- Belt 66 is tensioned by a spring loaded idler roller 65 and kept in engagement with pulley 67 by the stationary idler roller 64. As shown best in Figure 6, idler roller 65 is forced downwardly by compression spring 96 via a triangular load member 97.

Claims (13)
- Feldhäcksler zur Handhabung von Erntematerial, das Körner einschließt, wobei der Feldhäcksler folgendes umfasst:eine Schneideinheit (36), die zur Zerkleinerung von Erntematerial betreibbar ist;eine Verarbeitungseinheit, die zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Position beweglich ist, wobei die Einheit folgendes umfasst:- eine Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41), die benachbart zu der Schneideinheit angeordnet ist, um zerkleinertes Erntematerial von der Schneideinheit (36) zu empfangen und Körner in dem Erntematerial aufzubrechen, wenn sich die Verarbeitungseinheit in der ersten Position befindet und die von der Schneideinheit (36) entfernt angeordnet ist, um es dem zerkleinerten Erntematerial von der Schneideinheit (36) zu ermöglichen, die Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) zu umgehen, wenn sich die Verarbeitungseinheit in einer zweiten Position befindet; und- eine Gebläseeinheit (51) zur Beschleunigung des verarbeiteten Erntematerials in Richtung auf eine nachfolgende Handhabungsvorrichtung, wobei die Gebläseeinheit (51) zum Empfang des verarbeiteten Erntematerials direkt von der Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) bei in der ersten Position befindlicher Verarbeitungseinheit und zum Empfang des Erntematerials direkt von der Schneideinheit (36) angeordnet ist, wenn sich die Verarbeitungseinheit in der zweiten Position befindet; undeine erste Antriebsleistungs-Verbindung (60, 61, 68) von einer Leistungseinheit (78) zu Lieferung der Antriebsleistung an zumindest eine der Gebläseeinheit (51) und der Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41), wobei die Leistungseinheit (78) an einer von der Verarbeitungseinheit entfernten Stelle angeordnet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebläseeinheit (51) und die Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) in einem Rahmen (50) befestigt sind, der an einem Punkt (58) drehbar gelagert ist, um die Verarbeitungseinheit zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position zu verschwenken.
- Feldhäcksler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (53) zum Verschwenken der Verarbeitungseinheit um eine Achse parallel zur Achse einer Walze (57) der Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Feldhäcksler nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsleistungs-Verbindung (60, 61, 68) mit zumindest einer der Gebläseeinheit (51) und der Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) betreibbar ist, um im Wesentlichen betriebsfähig zu bleiben, während die Verarbeitungseinheit von der ersten auf die zweite Position bewegt wird.
- Feldhäcksler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Antriebsleistungs-Verbindung (60, 61, 68) einen Riemenantrieb (60) umfasst.
- Feldhäcksler nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riemenantrieb (60) eine Riemenscheibe (61) auf einer Zwischenwelle (79) antreibt.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er weiterhin ein Gehäuse (48) umfasst, das sowohl die Gebläseeinheit (51) als auch die Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) umgibt, wenn sich die Prozessor-Einheit (41) in der ersten Position befindet.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er weiterhin eine zweite Antriebsleistungs-Verbindung (62, 66, 67, 69) zur Lieferung von Antriebsleistung an die andere der Gebläseeinheit (51) und der Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) umfasst.
- Feldhäcksler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenwelle eine Antriebswelle (79) der Gebläseeinheit (51) ist.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebläseeinheit (51) eine Antriebswelle (79) aufweist und die Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) zwei Antriebswellen aufweist, und dass die Achsen aller der Antriebswellen parallel sind.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand von dem Ausgang der Schneideinheit (36) zu dem Eingang der Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) bei sich in der ersten Position befindender Verarbeitungseinheit im Wesentlichen gleich dem Abstand von dem Ausgang der Schneideinheit (36) zu dem Eingang der Gebläseeinheit (51) bei sich in der zweiten Stellung befindender Verarbeitungseinheit ist.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn sich die Verarbeitungseinheit in der zweiten Position befindet, eine Führungsplatte (55) eine derartige Lage aufweist, dass die Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) von dem Erntematerial-Pfad zwischen der Schneideinheit (36) und der Gebläseeinheit (51) isoliert ist.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, unter Rückbeziehung auf Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er weiterhin einen Mechanismus (96-99) zum Halten der Spannung in dem Riemenantrieb (60) im Wesentlichen auf einem konstanten Wert umfasst, wenn die Verarbeitungseinheit von der ersten auf die zweite Position bewegt wird.
- Feldhäcksler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erntematerial-Verarbeitungseinheit (41) lösbar an dem Rahmen (53) befestigt ist.
