Claims (11)
- Zweistoffsprühdüse, insbesondere für den Einsatz zur Kühlung in Stranggussanlagen, mit einem Gehäuse (2) zum Anschluss an eine Druckluft- und Wasserversorgung, mit einer Mischkammer (15) innerhalb des Gehäuses und mit einem Düsenmundstück (4), das über ein Rohrstück (5) am Gehäuse (2) angeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischkammer (15) und die in diese führenden Zuflussöffnungen (13a, 14) Teile eines Einsatzes (3) sind, der von der dem Düsenmundstück (4) abgewandten Seite her in das Gehäuse (2) einschiebbar und dort befestigbar ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (3) als Rotationskörper ausgebildet und in eine zylindrische Bohrung (6) des Gehäuses (2) eingesetzt ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (3) mit Dichtringen (7a, 7b) zur Anlage an der Bohrung (6) versehen ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (3) mit einem Betätigungskopf (8) aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausragt und mit einem Befestigungsgewinde (8a) in die Gehäusebohrung (6) eingeschraubt ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (3) mit einer koaxial verlaufenden Bohrung (9) versehen ist, die zur Wasserzufuhr dient und über eine Drosselbohrung (13a) die leistungsbestimmend ist, in die Mischkammer (15) mündet.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drosselbohrung (13a) Teil einer in die koaxiale Bohrung (9) eingesetzten Düse (13) ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (3) mit am Umfang verlaufenden Axialnuten zur Luftführung versehen ist, die im Bereich der Mischkammer (15) über Querbohrungen (14) in diese münden.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Länge des Einsatzes (3) auf die Länge des Rohrstückes (5) abgestimmt ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz aus einem ersten in der Bohrung (6) des Gehäuses (2) geführten Abschnitt (3') und aus mindestens einem weiteren Abschnitt (3a) kleineren Durchmessers besteht, der als ein bis zur Mischkammer (15) führendes Rohr ausgebildet ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (3a) in einem die Mischkammer (15) und die Düse (13) enthaltenden Stutzen (3b) endet, der mindestens einen Kragen (16) mit einem Durchmesser aufweist, der dem des ersten Abschnittes (3) entspricht.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (6) im Gehäuse (2) an ihrem zum Düsenmundstück (4) weisenden Ende durch ein Rohrstück (5) gleichen Innendurchmessers verlängert ist, dass in diesem Rohrstück (5) der Kragen (16) des Stutzens (3b) geführt ist und dass das Rohrstück (5) bis zum Düsenmundstück (4) reicht.
