Claims (6)
- Absperreinrichtung an Kohlenstaubbrennern (1, 2) einer Kohlenstaubfeuerung, wobei jeder Kohlenstaubbrenner (1, 2) ein Kohlenstaub-Luft-Gemisch führendes Primärrohr (6) aufweist, das mit einer Zuführungsleitung (15) zur Zuführung des Kohlenstaub-Luft-Gemisches zu den jeweiligen Kohlenstaubbrennern (1, 2) verbunden ist und wobei in der Zuführungsleitung (15) ein mit einer Schieberplatte (18) versehener Absperrschieber (17) zum Verschließen der Zuführungsleitung (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsleitung (15) auf der Abströmseite des Absperrschiebers (17) mit einem mit Luft beaufschlagten Luftkasten (23) dicht verbunden ist, dass im Bereich des Luftkastens (23) in der Wand der Zuführungsleitung (15) eine durch eine Schließplatte (26) verschließbare Öffnung (25) angebracht ist und dass die Schließplatte (26) synchron mit dem Absperrschieber (17) so betätigbar angeordnet ist, dass die Öffnung (25) in der Schließstellung des Absperrschiebers (17) freigegeben und in Offenstellung des Absperrschiebers (17) verschlossen ist.
- Absperreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftkasten (23) die Zuführungsleitung (15) auf der Abströmseite des Absperrschiebers (17) allseitig dicht umschließt.
- Absperreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der statische Druck der Luft in dem Luftkasten (23) auf einen höheren Wert gehalten ist als der Druck des Kohlenstaub-Luft-Gemisches in der Zuführungsleitung (15).
- Absperreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließplatte (26) mit einem aus mehreren Hebeln (27, 28, 29, 33) und einer Gelenkstange (32) bestehenden Gestänge versehen ist, an das eine die Schließplatte (26) in Schließstellung haltende, auf Zug beanspruchte Feder (31) angreift und das mit der Schieberplatte (18) des Absperrschiebers (17) mechanisch gekoppelt ist.
- Absperreinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Schieberplatte (18) des Absperrschiebers (17) eine Zahnstange (35) angebracht ist, dass die Zahnstange (35) am Ende des Schließweges des Absperrschiebers (17) mit einem ortsfest gelagerten Ritzel (34) in Eingriff zu bringen ist, das über einen drehfest mit dem Ritzel (34) verbundenen Hebel (33) mit dem Gestänge verbunden ist.
- Absperreinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Rückseite der Schließplatte (26) ein erster Hebel (27) gelenkig angebracht ist, der mit einer in dem Luftkasten (23) gelagerten Welle (30) drehfest verbunden ist, dass die Welle (30) beidseitig abgedichtet aus dem Luftkasten herausragt, dass außerhalb des Luftkastens (23) ein zweiter und ein dritter Hebel (28, 29) mit der Welle (30) verbunden sind, dass an das freie Ende des zweiten Hebels (28) die Feder (31) angreift und dass das freie Ende des dritten Hebels (29) über eine Gelenkstange (32) mit dem über das Ritzel (34) drehfest verbundenen Hebel (33) gelenkig verbunden ist.
