Claims (17)
- Zuführeinrichtung einer Verpackungsvorrichtung zum Zuführen von Packstoffmaterial zum Verpacken kleinstückiger Artikel, mit einem Zuführrad (2), an dem eine Mehrzahl von Artikelaufnahmeeinheiten (10) und eine Mehrzahl von Packstoffaufnahmeeinheiten (20) angeordnet sind, wobei jede der Packstoffaufnahmeeinheiten (20)
zumindest eine erste Halteeinrichtung (25,26) für einen ersten Packstoff (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Packstoffaufnahmeeinheiten (20)
zumindest eine zweite Halteeinrichtung (26,27) für einen zweiten Packstoff (6) aufweist. - Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführrad (2) als ein, um eine Hauptdrehachse (7) drehbar angeordneter Drehkopf ausgebildet ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Artikelaufnahmeeinheiten (10) abwechselnd mit einer gleichen Zahl von Packstoffaufnahmeeinheiten (20) ringförmig um die Hauptdrehachse (7) an dem Zuführrad (2) angeordnet sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelaufnahmeeinheit (10) ein erstes und ein zweites Artikelhalteelement (11,12) aufweist, zwischen denen ein zu verpackender Artikel (4) halterbar ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelhalteelemente (11,12) in ihrem Abstand zueinander zumindest in Richtung der Hauptdrehachse (7) verstellbar ausgebildet sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Packstoffaufnahmeeinheiten (20) um eine zur Hauptdrehachse (7) parallele Schwenkachse (24) relativ zum Zuführrad (2) drehbar an dieser angelenkt ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packstoffaufnahmeeinheit (20) einen zur Schwenkachse (24) parallelen Klemmstab (26) aufweist, dessen Länge in Richtung der Schwenkachse (24) zumindest dem maximalen Abstand der Artikelhalteelemente (10,12) entspricht.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packstoffaufnahmeeinheit (20) eine erste Klemmeinheit (25) aufweist, die gegen einen Bereich des Klemmstabes (26) andrückbar ist, und eine zweite Klemmeinheit (27), die gegen einen anderen Bereich des Klemmstabes (26) andrückbar ist.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Klemmeinheit (25) und die zweite Klemmeinheit (27) unabhängig voneinander ansteuerbar sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheiten (25,27) als Klemmbacken an ersten und zweiten Klemmbackenhebeln (22,23) ausgebildet sind, die um eine gemeinsame zur Schwenkachse(24) parallele Klemmbackenhebelachse (21) drehbar ausgebildet sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheiten (25,27) über erste und zweite Verstellhebel (28,29) betätigbar sind, die ihrerseits um die Schwenkachse (24) drehbar ausgebildet sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Artikelhalteelemente (11,12) jeweils abhängig von einer jeweiligen Drehstellung des Zuführrades (2) ansteuerbar sind.
- Zuführeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Halteeinrichtung (25,26,27) jeweils abhängig von einer jeweiligen Drehstellung des Zuführrades (2) ansteuerbar sind.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Packstoffmaterial zum Verpacken kleinstückiger Artikel mit folgenden Schritten:Aufnehmen und Haltern eines zu verpackenden Artikels (4) in einer Artikelaufnahmeeinheit (10) einer Zuführeinrichtung (1);Aufnehmen und Haltern eines ersten Packstoffes (5) in einer ersten Packstoffhalteeinrichtung (25,26) der Zuführeinrichtung (1);Aufnehmen und Haltern eines zweiten Packstoffes (6) in einer zweiten Packstoff-Halteeinrichtung (26,27) der Zuführeinrichtung (1);Anlegen beider Packstoffe (5,6) an zumindest einen äußeren Bereich des zu verpackenden Artikels (4); undAbgeben des Artikels (4) und der Packstoffe (5,6) an eine Einpackvorrichtung (14), zum Verpacken des Artikels (4) mit den Packstoffen (5,6).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme des zu verpackenden Artikels (4) und der einzelnen Packstoffe (5,6) in die Zuführeinrichtung (1) jeweils einzeln erfolgt, die Abgabe des Artikels (4) und der Packstoffe (5,6) von der Zuführeinrichtung (1) an die Einpackvorrichtung (14) gemeinsam erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen im Wege einer von der Zuführvorrichtung (1) ausgeführten Drehbewegung erfolgt, wobei die einzelnen Verfahrensabschnitte jeweils an unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen durchgeführt werden, die jeweils um einen vorbestimmten Drehwinkel zueinander versetzt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen der zu verpackenden Artikel (4) und der Packstoffe (5,6) mittels der Zuführeinrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 erfolgt.
