The spacer includes a horizontal portion 87a at the upper end thereof, which is held between the lower surface of the upper end collar 83b of the upper guide member 83 and the upper end surface of the lower leg pole 4a' so as not to drop . The spacer 87 is pressed against the upper post 4c by the bolt 86.
