Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a ski and a method for assembling additional elements, e.g. Ski binding and ski brake, on the ski.
  • ski bindings and ski brakes either directly or by means of a binding plate attached to the ski by screwing.
  • the binding is either bolted directly to the ski or bolted the binding plate to the ski and the binding mounted on the binding plate.
  • the use of a binding plate for mounting the ski binding has been widely used. It has been shown that it is advantageous if at least one binding element is movably mounted with respect to the ski body in order, for example, to disturb as little as possible the bending line of the ski through the binding plate and the binding structure.
  • a known binding mounting device is for example in DE-U-200 12 437 described.
  • the apparatus comprises a front base plate having a mounting zone provided for a front retaining member and a rear base plate having a mounting zone provided for a rear retaining member.
  • the rear base plate has in its lower part a transverse pivot for connection to the ski about which the base plate can swing freely relative to the ski when installed on the ski.
  • the other baseplate has a circuit board having the mounting zone and means for mounting on the ski intended to firmly connect the circuit board to the ski or to slide in a guide along the longitudinal direction of the ski over a limited amplitude can.
  • the base plates are interconnected by a non-expandable connection, the connection being configured to be neutral to itself relative to relative removal of the base plates and neutral to relative approach of the base plates.
  • the DE-U-200 12 438 describes a similar device, wherein there the front base plate in its lower part has a transverse pivot for connection to the ski, around which the base plate can jump freely relative to the ski when it is installed on the ski.
  • the rear base plate has means provided for mounting the base plate firmly on the ski.
  • the base plates are also connected to each other here by a non-expandable connection.
  • the in the DE-U-200 13 978 The device described has two transverse pivots, one of each of the front binding element and the rear binding element assigned. The distance between the two pivot pins is in the range of 156 to 376 mm.
  • the EP-A-1 175 925 describes an alpine ski with an elongated ski body having a front end, a rear end, and a central region.
  • the ski body consists of a main core covering a running surface of the ski, a stack of sliding and reinforcing layers having two lateral ski edges, the core itself being covered by a stack of reinforcing and possibly decorative layers.
  • an auxiliary core is superimposed on the main core, which forms a rib of reduced width protruding from the surface of the ski in this central region.
  • a binding plate is fastened by means of two transverse pins which extend through the rib and the binding plate.
  • the profiled rail system consists of at least one extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail, which serves for fastening of functional elements, such as a binding or its elements or a binding plate, by pushing on the rail.
  • the rail is connected to a plurality of molded dowels or dowel sections by a dowel connection or anchoring to the ski body.
  • EP-A-1 279 421 represents state of the art according to Art. 54 (3) and discloses a ski with a holding device which is intended to be mounted on the ski to hold binding elements which firmly connect a user's shoe to the ski.
  • the holding device has two longitudinal parts with lateral engagement means intended to come into engagement with complementary cooperation means arranged laterally with respect to the ski and assembled together by at least one of the binding elements (toe or heel automaton). This ensures a transverse connection of the two longitudinal parts.
  • the lateral cooperation means have the shape of at least one section which forms a sliding guide and is arranged in a side edge of each of the two longitudinal parts and is intended to cooperate with the complementary cooperation means which form at least one sliding guide have forming zone which is arranged in side surfaces of the ski.
  • the WO 88/04563 on which the preamble of claim 1 is based describes a ski binding adjustable in the longitudinal direction of a ski binding for cross-country and touring skis.
  • the ski binding allows a slidable adjustment of the portion along the ski to which the ski boot is attached, so that the center of gravity of the skier can be offset relative to a central portion of the ski.
  • ski and mounting devices for binding assembly have the disadvantage that the binding plates or binding elements must be attached by tools on the ski, which in particular adversely affects the bending line of the ski, requires additional assembly steps, the ski body weakens and is not very flexible. This is especially true when using screws, dowels and bolts.
  • the DE-C-195 27 063 describes a ski in which the ski binding by means of a base / support plate can be attached to the ski.
  • the base / support plate has in width mutually variable jaws, which engages by means of clamping edges in a longitudinal groove and the ski side surfaces and thus can be brought into the locked position.
  • the jaws and guide blocks arranged thereon slide in a guide slot and a guide rail of the base plate according to the ski width.
  • a centering of the base plate and a horizontal clamping action of both jaws takes place by a single screw or nut.
  • the disadvantage of this construction is in particular the use of a separate binding plate to see, through which the bending line of the ski body is significantly affected.
  • the binding plate protrudes on both sides in the transverse direction across the width of the ski body, so that this construction, for example when cornering, especially in connection with carving skis, is disadvantageous because the binding plate gets in contact with the ground.
  • the DE-C-27 11 199 describes a fastener for a ski binding without the use of fastening screws with mounting jaws, which protrude into the region of the ski side surfaces, in the distance mutually changeable and can be brought into clamping position and at their free ends to the ski directed projections which engage in existing in the ski side surfaces longitudinal grooves , In this construction too, the fastening element projects beyond the width of the ski body, which also has disadvantages with regard to the use of the ski.
  • the EP-A-0 383 104 refers to a ski with a ski binding, which consists of toe cheeks and a heel holder coupled to this via a connecting link. Toe and heel hold are each mounted on a cross-sectionally U-shaped carriage, are attached to the free leg ends inwardly projecting Flunche, which are mounted in a ski-resistant guide rail. Also in this case, a binding plate is provided, which extends beyond the width of the ski body.
  • the DE-A-197 53 451 discloses a ski binding attachment system having a ski-associated retention member releasably connected to a binding panel connected to a ski binding.
  • the retaining element is screwed to the ski body and can be connected to the binding plate, for example, by means of a dovetail guide. Due to this construction of the retaining element bolted to the ski body and the connecting plate attached thereto by means of a dovetail joint, the bending line of the ski is substantially influenced.
  • the invention is based on the idea of integrating into the ski body of the ski a Montrage issued with which the ski binding can be attached directly to the ski.
  • the mounting device is formed in principle in the manner of a binding plate and incorporated into the ski body. Accordingly, the ski according to the invention has all the advantages associated with the use of a binding plate, and has the additional significant advantage that the binding can be mounted directly on the mounting device. For this typically no further aids, such as screws, bolts or dowels are required.
  • the width of the mounting device is in the range of about 50% to 95%, preferably in the range of about 75% to 90% of the smallest width of the ski body.
  • the binding of the mounting device is fastened by clamping.
  • the (mounting device has at least one undercut groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the ski) in an insert, but preferably two mutually parallel grooves, which are open on sides facing away from one another.
  • the integration of the mounting element in the ski body preferably takes place in that a suitable receiving rail is already pressed during the gluing of the ski body or that the core complex of the ski is designed by the incorporation of a suitable material so that a suitable guide groove by subsequent milling (eg in the run ) is created during the production of the ski.
  • the insert consists of thermosetting plastic thermoplastic material, a fiber-reinforced plastic, in particular glass fiber reinforced plastic, or a plastic-coated metallic material.
  • the longitudinal fixing of the binding parts is preferably carried out analogously to the binding assembly on conventional binding plates, which allow a free bending or flexing by their integrated guide.
  • This is particularly advantageous in order not to distort the bending of the ski as a result of the arrangement of the binding and the shoe on the ski, that is to say that it does not adversely affect its bending line.
  • all variations of "Free-Flex" are possible as they are known from the corresponding binding plate.
  • the fixation of the jaw part the binding and a free flexing of the heel part via the connecting tongue, with which the jaw part is connected to the heel part possible.
  • the heel part can also be attached and the jaw part can move freely.
  • the cheek and heel part movable it is also possible to move the cheek and heel part movable and make the longitudinal fixation on the connecting tongue, for example in the middle of the tongue.
  • the fixation of the respective part with respect to possible longitudinal displacements can be realized in a simple manner, for example by latching, clamping, bracing and the like in the guide.
  • a ski according to the invention with a mounting device and a binding unit of an engagement device, which can be brought into engagement with the mounting device, are provided first.
