Les bras 11 sont articulés sur une platine 12 qui est solidaire de la tête 3. Les articulations 13 des bras 11 sur la platine 12 sont relativement proches l'une de l'autre. L'extrémité libre 14 de ces bras 11 est solidaire de l'élément ressort 10 correspondant.
L'amplitude du mouvement des bras 11 par rapport à la tête 3, figure 1, ou par rapport à l'embase 1, figure 2, est réglée et contrôlée au moyen du système de réglage de fermeté 6.
Cette liaison élastique 5 se distingue sensiblement de celle du schéma représenté figure 2, au niveau de l'élément ressort proprement dit qui est constitué d'ellipses déformables 35. Les lattes 4 sont disposées dans des embouts 24 séparés, lesquels embouts sont chacun associés à l'élément ressort 35 en forme d'ellipse. Ces éléments ressorts en forme d'ellipses sont reliés entre eux par une traverse 37 située légèrement au-dessus du grand axe de ces ellipses.
On retrouve les bras 11 articulés sur la platine 12 au moyen d'articulations 13 constituées comme précédemment d'un amincissement de matière. Ces bras 11 en forme de poutres rigides, s'étendent respectivement vers chacune des ellipses 35, et sont associés à ces dernières à leur partie inférieure. Les extrémités 14 de ces bras 11 se situent sensiblement à l'aplomb des embouts 24 de lattes, sur le petit axe de chaque ellipse 35.
Claims (10)
- Rotule pour sommier du type à lattes ou du type multi-éléments, constituée - d'une embase (1) qui est aménagée pour être fixée sur la structure dudit sommier, - d'une tête (3) qui est aménagée pour accueillir et fixer une ou plusieurs lattes ou un plateau, selon le type de sommier, - d'une liaison élastique (5) entre ladite embase (1) et ladite tête (3), aménagée pour permettre un déplacement de cette dernière vers l'embase selon au moins une composante perpendiculaire à cette embase (1), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, d'une part, au niveau de ladite liaison élastique (5), une première partie constituée de bras rigides (11) disposés en Vé, articulés sur une platine (12) qui est solidaire soit de ladite embase (1) soit de ladite tête (3), et une seconde partie formant ressort (10), qui s'étend entre les extrémités libres (14) desdits bras (11) et ladite tête (3) ou ladite embase (1) selon le cas, et, d'autre part, des moyens pour régler et contrôler l'amplitude du mouvement desdits bras (11) de façon à modifier à volonté la capacité de déplacement de ladite tête (3) par rapport à ladite embase (1) et, consécutivement, la fermeté de ladite rotule.
- Rotule selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ses éléments constitutifs à savoir l'embase (1), la tête (3) et la liaison élastique (5) interposée entre les deux, se présentent sous une forme monobloc réalisée en matériau thermoplastique du type élastomère.
- Rotule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage et de contrôle du mouvement des bras rigides (11) sont constitués d'au moins une pièce en forme de came (16, 16', 16"), dont la position est réglable selon les besoins, en particulier entre lesdits bras (11) et une surface (17) faisant office de butée, aménagée soit au niveau de la tête (3), soit au niveau de l'embase (1) selon le cas.
- Rotule selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la came (16') se présente sous la forme d'un U dont les branches sont aménagées avec un profil (44') façon coin ou rampe, laquelle came (16') est guidée comme un tiroir, centrée sur l'organe de liaison en forme de pivot (30) interposé entre la surface (17) faisant butée et la platine (12) portant l'articulation des bras rigides (11).
- Rotule selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les flancs internes des branches de la came (16') en forme de U, comportent une sorte de crantage (52) coopérant avec l'organe de liaison en forme de pivot (30) interposé entre la surface (17) faisant office de butée et la platine (12) d'articulation des bras (11), pour établir au moins deux possibilités de réglage de la position de ladite came (16').
- Rotule selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la came (16) se présente sous la forme d'un fer à cheval, clipsé sur l'organe de liaison en forme de pivot (30) interposé entre la surface d'appui (17) faisant office de butée et la platine (12) portant l'articulation des bras (11), laquelle came comporte des profils (44) aménagés façon coin ou rampe avec une symétrie par rapport à son axe de rotation (46).
- Rotule selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la came (16") se présente sous la forme d'un anneau interposé entre la surface d'appui (17) de la tête (3) et la platine (12) d'articulation des bras (11), lequel anneau est centré et manoeuvré au moyen d'un axe (57) qui est guidé dans un orifice formé dans ladite surface (17), lequel axe faisant partie d'un organe du genre bouton (58) aménagé pour entraíner ladite came en rotation, laquelle came (16") comporte des profils façon coin (61) ou rampe disposés symétriquement par rapport à son axe de rotation.
- Rotule selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la traverse (31) de la tête (3), comportant la surface d'appui (17) et la platine (12) d'articulation des bras rigides (11), sont liées de façon monobloc au moyen d'une paroi de liaison (63) décalée formant ainsi un logement pour la came (16") en forme d'anneau.
- Rotule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les bras rigides (11) comportent, à proximité de leur articulation sur la platine (12), des mentonnets (32) destinés à prendre appui sur les profils des cames (16, 16', 16") selon le cas.
- Rotule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les profils des cames sont aménagés sous la forme de lamelles élastiques (50, 44', 60) dont la face située côté mentonnets, se situe dans le plan de l'extrémité de ces derniers de façon à les maintenir en contact direct avec lesdites lamelles, lesquelles lamelles faisant office de dispositif de rappel élastique des bras, vers leur position repos.
