Description
Claims (14)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil mit einer Ventillängsachse (10), mit einem von einer Magnetspule (1) wenigstens teilweise umgebenen Kern (2), mit einer axial bewegbaren Ventilnadel (13), die wenigstens einen Schließkörperträger (17, 50) und einen Ventilschließkörper (18) umfaßt, wobei der Ventilschließkörper (18) fest mit dem Schließkörperträger (17, 50) verbunden ist und mit einem festen Ventilsitz (15) zusammenwirkt, und der Schließkörperträger (17, 50) eine innere Längsbohrung (45) hat, die bis zur Oberfläche des Ventilschließkörpers (18) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkörperträger (17, 50) an seinem dem Ventilschließkörper (18) zugewandten Ende eine von einem Kreisringprofil derart abweichende Kontur besitzt, daß wenigstens zwei mit der Längsbohrung (45) in Verbindung stehende Durchflußöffnungen (65) zwischen dem Schließkörperträger (17, 50) und der Oberfläche des Ventilschließkörpers (18) gebildet sind.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dem Ventilschließkörper (18) zugewandte Ende des Schließkörperträgers (17, 50) die Kontur eines Dreikantprofils aufweist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dem Ventilschließkörper (18) zugewandte Ende des Schließkörperträgers (17, 50) die Kontur eines Fünfkantprofils aufweist.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stromabwärtige Ende des Schließkörperträgers (17, 50) in gleicher Anzahl Eckbereiche (60') und Kantenbereiche (61') besitzt, die auch der Zahl der Durchflußöffnungen (65) entspricht.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Kantenbereich (61') ein Befestigungsbereich für den Ventilschließkörper (18) am Schließkörperträger (17, 50) ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilschließkörper (18) an den Kantenbereichen (61') mittels Schweißnähten (63) fest verbunden ist.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilschließkörper (18) an seinem äußeren Umfang mehrere Abflachungen (23) aufweist.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkörperträger (17) als Anker ausgeführt ist.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einen Anker (17) und den Ventilschließkörper (18) verbindendes Verbindungsteil (50) vorgesehen ist, das als Schließkörperträger dient.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkörperträger (17, 50) ein Drehteil oder ein Kaltpreßteil darstellt.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilschließkörper (18) kugelförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Ventilnadel (13) eines Brennstoffeinspritzventils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt ein metallener Schließkörperträger (17, 50) mit einer einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden inneren Längsbohrung (45) und einer kreisförmigen Außenkontur und ein Ventilschließkörper (18) hergestellt werden, nachfolgend das dem Ventilschließkörper (18) später zugewandte Ende des Schließkörperträgers (17, 50) mit wenigstens einem Verformungswerkzeug (40, 41) derart plastisch verformt wird, daß der Schließkörperträger (17, 50) in diesem Bereich eine von einem Kreisringprofil abweichende Kontur mit wenigstens zwei Eckbereichen (60') und Kantenbereichen (61') besitzt und in einem darauffolgenden Verfahrensschritt der Ventilschließkörper (18) an dem verformten Ende des Schließkörperträgers (17, 50) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der dem Ventilschließkörper (18) abgewandten Seite des Schließkörperträgers (50) ein Anker (17) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verformungswerkzeug (40, 41) in der inneren Längsbohrung (45) und/oder am äußeren Umfang des Schließkörperträgers (17, 50) angreift.
