Claims (7)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) mit einem Anker (27) und einem Kern (2), die mit einer Magnetspule (11) zusammenwirken, einer mit dem Anker (27) verbundenen Ventilnadel (19), an der ein Ventilschließkörper (21) vorgesehen ist, der zusammen mit einem Ventilsitzkörper (29) einen Dichtsitz bildet, und einer in einer zentralen Ausnehmung (46) des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (1) angeordneten Einstellhülse (48) zum Beaufschlagen einer Rückstellfeder (25) mit einer Vorspannung, die einen axialen Schlitz (72) aufweist, wobei die Einstellhülse (48) eine in der zentralen Ausnehmung (46) ausgebildete Stufe (49) zulaufseitig überragt und zwischen der Einstellhülse (48) und einer Wandung (47) der zentralen Ausnehmung (46) zulaufseitig der Stufe (49) ein Spalt (51) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhülse (48) in ihrer Wandung zumindest an einem zulaufseitigen Ende (53) zumindest eine zusätzlich Ausnehmung (59) in Form einer von der Stirnseite des zulaufseitigen Endes (53) aus verlaufenden Aussparung aufweist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Ausnehmung (59a) diametral gegenüber des axialen Schlitzes (72) der Einstellhülse (48) ausgebildet ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhülse (48) am zulaufseitigen Ende (53) zwei Ausnehmungen (59b) aufweist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (59b) einen gegenseitigen Winkelabstand von ca. 120° aufweisen. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhülse (48) am zulaufseitigen Ende (53) und am ablaufseitigen Ende (68) jeweils eine Ausnehmung (59c) aufweist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (59a, 59b, 59c) weitgehend rechteckig ausgebildet sind. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (59a, 59b, 59c) axiale Abschrägungen (71) aufweisen.
