Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sintergegenstandes auf Eisenbasis, der Kupfer im Bereich von 12 bis 26 Gew.-% enthält, wobei der Sintergegenstand eine Eisenmatrix mit einem Martensitgefüge aufweist, und das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaßt: Herstellen eines Pulvergemisches mit einer gewünschten Zusammensetzung, wobei die Pulvergemischzusammensetzung ein vorlegiertes Stahlpulver umfaßt, das ein die Bildung von Martensit förderndes Material enthält, wobei zumindest ein Teil eines Gesamtgehaltes von Eisen und Kupfer durch ein Pulvermaterial bereitgestellt wird, das aus Eisen und Kupfer besteht, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus einem schmelzgebundenen Eisen-Kupfer-Pulver und vorlegiertem Eisen-Kupfer-Pulver, worin das Eisen und das Kupfer untrennbar miteinander assoziiert sind; Verdichten des Pulvergemisches, um einen Rohling eines herzustellenden Gegenstandes zu formen, und sintern des Rohlings, um einen Gegenstand herzustellen, in dem die Eisenmatrix ein Martensitgefüge aufweist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Kupfergehalt im Bereich von 15 bis 20 Gew.-% liegt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem das Stahlpulver Chrom enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem das Stahlpulver Molybdän enthält.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem das Stahlpulver Nickel enthält.
  6. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem das Stahlpulver Hochgeschwindigkeitsstahl-Pulver ist.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem das Stahlpulver ein M3/2-Stahlpulver ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem das Stahlpulver Edelstahlpulver ist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei dem das Edelstahlpulver 316-Stahl ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, bei dem das Pulvergemisch Kohlenstoffpulver enthält.
  11. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, bei dem das Eisen-Kupfer-Material eine Zusammensetzung in Gew.-% von Fe-20 Cu aufweist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, bei dem das Pulvergemisch auch Kupferpulver in Elementform enthält.
  13. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, bei dem das Pulvergemisch ein Pulver in Elementform enthält, welches die Bildung von Martensit fördert.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, bei dem das Element aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Chrom, Molybdän und Nickel umfaßt.
  15. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, ferner mit dem Schritt der kryogenen Behandlung des gesinterten Materials.
  16. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, ferner mit dem Schritt des Temperns des gesinterten Materials.
  17. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, ferner mit dem Schritt der Bereitstellung von Molybdän-Disulfid oder Wolfram-Disulfid in dem Pulvergemisch.
  18. Verfahren nach einem vorherigen Anspruch, bei dem das Pulvergemisch ein Eisenpulver enthält.
