Claims (9)
- Verbindung zweier koaxial hintereinander angeordneter Elemente einer Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei das erste Element (3) eine Führungsöffnung (18) hat und das zweite Element (8) mit einem Führungsabschnitt (19) in die Führungsöffnung (18) des ersten Elements (3) einsetzbar ist, das einander gegenüberliegend in einer Wandung (30) zwei zueinander und zu einer Haltenut (37) im zweiten Element (8) fluchtende Halteöffnungen (31) hat, die eine U-förmige Halteklammer (32) mit ihren Schenkeln (34) durchragt und dabei die Lage des ersten (3) und zweiten Elements (8) zueinander fixiert, welche zumindest im Bereich der Halteklammer (32) Abschnitte aus nicht-rostendem Stahl aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteklammer (32) durch einen Federdraht aus nicht-rostendem Stahl gebildet wird, wobei die Abschnitte des ersten (3) und des zweiten Elements (8) zumindest im Bereich der Halteklammer (32) und die Halteklammer (32) gleichartige Werkstoffe sind zur Vermeidung von elektrochemischen Reaktionen zwischen der Halteklammer (32) und den Abschnitten des ersten (3) und des zweiten Elements (8) im Bereich der Halteklammer (32).
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erstes Element eine mit einer Kraftstoffverteilerleitung (1) verbundene Aufnahmebuchse (3) dient, in die als zweites Element ein Druckregelventil (8) eingesetzt ist.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erstes Element eine mit einer Kraftstoffverteilerleitung (1) verbundene Aufnahmebuchse (3) dient, in die als zweites Element ein Druckdämpfer eingesetzt ist.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (34) der Halteklammer (32) wenigstens abschnittsweise komplementär zu einer zylindrischen Haltenut (37) des Druckregelventils (8) oder des Druckdämpfers geformte, eine imaginäre Kreisfläche umschließende Kreisbögen (38) bilden.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (34) der Halteklammer (32) vor dem Einsetzen in die Halteöffnungen (31) derart zueinander gebogen sind, daß die von den Kreisbögen (38) eingeschlossene Kreisfläche einen kleineren Radius als die Haltenut (37) hat.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteklammer (32) nach dem Vorbiegen und vor dem Einsetzen in die Halteöffnungen (31) angelassen wird.
- Verbindung zweier koaxial hintereinander angeordneter Elemente einer Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei das erste Element ein Einspritzventil ist, das mit seinem einen Ende in einen das zweite Element bildenden Steckanschluss (2) einer Kraftstoffverteilerleitung (1) eingesetzt und dort mittels einer Sicherungsklemme (43) fixiert ist, wobei das Einspritzventil und der Steckanschluss (2) zumindest im Bereich der Sicherungsklemme (43) Abschnitte aus nicht-rostendem Stahl aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsklemme (43) aus Federband aus nicht-rostendem Stahl besteht, wobei die Abschnitte des Einspritzventils und des Steckanschlusses (2) zumindest im Bereich der Sicherungsklemme (43) und die Sicherungsklemme (43) gleichartige Werkstoffe sind zur Vermeidung von elektrochemischen Reaktionen zwischen der Sicherungsklemme (43) und den Abschnitten des Einspritzventils und des Steckanschlusses (2) im Bereich der Sicherungsklemme (43).
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsklemme (43) eine L-fömige Kopfplatte (44) mit zwei zueinander senkrechten Schenkeln (45, 46) beinhaltet, von deren einem Schenkel (45) zwei symmetrische Flügel (47) senkrecht weg ragen, die parallel zum anderen Schenkel (46) der Kopfplatte (44) verlaufende Abschnitte (49) mit zueinander weisenden freien Rändern aufweisen, die eine imaginäre kreisförmige Fläche umschließende Kreisbögen (50) bilden, wobei hierzu senkrechte Abschnitte (51) der Flügel (47) in Richtung zum freien Ende des einen Schenkels (45) der Kopfplatte (44) gesehen zunächst parallel zueinander verlaufen und sich dann tricherförmig aufweiten und wobei in beiden Schenkeln (45, 46) der Kopfplatte (44) je ein mittiger, vom freien Ende des jeweiligen Schenkels (45, 46) ausgehender Sackschlitz (52, 53) ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nicht-rostende Federdraht oder das nicht-rostende Federband einen Chromgehalt von mindestens 12 % und insbesondere auch einen Nickelgehalt von mindestens 6% nach DIN 17224 aufweist und insbesondere aus X 12 Cr Ni 17 7, Werkstoffnummer 1.4310 besteht.
