Die Führung des Schaltstößels 28 erfolgt dabei jedenfalls unter anderem auch durch die kreiszylindrische Bohrung 10 des Steckzapfens 9.
Das Verriegelungselement 12a weist zwei zylindrische, insbesondere kreiszylindrische Abschnitte auf, die über den konischen Abschnitt 24 miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Achse 8 der Schaltscheibe 7 und der Entriegelungselemente 14a, 14b verläuft dabei quer zur Längsachse 30 des Schaltstößels 28 und vorzugsweise auch quer zu den durch die Einführschlitze 4, 6 vorgegebenen Einführrichtungen des Betätigers 5.
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Schalten einer elektrischen Verbindung in Abhängigkeit des Zustandes einer zu überwachenden Einrichtung, insbesondere Sicherheitsschalter (1) für eine Schutzeinrichtung, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Gehäuse (2, 3) aufweist, in dem eine Schaltscheibe (7) um eine Achse (8) drehbar gelagert ist und in das ein Betätiger (5) zum Auslösen eines Schaltvorgangs einführbar ist, und einer Verriegelungseinrichtung zum Blockieren der Schaltscheibe (7), wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung ein in der Schaltscheibe (7) geführtes und gegen die Wirkung eines ersten Kraftspeichers (11) bewegbares Verriegelungselement (12a, 12b) aufweist, das in einer die Schaltscheibe (7) blockierenden Position in Eingriff mit einer zugeordneten Ausnehmung (13a, 13b) in dem Gehäuse (2, 3) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung ein neben der Schaltscheibe (7) angeordnetes drehbares Entriegelungselement (14a, 14b) aufweist, das beim Einführen des Betätigers (5) relativ zur Schaltscheibe (7) drehbar ist, und dass beim Drehen des Entriegelungselements (14a, 14b)
das Verriegelungselement (12a, 12b) gegen die Wirkung des ersten Kraftspeichers (11) parallel zur Achse (8) in die Schaltscheibe (7) zurückschiebbar ist und damit in eine deblockierende Position überführbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entriegelungselement (14a, 14b) eine Öffnung (20) für den Durchtritt des Verriegelungselement (12a, 12b) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (20) sich um die Drehachse (8) erstreckt und zwei Bereiche (22, 23) aufweist, deren Ränder unterschiedliche Abstände zur Drehachse (8) haben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (20) nach radial außen offen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gegenzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (20) einen geschlossenen Rand (21) und zwei zusammenhängende Bereiche (22, 23) mit unterschiedlich großen Weiten aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Bereich (22) der Öffnung (20) eine Weite aufweist, die ausreichend für einen die Schaltscheibe (7) blockierenden Eingriff des Verriegelungselements (12a, 12b) in die Ausnehmung (13a, 13b) im Gehäuse (2, 3) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (12a, 12b) und/oder das Entriegelungselement (14a, 14b) eine Schrägfläche aufweisen, durch welche die Drehbewegung des Entriegelungselements (14a, 14b) in eine Axialbewegung des Verriegelungselements (12a, 12b) umlenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (12a, 12b) einen konischen Abschnitt (24) für das Zusammenwirken mit dem Entriegelungselement (14a, 14b) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Schaltscheibe (7) je ein Entriegelungselement (14a, 14b) angeordnet ist, dass die Entriegelungselemente (14a, 14b) mit jeweils mindestens einem Verriegelungselement (12a, 12b) zusammenwirken, und dass die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Schaltscheibe (7) einander zugeordneten Verriegelungselemente (12a, 12b) einen gemeinsamen ersten Kraftspeicher (11) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schaltstößel (28), der elektrische Kontaktelemente trägt, in dem Gehäuse (2, 3) axial beweglich geführt und in Anlage an eine Umfangsfläche (29) der Schaltscheibe (7) gehalten ist, und dass die Achse (8) der Schaltscheibe (7) quer zur Längsachse (30) des Schaltstößels (28) angeordnet ist.
