Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Verbessern der Metalleffekte und Weiterverarbeitungskriterien sowie der Flexibilität von harzbeschichteten Dekorpapieren. Durch Aufbringen von das Aushärten verzögernde Lösungen von basischen Metallsalzen während des Bedruckens mit Metalleffektfarben mittels Tiefdruck wird diese Verbesserung erzielt. Es wird eine Natriumaluminatlösung (=NaAIO2x0, 12Na2Ox0, 3H2O) (Wasser oder Wasser/Verschnitt-Gemisch) im Tiefdruckverfahren mit Fondzylinder oder einem anderen geeigneten Verfahren auf bedrucktes oder unbedrucktes Standardbasispapier aufgebracht. Das Natriumaluminiat wird in >60 °C heissem demineralisiertem Wasser (oder Wasser allgemein) aufgelöst, um ein Gemisch in der gewünschten Konzentration herzustellen.
