Definitions
- the invention relates to a stationary device for temporary storage and delivery of a bulk or flowable material, a use of the device, a concrete mixing plant with the device and a method for intermediate storage and gravitational Dispensing of a powdery, granular or pasty material according to the preambles of the independent claims.
- Such a device according to the preamble of claim 1 is e.g. from document US-A-3,452,904.
- Stationary devices with receptacles for intermediate storage and delivery of bulk or flowable goods preferably come in the Interim storage and demand-based delivery of building material mixtures used in the construction industry, being an at least partially gravity-induced promotion or delivery of the stored Guts at a discharge opening the bottom of the receptacle is common.
- a first aspect of the invention relates to a stationary device for temporary storage and gravitational Release of free-flowing or flowable Good, preferably of concrete with a liquid to almost dry consistency.
- the stationary one Device comprises a receptacle attached to his Bottom of a discharge opening for delivery or forwarding of good from its interior.
- the receptacle the stationary device is movable stored, such that the inclination of one or several of its interior wall surfaces or, in case of arched ones Inner wall surfaces, of partial surfaces of the same against the Vertical can be changed. That way you can Inner wall surfaces, which in a basic position of the receptacle, e.g.
- the receptacle a, advantageously arranged at its top receiving opening for supplying good in its interior which preferably has a larger cross-section has as its discharge opening. It is also preferable that the receptacle is designed such that a feeder of good into its interior by free gravity-induced incidence of good in the receiving opening is possible, preferably in a dispensing position. This is a simple feed without complicated conveyors possible.
- the receptacle is mounted so that it to one or more axes is pivotable about which are preferably horizontal.
- these axes are in the lower part of the receptacle, because this only a small deflection of the Delivery opening in the horizontal when panning the Receiving container results, so that a targeted delivery even while panning and regardless of the respective position of the receptacle is possible.
- the interior of the receptacle executed in such a way that it at least to its funnel-shaped towards the discharge opening tapers.
- Inner wall surfaces of the funnel-shaped portion of the Receiving container different far from the discharge opening away, with these inner wall surfaces or, at curved inner wall surfaces of the funnel-shaped area, tangential surfaces at their central regions, preferably parallel to a horizontal pivot axis of Are arranged so that a position of the container Receiving container possible, in which these inner wall surfaces a different angle to the vertical and at the same time substantially the have the same extent in the vertical direction.
- the device becomes a particularly favorable Operation of the inventive device allows, during a filling and a partial emptying of the receptacle in the above-described Receptacle position can be done and a Residual emptying of the container in a second receptacle position can take place, in which the second Inner wall surface is arranged significantly more vertical than the first inner wall surface.
- Receptacle its lowest vertical height in has an inclined position and when using the Device in a concrete mixing plant in this inclined Position the most space for any over the receptacle opening drains of a concrete mixer does not need any in this case upright intermediate position of the receptacle for the Filling the same.
- Invention is the receptacle in the region of the receiving opening designed in such a way that he is in one Plane that runs across a straight line through the centers of his Receiving opening and its discharge opening goes, at a symmetrical funnel, this is the symmetry axis, one elongate, preferably substantially rectangular Cross section and in a plane which in the substantially parallel to the longitudinal extent of this cross section is lying, is movable.
- the receptacle is in essentially completely open.
- Execution is particularly suitable for the feeder good by free gravitational induced by the receiving opening in the receptacle.
- the receiving opening enclosing upper edge of Receptacle is located substantially in a plane or a contour that follows a plane in which the Upper edges of these opposing inner surfaces of the Receptacle lie, in the direction of the receptacle survives away.
- This can, for example, in Form of a spatially curved and / or spatial polygonal edge course of the upper edge of a or multiple container walls and gives the advantage that this is the case with pasty or powdery Goods usable receiving volume of the receptacle elevated.
- the receptacle one or more Symmetrieebenen on and is movable in a plane that is parallel or perpendicular to a plane of symmetry, wherein it is preferred if the receptacle at least has two planes of symmetry and he in one Plane movable, e.g. is pivotable, perpendicular to the symmetry plane of the receptacle stands, the smallest cross-section produced by the receptacle. In this case, causes a movement of the receptacle a best possible improvement of the outflow of good by gravity.
- the receptacle such in a plane movable that a straight line through the centers of its receiving and delivery opening or the Angle bisector of the funnel angle of a funnel-shaped Area of the inner contour of the receptacle in the movement plane both a positive and a can form a negative angle with the vertical.
- This allows the receptacle starting from a basic position in which the straight line described above is perpendicular, in one plane in opposite Directions tend to be, especially with funnel-shaped ones Interior contours to a uniform improvement the discharge behavior leads.
- the receptacle in its interior one or several partitions, which an orientation of the Have receiving opening to the discharge opening out and the Container interior thereby at least partially in the divide down substantially vertically oriented subspaces.
- Preferred embodiments are a single, central arranged partition of the type described above. Depending on the auf mondem good can thereby Outflow behavior positively influenced and / or one Bridge formation can be prevented within the Guts.
- the invention also includes the stationary device a dosing, which preferably of a Dosierschieber or a metering flap is formed. This makes it possible to drain or forward Good from the receptacle interior through regulate the discharge opening and / or make a delivery or forward interruption.
- the stationary Device over one below the discharge opening has positionable drip protection, which preferably from a pivotable under the discharge opening Drip tray exists.
- the drip protection Moreover, designed in such a way that he in one Non-drip-proof position, so in one position, in he is not to prevent a dripping of Remains of good after a delivery interruption or after complete emptying of the receptacle positioned below the discharge opening, one with it connected centering funnel for centering a the discharge opening exiting stream of good under the Dispensing opening positioned.
- the stationary device Drive means both for actuating the Dosierorgans and / or drip protection, if such Facilities are present as well as to move, and, if provided, also for positioning the receptacle in one or more positions.
- Drive means are preferably pneumatic cylinders or hydraulic cylinders with appropriate supply systems or electric drives are used. Rejects that Device no own drive means for moving the Receptacle on, so this movement can through Force be effected from outside. In this case It may be important to be in a particular Positioned receptacle in this Position can be locked, if necessary through corresponding device-side locking means can be done.
- Control unit for controlling the same exists, which a control in dependence of device-own Parameters, e.g. Receptacle-filling ratio or receptacle weight, of external plant parameters, such as. a signal from an upstream one Batch mixer, that another batch is ready to feed, and / or material specific parameters, e.g. Flowability of the estate, allows. preferably,
- the control unit has suitable sensors for automatic or manual determination of an or several such parameters.
- a second aspect of the invention relates to Use of the stationary device according to the invention according to the first aspect for temporary storage and delivery of concrete or asphalt.
- the advantages of the invention occur particularly obvious, since here a levy or Transmission only by gravity is sought and otherwise usual funding tools as vibrators are not usable.
- a third aspect of the invention relates a stationary concrete mixing plant with an inventive stationary device with a receptacle with a receiving opening according to the first Aspect of the invention and with a concrete mixer with a Delivery organ, e.g. with one on the mixer bottom arranged emptying flap.
- the receiving opening of the Receiving container and the delivery member of the mixer are sized and the mixer is so over the receptacle arranged that at least in one Position of the receiving container over the concrete mixer Dispensing element discharged concrete by gravity, preferably by free fall, through the receiving opening enter the interior of the receptacle can. In this way, there are no other plant components for feeding the concrete into the receptacle necessary.
- the concrete mixer is a batch mixer, i.e. a mixer that batches a certain amount Concrete mixes, and the receptacle is so dimensioned that he has a complete mixer batch can record at once. That's the way it is possible that the mixer is emptied at once and already can mix the next batch while the previously mixed concrete stored in the receptacle and be redirected by Abgage from this. As a result, the plant performance of the concrete mixing plant be increased significantly.
- a fourth aspect of the invention relates to Process for intermediate storage and gravitational Delivery of a powdery, granular or pasty material, preferably ready-to-use concrete in all for Consistencies conceivable for this building material.
- the inventive Method comprises the method steps introducing of the estate in a stationary, movably mounted Receptacle, which on its underside a Dispensing opening for gravitational delivery of goods has its interior, and moving the receptacle such that the inclination of one or more its inner wall surfaces or partial surfaces of it Inner wall surfaces in such a manner with respect to the vertical is changed, thereby improving the use gravity to promote good in the receptacle resulting to the discharge opening.
- inner wall surfaces which in an initial position, e.g. when fully upright standing receptacle a relatively large angle form with the vertical and a hassle-free Drainage of good in the wall area towards the discharge opening are detrimental by moving the receptacle placed vertically, creating a gravitational Drainage is significantly promoted.
- This procedure can be relatively low and for that though wide receptacles for intermediate storage and Delivery or forwarding of free-flowing or flowable Goods are used, which, as before for example, to reduce the Investment costs for concrete mixing plants or for an increase in production can contribute to the same.
- the receptacle is so moved that its discharge opening in horizontal Direction seen remains essentially stationary.
- this is achieved in that the Storage container around a horizontal axis is pivoted, which as close as possible to the discharge opening of the receptacle is located.
- the introduction of Building material in the receptacle and / or a delivery of Building material through the discharge opening while moving the Receptacle is preferred.
- the receptacle is temporarily, i. ever as needed, continuously or intermittently between moved at least two positions and / or in these positioned at least two positions. Depending on the type and Consistency of the goods can thereby advantages result.
- the method becomes the receptacle in a plane moved between exactly two inclined positions and / or positioned in these positions.
