Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Rückführung des Abgases einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem in einem Ventilgehäuse (11) angeordneten, den Durchlass von Abgas steuernden Abgasventil (12) und mit mindestens einem der Kühlung des Ventilgehäuses (11) dienenden umlaufenden Kühlmittelkanal (30), durch den ein Kühlmittel hindurchleitbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlmittelkanal (30) durch zwei quer zum Kanalverlauf zusammengesetzte Bauteile (Ventilgehäuse 11, Gehäuse 22) gebildet und begrenzt ist, von denen zumindest ein Bauteil (11) auf einer Axialseite (31) eine eingetiefte und zu dieser Axialseite (31) offene Kanalrinne (32) als Teil des Kühlmittelkanals (30) aufweist und der andere Bauteil (22) mit einer Axialfläche (33) an die die offene Kanalrinne (32) enthaltende Axialseite (31) des einen Bauteils (11) unter Komplettierung und Schließung des Kühlmittelkanals (30) angesetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Axialfläche (33) des anderen Bauteils (22) ebenflächig ist oder eine zur offenen Kanalrinne (32) des einen Bauteils (11) komplementäre, eingetiefte Kanalrinne enthält. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen beiden Bauteilen (11, 22) eine Dichtung (34), z. B. eine Elastomerdichtung, eine Metallsickendichtung od. dgl. Dichtungsring, angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Bauteil (11) einen mit dem Kühlmittelkanal (30) in Verbindung stehenden Abflusskanal (35) und/oder Zuflusskanal (36), z. B. in einem Stutzen, enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Bauteil (22) einen mit dem Kühlmittelkanal (30) in Verbindung stehenden Zuflusskanal (37) und/oder Abflusskanal, z. B. einen inneren, bis zur Kanalrinne (32) führenden Kanal, aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Bauteil aus dem Ventilgehäuse (11) besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die offene Kanalrinne (32) zu der Seite des Ventilgehäuses (11) offen ist, die dem Ventilglied (13) abgewandt und einer Antriebseinrichtung (15) für das Ventilglied (13) zugewandt ist, und dass der andere, den Kühlmittelkanal (30) komplettierende und schließende Bauteil aus einem aufgesetzten Deckel gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die offene Kanalrinne (32) zu der Seite des Ventilgehäuses (11) offen ist, die dem Ventilglied (13) zugewandt und der Antriebseinrichtung (15) für das Ventilglied (13) abgewandt ist, und dass der andere, den Kühlmittelkanal (30) komplettierende und schließende Bauteil aus einem Gehäuse (22), z. B. aus einem das Ventilgehäuse (11) mit Abgasventil (12) aufnehmenden Hohlkörper, gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (22), z. B. der Hohlkörper, Teil einer der Kühlung des Abgases dienenden Kühleinrichtung ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Bauteil, z. B. das Ventilgehäuse (11), aus einem Druckgussteil gebildet ist.
