Claims (25)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Isolier-Verbundplatte des Typs, der eine äußere Haut, eine innere Verstärkungswanne und einen isolierenden Kern dazwischen umfasst, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    Schneiden einer Platte (1), wobei der Schnitt eine vordere Platte (10) auf einer Seite und eine hintere Platte (12) auf der anderen Seite definiert;
    Einspannen der vorderen Platte (10) neben dem Schnitt mit einem vorderen Einspannmittel (20, 21);
    Einspannen der hinteren Platte (12) neben dem Schnitt mit einem hinteren Einspannmittel (22, 23);
    nach dem Einspannen, Trennen der vorderen und der hinteren Platte (10, 12)
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:
    Schneiden einer im Wesentlichen kontinuierlichen Platte (1) auf eine gewünschte Länge;
    nach dem Einspannen, Trennen der vorderen und der hinteren Platte (10, 12) um eine voreingestellte Entfernung; und
    nach dem Trennen, Reinigen des hinteren Endes (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und des vorderen Endes (13) der hinteren Platte (12).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das hintere Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und das vordere Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig gereinigt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, das das Entgraten der äußeren Haut und/oder der inneren Verstärkungswanne umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Entgraten durch Ziehen einer Klinge (63, 65) über die Außenseite der äußeren Haut und/oder der Verstärkungswanne durchgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die äußere Haut und/oder die Verstärkungswanne entgratet wird, während das hintere Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und das vordere Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) gereinigt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei das hintere Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und das vordere Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) gereinigt werden, indem Bürstenmittel (60, 61, 63, 64) über die Enden (11, 13) der Platten (10, 12) gezogen werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Bürstenmittel (60, 61, 63, 64) auf einem Reinigungswagen (50) bereitgestellt werden und das Verfahren nach dem Trennen der Platten (10, 12) den Schritt des Ausfahrens des Wagens (50) aus einer eingefahrenen Position in eine ausgefahrene Position im Zwischenraum zwischen dem hinteren Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und dem vorderen Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) umfasst.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, das das Fahren des Reinigungswagens (50) über den Zwischenraum zwischen dem hinteren Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und dem vorderen Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, das das Anheben des Wagens (50) aus dem Zwischenraum umfasst, wenn die Enden (11, 13) der nebeneinander liegenden Platten (10, 12) überquert sind.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, das das Reinigen der Unterseite und/oder der Oberseite der Platte (10, 12) umfasst.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, das das Führen der Platte (10, 12) über eine Unterseitenreinigungsbürste (80) und das Führen der Platte über eine Oberseitenreinigungsbürste (81) umfasst.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Platte (10, 12) nach dem Reinigen der Enden über die Außenseitenreinigungsbürstenmittel (80, 81) geführt wird.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, das das Bewegen der Oberseitenreinigungsbürste (81) aus einer eingefahrenen ausgerückten Position in eine eingerückte Position umfasst, in der die Bürste (81) an der Oberseite der Platte (10, 12) angreift.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Isolier-Verbundplatte des Typs, der eine äußere Haut, eine innere Verstärkungswanne und einen isolierenden Kern dazwischen umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    ein Schneidemittel (4) zum Schneiden einer Platte (1), wobei der Schnitt eine vordere Platte (10) auf einer Seite und eine hintere Platte (12) auf der anderen Seite definiert;
    ein vorderes Einspannmittel (22, 23) zum Einspannen der vorderen Platte (12) neben dem Schnitt;
    ein hinteres Einspannmittel (20, 21) zum Einspannen der hinteren Platte (10) neben dem Schnitt;
    ein Trennmittel (24, 25) zum Trennen der vorderen und der hinteren Platte (10, 12) nach dem Einspannen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidemittel (4) zum Schneiden einer im Wesentlichen kontinuierlichen Platte (1) auf eine gewünschte Länge dient, das Trennmittel (24, 25) zum Trennen der vorderen und der hinteren Platte (10,12) um eine voreingestellte Entfernung dient, und dass die Vorrichtung ein Reinigungsmittel (55, 56) zum Reinigen des hinteren Endes (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und des vorderen Endes (13) der hinteren Platte (12) umfasst.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Reinigungsmittel (55, 56) dazu angepasst ist, das hintere Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und das vordere Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig zu reinigen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, das ein Entgratungsmittel (63, 65) zum Entgraten der äußeren Haut und/oder der inneren Verstärkungswanne umfasst.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, wobei das Entgratungsmittel (63, 65) eine Klinge (63, 65) umfasst, die über die Außenseite der äußeren Haut und/oder der Verstärkungswanne gezogen wird.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, wobei das Entgratungsmittel (63, 65) und das Reinigungsmittel (55, 56) an einem gemeinsamen Wagen (50) angebracht sind.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, wobei das Reinigungsmittel (55, 56) Bürstenmittel (60, 61, 62, 63) umfasst, die über die Enden der Platten (10, 12) gezogen werden.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, wobei die Bürstenmittel (60, 61, 62, 63) an einem Reinigungswagen (50) bereitgestellt werden, der aus einer eingefahrenen Position in eine ausgefahrene Position im Zwischenraum zwischen dem hinteren Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und dem vorderen Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) ausfahrbar ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, das ein Antriebsmittel zum Fahren des Reinigungswagens (50) über den Zwischenraum zwischen dem hinteren Ende (11) der vorderen Platte (10) und dem vorderen Ende (13) der hinteren Platte (12) umfasst.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, die ein Mittel zum Anheben des Wagens (50) aus dem Zwischenraum umfasst, wenn die Enden der nebeneinander liegenden Platten (10, 12) überquert sind.
  23. Vorrichtung nach [Lakune] der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, die ein Plattenaußenseiten-Reinigungsmittel (80, 81) zum Reinigen der Oberseite und/oder der Unterseite der Platte umfasst.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, wobei das Plattenaußenseiten-Reinigungsmittel (80, 81) eine Unterseitenreinigungsbürste (80) und eine Oberseitenreinigungsbürste (81) umfasst.
  25. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, wobei die Oberseitenreinigungsbürste (81) aus einer eingefahrenen ausgerückten Position in eine eingerückte Position bewegbar ist, in der die Bürste an der Oberseite der Platte (10, 12) angreift.
