Claims (11)
- Tête de coupe pour les dispositifs de coupage pour le coupage des placoplâtres et des éléments de construction en forme de plaque qui sont produit de matières similaires, le porte-outil consistant d'une tête de coupe qui est fait d'un corps de base et qui est pourvu d'un arrangement d'une roue de pression avant (2), d'une roue d'entraînement avant (3), d'une roue de coupe (5), d'une contrebutée (6), d'une roue de pression arrière (7) ainsi que d'une roue d'entraînement arrière (8), et que l'arrangement de la roue de pression avant (2) permet sa course sur la face supérieure de la plaque (1) et parallèlement à l'axe de la roue d'entraînement avant (3) qui passe sur la face inférieure de la plaque (1), que l'arrangement pourvoit une roue de coupe (5) qui s'engage dans la surface de la plaque (1) en direction de coupe et derrière la roue de pression avant (2), la roue de coupe étant dimensionnée de sorte qu'elle pénètre avec son arête de coupe la plaque (1) jusqu'à complètement séparer celle-ci en deux éléments, qu'une contrebutée (6) est arrangée sous la plaque (1), et qu'il y a un arrangement par paires combinant derrière la roue de coupe (5) une roue de pression arrière (7) et une roue d'entraînement arrière (8), cet arrangement correspondant, relatif à sa position, à l'arrangement par paires de la roue de pression avant (2) et de la roue d'entraînement avant (3).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le couteau (5) est conçue comme couteau rotatif avec une lame périphérique d'une épaisseur maximale 1,5 mm et dont l'angle de coupe ε est inférieur à 30°.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la contrebutée (6) est un rouleau qui est arrangé parallèlement à l'axe de la roue de coupe (5) et qui est pourvu d'une fente d'engagement pour le couteau (5).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la fente d'engagement est plus large de 20 % maxi, que le couteau.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une tête de coupe à chanfrein (9) qui marche en avant et qui peut être raccordée est arrangée avant le couteau (5) pour générer le chanfrein de rebouchage.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la tête de coupe à chanfrein (9) est pourvue de deux roues à chanfrein (4) qui sont arrangées symétriquement et transversalement à l'axe de coupe et ceci à un angle de coupe α à produire.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les roues à chanfrein (4) doivent être inclinées dans un angle de coupe la tête α l'un à l'autre et relatif à la plaque (1) à traiter.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les roues à chanfrein (4) sont conçus comme couteaux rotatifs avec une lame périphérique et que ces couteaux sont pourvus d'un angle de coupe βa de 90° relatif à leur axe 10, vers le côté extérieur du chanfrein de rebouchage.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base de la tête de coupe consiste en deux longerons qui sont arrangés l'un à l'autre en parallèle en forme fourchue et entre lesquels la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure de la tête de coupe sont arrangées et guidées.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement de la tête de coupe s'effectue à l'aide d'un moto-réducteur électrique activant une roue d'entraînement.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la roue d'entraînement entraînée par le moto-réducteur électrique est raccordée avec l'autre roue d'entraînement à l'aide d'un mécanisme de transmission.
