Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung der Trommeldrehzahl einer programmgesteuerten Wäschebehandlungsmaschine, wie Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner oder Wäschetrockner, mit einer um eine wenigstens annähernd horizontale Achse drehbaren Trommel, mit einem Antriebsmotor für die Trommel, mit einer Messeinrichtung zur Bestimmung eines Beladungsparameters, der von der in die Trommel eingefüllten Wäschemenge abhängig ist, und mit einer Steuereinrichtung für die Einstellung des Antriebsmotors auf unterschiedliche Drehzahlen in verschiedenen Abschnitten eines Wasch- oder Trockenprogramms in der Art, dass während eines Wasch- oder Trockenprogrammabschnitts einzelne Drehzyklen mit dazwischen gelagerten Pausen durchgeführt werden, wobei während eines Drehzyklus die Trommel mit verschiedenen Drehzahlen angetrieben wird, die zwischen einem unteren Drehzahlwert und einem oberen Drehzahlwert liegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung den unteren und den oberen Drehzahlwert in Abhängigkeit von dem mit der Messeinrichtung bestimmten Beladungsparameter festsetzt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung den unteren und den oberen Drehzahlwert in der Art bestimmt, dass bei großer Beladung der Drehzahlbereich eine größere Bandbreite als bei niedriger Beladung besitzt. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzyklus mit dem unteren Drehzahlwert beginnt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehzahl-Zeit-Profil eines Drehzyklus eine dach- oder trapezartige Form besitzt. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Drehzahlwert beladungsabhängig zwischen 30 min-1 und 40 min-1 variiert wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Drehzahlwert beladungsabhängig zwischen 50 min-1 und 80 min-1 variiert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch seine Verwendung in einem Waschprogramm zum Waschen von Koch- und Buntwäsche. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch seine Verwendung in einem Trockenprogramm zum Trocknen von Koch- und Buntwäsche.
