- Auftrag der fertigen Lösung auf das Papier mittels Fond im Tiefdruck. Dies in Abhängigkeit von Fondvolumen und der Maschinengeschwindigkeit. Richtwerte bzw. Sollwertvorgabe minimal 3 g/m2 bis maximal 25 g/m2 nass;
- Prüfmethode der Aushärtungsgeschwindigkeit mit der branchenüblichen Methode "Disc Cure Test".

Verwendbare aminoplastische Harze sind beispielsweise:
- Melamin-Formaldehydharze
- Harnstoff-Formaldehydharze
Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Verbessern der Metalleffekte und Weiterverarbeitungskriterien sowie der Flexibilität von harzbeschichteten Dekorpapieren gekennzeichnet durch Aufbringen von das Aushärten verzögernde Lösungen von basischen Metallsalzen während des Bedruckens mit Metalleffektfarben mittels Tiefdruck.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch Aufbringen einer Natriumaluminatlösung (=NaAlO2x0,12Na2Ox0,3H2O) (Wasser oder Wasser/Verschnitt-Gemisch) im Tiefdruckverfahren mit Fondzylinder oder einem anderen geeigneten Verfahren auf bedrucktes oder unbedrucktes Standardbasispapier.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Natriumalumniat in > 60 °C heißem demineralisiertem Wasser (oder Wasser allgemein) aufgelöst wird, um ein Gemisch in der gewünschten Konzentration herzustellen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gemisch eine Konzentration von 10 bis 20 % hat.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Natriumaluminat einen Feststoffgehalt von 0,5 bis maximal 5 % bezogen auf den gesamten druckfertigen Ansatz hat.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Natriumaluminat ein pH-Wert je nach Erfordernis zwischen pH 9 bis 14 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Natriumaluminat in der fertigen Lösung auf das Papier mittels Fondzylinder im Tiefdruck in Abhängigkeit vom Fondvolumen und der Maschinengeschwindigkeit aufgebracht wird,
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Richtwert bzw. eine Sollwertvorgabe minimal 3 g/m2 bis maximal 25 g/m2 nass eingehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für Effektfarben (Perlmutt, Silber und irisierende Farben) in höheren Konzentrationen (> 5 %) auf den jeweils bedruckten Dekorpapieren eine Natriumaluminatlösung (Wasser oder Wasser/Verschnitt-Gemisch) im Tiefdruckverfahren mit Fond auf die Oberfläche der Metallicdrucke aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Natriumaluminat in > 60 °C heißem demineralisiertem Wasser (oder Wasser allgemein) aufgelöst wird, um so ein Gemisch in der gewünschten Konzentration herzustellen.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 und 8 - 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Natriumaluminat einen Feststoffgehalt von 0,5 bis maximal 5 %, bezogen auf den gesamten druckfertigen Ansatz, hat.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1, 8 - 11 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Natriumaluminat ein pH-Wert, je nach Erfordernis zwischen pH 9 bis 14 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1, 8 - 12 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Natriumaluminat in der fertigen Lösung auf das Papier mittels Fondzylinder im Tiefdruck in Abhängigkeit von Fondvolumen und der Maschinengeschwindigkeit aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Richtwert bzw. eine Sollwertvorgabe minimal 3 g/m2 bis maximal 25 g/m2 nass eingehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Perlmuttpigmente Verbindungen in Form von Feldspat bzw. Kieselsäure (Silicondioxid) eingesetzt werden, welche mit Titandioxid gecoatet sind, wobei das Titandioxid als Katalysator zur beschleunigten Aushärtung bei aminoplastischen Harzen führt und der geeignet eingestellte Überdruck positiv auf das Aushärtungsverhalten (Harzfluss) wirkt und gleichzeitig die Perlmuttwirkung verbessert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als aminoplastische Harze Melamin-Formaldehydharze oder Harnstoff-Formaldehydharze verwendet werden.
