Claims (11)

  1.   2. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le couteau (5) est conçue comme couteau rotatif avec une lame périphérique d'une épaisseur maximale 1,5 mm et dont l'angle de coupe ε est inférieur à 30°.
  3. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la contrebutée (6) est un rouleau qui est arrangé parallèlement à l'axe de la roue de coupe (5) et qui est pourvu d'une fente d'engagement pour le couteau (5).
  4. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la fente d'engagement est plus large de 20 % maxi, que le couteau.

  7. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les roues à chanfrein (4) doivent être inclinées dans un angle de coupe la tête α l'un à l'autre et relatif à la plaque (1) à traiter.
  8. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les roues à chanfrein (4) sont conçus comme couteaux rotatifs avec une lame périphérique et que ces couteaux sont pourvus d'un angle de coupe βa de 90° relatif à leur axe 10, vers le côté extérieur du chanfrein de rebouchage.
  9. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base de la tête de coupe consiste en deux longerons qui sont arrangés l'un à l'autre en parallèle en forme fourchue et entre lesquels la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure de la tête de coupe sont arrangées et guidées.
  10. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement de la tête de coupe s'effectue à l'aide d'un moto-réducteur électrique activant une roue d'entraînement.
  11. Tête de coupe selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la roue d'entraînement entraînée par le moto-réducteur électrique est raccordée avec l'autre roue d'entraînement à l'aide d'un mécanisme de transmission.
