nun von unten nach oben gerichteten Austrittsdüse kann die Luft nach oben hin austreten.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung ist es aber auch möglich, dass eine Vielzahl von Auftragssprühdüsen verteilt über die Breite der Bahn angeordnet sind und wobei die ausgestoßenen Sprühstrahlen sich zu einem geschlossenen Vorhang vereinen.
Anstelle von Streichfarbe ist auch das Leimen oder Imprägnieren der Bahn denkbar.
Es ist prinzipiell aufgebaut wie das Auftragswerk 4. Dieses unterhalb der Bahn 1 angeordnete Auftragswerk 3 gibt, von unten nach oben, völlig ungewöhnlich , einen gegen die Wirkung der Schwerkraft gerichteten Vorhang ab. Diese Wirkung wird verstärkt, wenn zum einen die Bahn im Beispiel selbst mittels Erzeugungseinrichtung 6 bereits statisch aufgeladen ist und zum anderen (oder alternierend dazu) eine zusätzliche Felderzeugungsvorrichtung 7 vorhanden ist.
Die Felderzeugungsvorrichtung 6 befindet sich oberhalb der Bahnseite 1b im Bereich der Umlenkwalze 2 .Die Felderzeugungsvorrichtung 7 befindet sich ebenfalls oberhalb der Bahnseite 1b, aber hier im Bereich der Auftrefflinie des Vorhanges 3a, welcher vom Auftragswerk 3 ausgeht.
Die Länge des Vorhanges bzw. der Abstand zwischen Vorhangdüse und Bahn 1 kann 5mm bis 50 mm betragen.
Über die mit Erdpotential versehene Umlenkwalze 2 läuft bei dieser Anordnung die Bahn 1 von unten nach oben. Beidseitig der Bahn 1 ist jeweils ein in gleicher Höhe und im Wesentlichen horizontal angeordnetes Vorhang-Auftragswerk 3 vorgesehen.
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum ein- oder beidseitigen Auftragen eines flüssigen bis pastösen Mediums, beispielsweise Streichfarbe, auf eine laufende Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton unter Verwendung eines Vorhang-Auftragswerkes, welches das Medium in fertigdosierter Menge, in Form eines Vorhanges mit Wirkung von elektrostatischen Kräften an die laufende Faserstoffbahn abgibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein derartiges elektrostatisches Potential erzeugt wird, welches den Vorhang (3a) gegen die Wirkung der Schwerkraft zur laufenden Faserstoffbahn (1) lenkt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faserstoffbahn (1) elektrostatisch aufgeladen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein elektrostatisches Feld (F) im Bereich des Vorhang-Auftragswerkes (3) erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das elektrostatische Potenzial des elektrischen Feldes (F) einen Wert von ca.5 bis 60 kW und eine Stromstärke von 0,01 bis 10 mA aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Faserstoffbahn(1 ) ca. 1% bis 4,5 % beträgt. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, umfassenddadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Vorhang-Auftragswerk (3), welches den Mediums-Vorhang (3a) frei und ungestützt an die Faserstoffbahn (1) abgibt undeine Einrichtung (7) zum Erzeugen eines elektrischen Feldes (F), welches auf den sich vom Auftragswerk (3) zur Faserstoffbahn (1) bewegenden Vorhang (3a) eine dessen Bewegung unterstützende Kraft ausübt,
das erzeugte elektrische Feld (F) in der Lage ist, den Vorhang (3a) gegen die Wirkung der Schwerkraft an die Faserstoffbahn (1) zu lenken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens eine Felderzeugungsvorrichtung (6,7) in Form einer über die Breite der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordneten Elektroden-Anordnung, bestehend aus einer Vielzahl Einzelelektroden vorhanden ist, mit welcher sowohl die Faserstoffbahn (1) aufladbar ist, als auch das elektrische Feld (F) im Bereich des Auftragswerkes (3, 4) erzeugbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Vorhang-Auftragswerk (3) unterhalb einer im wesentlichen horizontal geführten Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnet ist mit einer von unten nach oben laufenden Bewegungsrichtung des Vorhangs (3a). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Vorhangs-Auftragswerk (4) oberhalb einer im wesentlichen horizontal geführten Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnet ist, welches gemäß dem Schwerkraftprinzip arbeitet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Vorhangs-Auftragswerk (3) waagrecht mit horizontaler Bewegungsrichtung des Vorhanges (3a) auf wenigstens einer Seite einer vertikal geführten Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Potenzial für die elektrostatische Aufladung der Faserstoffbahn (1) und/oder zur Erzeugung des elektrischen Feldes (F) zur Bewegungsrichtung des Vorhanges (3a) gegen die Schwerkraft eine Leistung von ca.12 bis 1000 W/m, eine Spannung von ca. 5 bis 60 kV und eine Stromstärke von o,1 bis 10 mA aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Felderzeugungseinrichtungen (6, 7) oberhalb der im Wesentlichen horizontal laufenden Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Felderzeugungseinrichtungen (7) bei im Wesentlichen vertikal laufender Faserstoffbahn (1) jeweils beiden Bahnseiten (1a, 1b) zugeordnet sind.
