Claims (4)
- Broyeur pour broyer des matériaux, avec un rotor (1) présentant des outils de broyage (12), avec une sortie pour les matériaux (17) et avec une grille (7) déterminant la taille de sortie du matériau broyé le long d'une partie du périmètre du rotor (1), qui présente des barreaux de grille (18) courbés parallèles les uns aux autres recouvrant la sortie pour les matériaux (17), lesquels barreaux de grille sont prévus aux deux extrémités avec des prolongements de fixation (29) guidés vers l'extérieur de la région de courbure et entre lesquels des fentes traversantes (19) sont formées, caractérisé en ce que chaque barreau de grille (18) est fixé de façon amovible aux éléments porteurs (25, 26) fixés à la machine à l'aide des prolongements de fixation (29), lesquels éléments porteurs se situent en dehors de la région d'action de la grille (7) et ne peuvent pas constituer d'obstacle.
- Broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre les barreaux de la grille (18) peut être choisi librement.
- Broyeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque prolongement de fixation (29) présente une rainure contre-dépouillée ouverte sur la face avant, dans laquelle est introduit un écrou à tête rectangulaire, et en ce que des éléments de support (25, 26) présentent respectivement une série de trous (30) à travers lesquels sont introduites les vis de fixation (27).
- Broyeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la courbe enveloppante du rotor (1) présente une génératrice en dents de scie, et en ce que les barreaux de grille (18) recouvrant la sortie pour les matériaux sont disposés dans au moins deux assemblages avec des écarts différents par rapport à l'axe du rotor.
